They are very friendly and I got a good deal on my trade in. They will try and sell you all kinds of extra plans, battery, tire, warranty, up to you to accept or decline. Did not get to test ride my bike or take it home the day I bought it because it was not inspected by them yet (safety check). First time I have ever bought a bike and drove home in my truck. I received the bike one week later. Overall it was a good experience and I would buy from them again.

Darius, Troy and Al were very helpful. I originally had planned on getting one but went with a different one and they stayed late for me. I did not get to take it home the same day as there had not been a safety check yet and had to have insurance before I brought it home, but they performed the safety check the next day and had it delivered to my house an hour away by noon!!

Bought my bike from Ridenow. 2013 victory cross road classic. The buying was the good. The bad came after I bought it. I was told it they were going to put new tires and a light that was burned out. That may be a few days. Fine no problem. I called service department they had no record of the bike needing service. Back and forth we will call you. No call back I called them. Your bike has some recall work to get done. Ok I called back a few days later to find out the status. Service had told me the bike had to go to another dealer for the recall work. Fine where did you send it. I called the OTHER dealer they did not have it. So back to Ridenow. Oh yea that bike is here it will be sent over the 20 th for the work. Fine I called the 13 to find out if we are still on target for the 20 yep it’s already over at the other dealer so I Called the other dealer my bike was not at there shop. Once again they did have it scheduled for the 20 but no your bike is not here Holy cow where is my bike? All I wanted was a status report. So made another call to Ridenow well service manager just left he will call. So I’m waiting. It’s time for a trip to Ridenow can’t even get a status update by the way bought on July 2 nd it is now 13 still no bike

I bought a motorcycle from Nick S. and worked with Troy as well. I found it online and I am over 500 miles away so everything was done remotely through text, phone and email. These guys were great to work with and the transaction was flawless. Nick even shot a short video of the bike for me so I could hear the sound of the custom exhaust. They recommended a great delivery service and I had the bike the day after I completed the paperwork. I would definitely do business with them again and Im stopping by if I am ever coming through the area!

Bought a new Triumph Rocket 3 GT from Ride Now, and had a great experience. The salesman Nick took all the time in the world with me; when I was test driving the bike, through the negotiation and all the paperwork, and waiting for it to be serviced and ready. Got a great rate on the financing, too. The technician putting the bike together was Garrett, and it seemed like he really wanted me to be happy with the setup, and I felt good that he took the time necessary to make the bike right. All in all, a great experience buying a bike there.

The team at RideNow is spectacular. I went in several months ago to look at Triumphs after owning a Harley for 4 years. They were super kind, and didnt try to pressure me into anything. After more research I came back for a test ride, which really sealed the deal for me on a t120. Im new to buying vehicles through a dealership and they walked me through all the paperwork in detail, and didnt make me feel bad when I asked dumb questions. Ive been looking for a bike for a while now and had little luck finding what I wanted but Indian released the new Scout Bobber and I had to find out more. I havent ridden in a few years and I was apprehensive about going to a dealer. I worked with Blake to get a pre-order and it worked out great. The bike came in so he got it all ready to go and let me know when to come in. I was able to take it out on a test drive with Blake around the shop. After that it was easy, Joel helped with the financing and Todd helped with some extras. I went in with my homework done and a clear way idea of how I wanted to deal, and these guys did nothing but make the experience awesome. I drove the bike home which was over an hour haul but worth every minute. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

My recent experience was surprising to be honest. I rode my pride and joy (2003 Harley Ultra trike) up there as I have health issues and need to part ways with it. Craig the manager provided what I thought was a good trade in offer and as such I put it toward a new North Star Ranger… it has heat and air and a cab which is something that supports my new life situation.My appointment was at 2:30 and Craig and team completed all the paperwork and got the Ranger ready and was able to load it up on a trailer and take me . .. and my new toy home before closing time.The complete experience was great and everyone there was motivated in making my experience a good one and I could tell.I could not be more pleased and would recommend at a moments request.

I recently bought a full size Polaris Ranger 570 and the experience was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Logan, my salesman, was absolutely outstanding. I wanted to get it home before the holiday weekend and I had reserved a truck and trailer that ended up being too small. When I went back with the wrong size trailer he could have just said there was no way to get it delivered on such short notice but he didnt. He got busy and found a delivery person who was available and it was delivered to my house 55 miles away that afternoon. Logan did far more than he had to do and I appreciate it very much!! The entire experience at Ridenow Kansas City was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nice dealership with cool motorcycles (Triumph, Indian, Polaris). Nice personnel work there. I like Triumph bobber but unfortunately they are not able to offer me a good deal now as Yamaha dealer did.

