I placed an order in November but have not received my order (#R134092203). I received an order confirmation, then was told a month later over email that it would arrive. I have sent multiple emails asking for a tracking number and have not gotten a response back.I understand during COVID things can be difficult, especially at an independently run bookstore. Was hoping to support, but at this point would just like a refund.Please help!

Ordered two books this summer (it’s now December) and have yet to receive them. Called a handful times and spoke to the owner who assured me twice that they were going to be sent to my home along with a complete refund. Unfortunately, this has yet to happen.I was so excited to support an independent bookstore initially – but I now feel taken advantage of, disappointed and forced to write a negative review.Still holding onto hope that my books will come and things will be resolved nearly six months later.

Diverse and thoughtful selection, excellent service. It was obvious the proprietor cared about customers as much as books. They also had the book I was looking for!

This is definitely one of the most down-to-earth independent bookstores Ive been to in a while. Just the name itself hints at the warm atmosphere you feel once you walk in. Theres a great variety of books, many of which the store hosts the authors for frequent book signing events (which are always a good time). The events are laid back with plenty of opportunity to get acquainted with both the authors and the owner of the store. And theres FOOD! Really good food and champagne at these events. The owner is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home when you walk in. She loves to strike up conversations with her customers. Id say you can expect to enjoy your experience at this bookstore.

Very nice small bookstore. Tons of options, large childrens section and very nice employees that answer any question you may have.

Possesses the charm of an owner run small business in a small town community. Staff is well trained and exceedingly helpful.
