These guys are knowledgeable about the parts they sell. Their application and symptoms of worn/bad parts. The facility has a wide selection of fluids batteries bulbs and plenty of other miscellaneous parts. Great location. I really like that napa can have parts in same day if ordered early enough.

Great group of guys very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive always liked this store they have always had what Im looking for. The Saybrook Napa and the East Hampton store are my go to parts stores I always leave with a great part or tool and a smile.

Dropped hydraulic hoses for replacement. Was advised that one guy out of 5 was the only one in building who did them and he was out for morning. Told to come back at 2:30 and theyd be ready. I called at 4 and nobody knew what I was talking about. Called at 8 the next morning and was told, nobody saw them until just now.. Theyll be done in a couple hours.. Are you kidding me? How about I bill NAPA for the machine down time from when they were promised until when I finally picked them up?? Plus the attitude of the old prick who answered the phone was impressive for customer service.

The boss would rather talk on a personal phone call and let everyone hear him than help you out. I had to make him answer a question before he made another call, didnt even care I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting on him.
