It is an absolute pleasure to go to this location. The staff is the most helpful and answers each question. They are very patient and most importantly they are the nicest most efficient staff. Denise goes above an beyond for her customers. Always willing to help. The entire staff is just amazing.

I go here atleast every other week to return Amazon returns. They were always very professional to me and they have excellency customer service. Not sure why the first person left such a nasty review. Very nice people work at this store.

This place is ridiculously expensive than any other UPS stores in the area. The manager Sam is extremely rude and highly unprofessional person and even makes you feel like as if hes doing favor to you by taking your returns. I use their printing services quite a bit and the staff at this store is extremely helpful and provides excellent customer service. I am able to send in my documents and they are waiting for me by the time I get to the store. As a small business owner it’s nice to have them as a resource

I have made several trips to the store for copying, scanning, faxing, and of course, sending out packages. All business has been handled in an efficient and organized manner. Ups Store in Old Bridge is great! Management & front end are always helpful & friendly! When the store opened we were excited as we didn’t have to go Gateway Shopping Center. Its much closer & convenient.The store is always clean and always get a warm welcome upon arrival in the store from the front end. Its nice to see a smiling face as customer service is lost these days.My packages are always delivered on-time and efficiently. :)

The UPS store in Old Bridge is my “go to” place, when I need to send packages. They ship my packages fast and very efficiently. The store is very clean and the customer service is outstanding. Always a smiling face behind the counter to greet you. In these times when customer service is nowhere to be found. I can always find it in this UPS store.

The woman at the front desk is the nastiest customer-facing employee I’ve ever experienced in my life. I can read through the other reviews and multiple individuals have had the same experience which were reported months ago and she is still doing the same thing. Why hasn’t anything been done about her? I don’t want an apology I want accountability from this UPS store and action to be taken. I will be telling all family and friends to NEVER give this store business again. Disgraceful.

The woman at the desk had the most abrasive attitude Ive ever experienced. I even called her out on her nasty attitude and her response was Im sorry you feel that way. She seems very unhappy. There was a man who came from the back to assist and he was very polite and seemed like this wasnt the first customer who had an issue with this employee. Please put her in the back away from dealing with the public. Incident occurred on 5/21 and she was not wearing a name badge. Shame on the manager for letting her represent your brand.

As a businessman I use many UPS stores however this particular store is by far the best. I am always greeted with a smile and they are always anxious to help solve any shipping concerns I may have. Their work is always done with care and efficiency. In addition I consider this location an extension of my office because they take care of all my copy and printing needs.

If I could give this store no stars I definitely would. The staff is so rude and disrespectful. They never helpful and frustrated when you ask them questions. This store doesn’t not reflect what UPS stands for. The Manager Sandeep is super rude!! Don’t go here, your better off going to Parlin

Great staff and store. Very quick and friendly. However I really think their policy to charge $1 for a piece of tape is a little ridiculous. They should do like the store in Union where they leave the roll of tape out and a jar for people to leave money if they want to for use.

Went to bring in some items for shredding (they use a service called Iron Mountain). They charge per pound. Noticed the scale registered a heavier weight than what I weighed at home. The owner should have poured the items to be shredded into a general container and then zeroed out the weight of the container before weighing the items. Instead he weighed the items in the bag I brought them in. This probably caused a shift in weight plus the bag was unevenly hanging over the scale. But to make matters worse, the items weighed 10.2 pounds. Instead of rounding down and charging for 10 pounds, he rounded up and charged me for 11 pounds! It has always been my understanding that if something is under .5, you round down... and if something is over .5, you round up... and if something is at exactly .5, you charge for that half pound. He should really be charging for the EXACT weight and not rounding up. At .49 cents per pound, that may not mean much to some but its the principle of the matter and that whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have been a customer at this UPS store for years - especially since I retired 10 years ago - owner is very helpful. As a senior, I appreciate that what I need done, just gets done and I can go about my day. Provides a great service to Old Bridge.

The owner and staff are very personable and really know this shipping system. Im there twice a week and I not only have been greatly helped by them, but I have observed them help people who have very difficult shipping requests get the package shipped. Ive worked with the public my whole life, its never easy, they make it look easy! I highly recommend this store and by extension UPS.

Owner is a great guy, very personable. I use that store often for my business, always prepaid labels and taped boxes. Came in one day needed a piece of tape for one box and charged 1$ for a piece of tape the size of my hands. Don’t care about the dollar care about the principle. Maybe I’m just annoyed today but that’s not something I would do to customers, especially recurring ones. Will be using a different store.

Have been there 2 or 3 times and was astounded by the terrible customer service and horrifying attitude of this female employee.

Came in to have some things printed and laminated. I was a tad strapped for cash and Sam made sure that I was able to both get the job done (despite being a little low on money) and had the job completed within an hour.Highly recommend this location and greatly appreciated their willingness to accommodate my situation.

He is very efficient in delivering copies, faxes, wrapping packages and suggesting various prices for various delivery times and most importantly very helpful when I have had issues with my package that might not have been delivered.There are some business places that I have been to and I swear that I will never go back. This is not one of them. I have been using the services at the store for over 10 years and even my family members have used it even for signing documents, as the owner is a notary public as well.When you walk into the store, you will always be greeted and treated with patience and respect !High marks and A+ ratings from me.