Dropped off my Kawasaki Vulcan that has sat in a garage for the last 13 years and wasnt running. I asked if they could get it back to life. They deiced to take it on. The bike sat in their shop for over a year. I called in every two months for an update and was given the same line, they had ordered a part and were waiting on delivery. Once the bike was deemed ready, a year later, it was dropped off and held in a garage for 45 days. Upon returning to get the bike, it again didnt run. Upon discussion with the RideNow mechanic they said it was due to old gas. So I brought the bike back in to be worked on. Upon receiving it back again, it still takes quite a while to turn over, it somewhat runs but jerks randomly in first gear to the point of losing control, additionally none of the blinkers work and the side of the engine was covered in some kind of residue. So the bike might be worth $600 (in good condition) and as of now Ive spent over $1300 with RideNow for them to patch it up to its current condition. The staff and mechanics where always nice to deal with but Im very disappointed with how long it took, the cost and the outcome. The better approach for the mechanics would have been to set expectations by telling me it could take a year to fix, II might spend twice the bikes value to get it to run and once it was complete it wasnt going to run near normal.

Recently had a wonderful experience here buying my first rzr. My salesman Tyler was able to answer any questions I had and knew a lot about the machines unlike other dealerships I visited. The guys here treat you like a friend more than just a customer. Highly recommend this place!

Wish I was able to leave zero stars. This place is a joke and so are the condescending, hipster sales people. Didnt get the guys name but his slicked back hair and cuffed jeans were too cool for me. The guys there were great to talk to, not too cool for anyone that walked in and they buy jeans the right size so they dont have to roll them up.

This was the worst experience ever from a dealership. This was the nightmare for me that you hear about from other people. I took my RZR to have it worked on for the transmissionI lost reverse. So I needed the transmission to be looked at possibly rebuilt. To make a very long story short . The mechanic in the RZR shop told me I needed a new transmission because he could not get it apart it was seized. I later after I paid over $4000 I found out that my transmission was not seized. That the mechanic simply was not taking It a part correctly. He damaged my case plus on top of that I find out that when they told me I need a new hubs because they could not get the bolts out for the rotors I find out the bolts come out I got them out myself in my garage. So to sum this up for everybody. Right now simply sold me parks that I did not need because they either a did not know how to fix a transmission or B they just simply wanna change parts out and make more money off of it. I would not recommend anybody going in there. If I had not brought my old parts home and had some by a look at them later I would have never known that this had happened. Not for sure how much money they got me they could a got me for $2000 they could a got me for $600 who knows its too late now. I hope this helps people the RZR sport is expensive and we dont need dealerships trying to take advantage of us. I brought this situation to the attention of upper upper management I did not find out to many many months later that this happened they do not plan on intending on doing anything about it to me would just fine its been too long ago I do not know what they intend to do with the employees that was involved. Just be careful.thanks

(Short-Story-Long) I own a 2008 Triumph Speed Triple that I took in last October to RideNowKC for its 12,000 mile service. Up until that point I had a really positive experience with the dealership, whether shopping for a new motorcycle for my wife or meeting up for The Distinguished Gentlemans Ride. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, a really nice experience. After dropping it off for service in October, I waited a week and didnt hear anything back. So I called to check on its status and was told it needed some parts and they were on order. Satisfied, I again waited and waited and called back 3 weeks into its service, and was told valve shims needed to be ordered, then a week later fork seals had to be replaced. Finally, NINE WEEKS into a standard 12,000 service it was ready on December 28th. Apologies for poor communication were given, humble condolences were made and affirmations of changes to the service department were promised.Now we skip ahead to June 30th, 2018, I have ridden the motorcycle a total of 5 times (commutes to work) since it has been back in my possession and its barely rideable due to a front-to-back vibration. I replaced both tires, adjusted some suspension settings, no improvement. Against my better judgement, (Fool Me Once, Shame On You, Fool Me Twice, Shame On Me) I decided to give RideNowKC another chance.Well let you know on Tuesday (July 3rd) what we find out, I was told.Ummm...no you wont and no you didnt.So its now Saturday, and I am sure their sales floor is extremely busy with new owners rolling out on their $10,000-$30,000 Triumph/Indian/Polaris machines, laughs, jokes, good times and making money are to be had, congrats.I will be by to pick up my motorcycle (repaired or not), nothing will be said, no demonstrative outbursts, no rage, no fury, no profanities, no can I speak to your manager moments, nothing...youve earned nothing from me, and that should worry you more.

Need work on a Suzuki bike, guy I talked to on the phone was straight up about not knowing if he could do it. Gave me another shops number, if I ever need anything other then work on my bike I will be coming here
