Best customer service I have experienced in years. Gentleman greeted me at the door and helped me find exactly what I was looking for very efficiently and he was very polite and professional. The cashier greeted me with smiles. I walked out the door very pleased. Ive never been to a Pier One store in my life. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed thanks to your awesome employees. I will definitely be returning to this store again.

Good customer service. As the retail establishment starts to close their stores in the region, its good to find a store still open.

Great store, while the ones in Manchester is much larger, it is always worth a visit to this store to see what they have!

Doesn’t have a great selection. More importantly,The staff are not very personable. I’m not used to that at Pier 1 .And, if you just go right down the road to Branford, they are super friendly and have a great selection. Disappointing, because I like to shop in Saybrook, because the stores are clean and friendly.This is at least the third time that I brought a friend or family member, who walked out with the same feeling.

Its a Pier 1, so you pretty much know what youre getting. Heavy on the pillows and faux-Oriental decor, decent prices for what you get, and generally well organized.

Unfortunately they are closing, yet they are continuing to receive material, until posted. ! I believe they are up to 90 %,,,, OF$FFFFF