I had to ship a package of food to TX for a good friend of mine that was missing home. I was sending pork roll, bagels, mozz cheese, gravy, etc. all the things to make some classic meals and some of the items were things she couldnt get in Flower Mound. I walk in with this giant box loaded with ice blocks and liners and it weighed SO much and was so much to ship the way I had it packaged. Denise was kind enough to help me out by unpacking what I had packed, and re-packed it so that it weighed less and was a smaller box to handle - we made a box of perishables and a box of non-perishable items. I was able to ship both boxes for less than the cost to ship my original box. Plus, she gave me some wonderful tips for the next time I have to ship food on how to ship more cost effectively than the way I was attempting to. This was all right before they closed, too, and rather than try and get the store closed up she sat with me to make it all right and even followed up on my perishables delivery day to make sure it was delivered okay (it was, I need to call her back). All in all it was a wonderful experience and Im glad i went to the store over the depot in Tinton Falls.

The short woman that works there is very rude and unfriendly. I think she hates her job. Always miserable. I live only a few feet from that store, but I stopped going there because I get a.negative energy every time I deal with her. What’s the matter UPS? Can’t you train your employees to greet your customers with smile and respect?

Having family out of state, I have been going to this UPS store in Old Bridge for years, mailed 100s of packages from here & my packages ALWAYS arrive in a timely fashion. I dont know his name but he is always there & he is pleasant, fast & best of all.....he gets every single one of my packages delivered safely. This is the ONLY UPS store I will go to!!!! GREAT JOB, SIR!!!!

Ive been using their services for 6 years now. Ive dropped off packages, used their mailbox service and used them for shipping items domestically and abroad. Ive never had a chance to complain. Sandeep (The owner) is courteous, efficient, and always looking to help you save some money by providing a variety of shipping options.The mailbox service is a great deal. Even if the item doesnt fit in the mailbox, he puts it to the side. Ive never had an issue with a mailing going missing. If I call him to ask if there is a particular mailing in the box for me, he always checks. If I am out town, (for a small fee) he scans and emails the mail out to me. The scan quality is crisp.Just some additional nice observations:Store hours are pretty long, so I can go in at various times to get ship.When I ship a package, I always get a tracking number with my receipt. Ive never had to ask for a tracking number / receipt. Even if I walk away from the counter without my receipt, he always asks if I want my receipt.Ive never had an issue where the package has been mishandled or lost when I use them for shipping.When he is packing the items for me, he isnt stingy on shipping tape. If item is fragile, he makes a note that its fragile.He also accepts non UPS packages.My experience with them as been a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been a customer at this UPS Store in Old Bridge since it opened many years ago. Having my children and relatives spread out around the country I am always sending one thing or another through UPS shipping. The owner is a very knowledgeable fellow who knows the safest and most economical way to pack and ship your items. Sandip has just helped me with a very expensive musical instrument being sent to St. Louis. Because of its size and shape it is notorious for getting damaged when shipped. Sandip took special care wrapping and boxing this pedal steel guitar and it has arrived at my son’s home safe and sound.Thank you again, Sandip!

My scanner in the office went down unexpectedly. This store was close by, nothing fancy needed 8 pages of regular text scanned and emailed to myself in a pdf. Cost me 10.67. Nothing printed, again just a scan and email. Now I know the public library will do this for 10 cents a page. Lesson learned, this store certainly doesnt have the customer in mind.

This guy is so rude! I once brought an item that I had to ship back that with a prepaid ups envelope, he torn it out of the envelope, proceeded to tell me that the packing was not good enough and charge me for a small shipping box and shipping! The item was a recall! So I would not care if it got damaged since they were shipping me a new one. I told him that, he told me TOO BAD i torn open the package already. I told him I never told him to do that nor did I give him permission too. I felt hostage and just let it go at that point.

Sam is a pleasure to help and handle our mail and I never have a problem returning items or picking up our mail in our po box.

The UPS store employee Sandeep did not release my package claiming that my name is not matching the shipping label info even though i had provided DL with matching delivery address. It took me two days to release the package then i found he only needed ID with proper address no name match was required. He played an idiot and was bitching next day when i mentioned that he could have asked tracking number instead of asking name. Very unprofessional staff that has to be retrained!

Sandeep offers a personal touch and is an expert multi-tasker!!! He never keeps me waiting while taking care of his other customers. Love working with him!!!

Never going here again. Besides the owner being rude to me on the phone and getting pissy when I asked a simple question, my brother went in to pick up my package and he said he wouldnt give it to him. (I called UPS and asked if anyone could pick it up for me and they said if the last name or address on the license matched the shipping info, then yes) He didnt even ask my brother for his license at first anyway which has both a matching last name and address! Then he proceeded to ignore my brother and help others until he was I guess satisfied that he made my brother wait long enough. My brother demanded the package after all this and the owner gave it to him!Mission accomplished but that experience was so wrong.My tracking slip says that Sandeep handed the package over so feel free to steer clear!

Despite all the great reviews, I had a terrible situation occur to me for sending a package through this store. I walked into this location to send a Samsung Gear watch back to my service provider. When i walk into the store I am asked by the worker there to open my package so he can see whats in the package. I then ask him for a box to put it in and give him an address to send package. He did not show me the box that he would put my watch in or nor did I ask to see it so partially my idiotic fault. He charges me takes my money and hands ne receipt and takes my watch to the back again and opens it again while walking away. Once again my fault for not bringing it packaged already or reauesting for him to pack it in front of me. Long story short 3 weeks later Tmobile calles me stating that package arrived with no watch in the package. And guess what now i have to pay $400 for this situation and now i am at a lost of money. I felt uncomfortable since i walked in i should have went with my gut. I have shipped so many things before and have never ever been asked to open my package to show you what i am sending. *******BEWARE****** will never be going back
