We were looking for the big brick building that was supposed to be in the downtown part of Old Town, but we never saw it. We did stop at the Factory Outlet. It was neat to see the different fiberglass canoes and kayaks. We were more intrigued with the older wooden canoes hanging from the ceiling as our son, who was with us, has been building wooden boats since he was 7. We were hoping to see more wooden canoes.

I traveled to to purchase a kayak and your website says open till 3pm. Please update your website with temporary closure. This is a BIG inconvenience for customer.

Every time I have been here has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and take pride in what they do and the products they sell. The prices are always very fair.

GREAT SERVICE!!!!!. Bought a LOON106 found a problem with storage hatch door. Called and talked to Heather the salesperson who sold it to me the day before . she exchanged it for another brand new one even after have i used it for a day of fishing

I wont bore you with the long version of the story behind our trip to Old Town..but what a story it is. The short version is that they rolled out the red carpet for us Old Town Loon lovin Cheeseheads. A special thank you to Peep at VFW Post 3381 and Alice Harrington. The tour was awesome. Alice was an amazing hostess. She is a true- proud employee of a small town USA company. Wonderful product. Wonderful people. What a way to spend the morning of 09/11. God Bless the USA!
