Dennis and crew replaced front bumper cover on my Lexus RX350. they also did major scratch and chips repair on the back and sides. They did an excellent job and the communication from start to finish was unambiguous and timely. I was so happy that I also got a full detail job done on my Honda Accord. Again, flawless work. Denis, the manager Fixed my complicated side view mirror which I knocked into 4 pieces while exiting my garage.He fixed it in 2 minutes or less while the dealership could not get it to click in and told me to take to an auto body shop to have it glued together or pay $650.00 for a new side view Blind spot detector mirror.Not only, did Denise not use glue, he clicked it in the way it should be. I am a senior and he didnt charge me. I highly recommend him to everyone as he is is extremely knowledgeable and mechanical. Thank you Denis!!

My Pilot was professional repaired back to its original splendor!

After a guy smashed into the side of my car I had a week to figure out my options to get the repair done before I went on vacation. I went through insurance and got an estimate and everyplace I called need at least 2 weeks before they could begin work. I called D&M and spoke to Dennis who said they would be able to replace my door the week I was gone and have it ready when I returned. They dealt with the estimator for changes that had to be made and I didnt have to do anything. I got texts along the way with updates on when it would be done and picked it up at the time promised. The work they did was amazing and you cant even tell there was an accident. Never thought things like this could go this smoothly. Extremely grateful for all they did!

Everyone was so nice! My car was fixed perfectly and on time. I love that they have the text message updates so you dont feel out of the loop during the process! Going back for all future repairs.

Only used this shop because it was suggested by my insurance company- WAY overpriced. I was supposed to have pick up/ drop off service. Never happened,granted I only needed it dropped back off to me, but when I mentioned it to the man working at the shop it was a problem.... Work could have been done in a shorter time frame. Wouldnt suggest
