I have dealt with Tires Plus for years and have always found them to be fair. It’s hard to find a honest repair shop and this is one of them.My air conditioner was making a noise so I took it in, after keeping it for a day they said they could not replicate the noise after inspection so they did not need to replace anything at this time, and if I hear the noise again to bring it in. I truly appreciate their honesty, I would highly recommend this place for your car repair.

They will check your tire air pressure free of charge. No waiting either!

Everyone was friendly and they applied a coupon that I was unaware they had for the tire purchase of 4 tires. They put the exact same tire another place offered for $200 less! Thanks Tires Plus for keeping the appointment time on track and saving our family money!

I have used this shop twice for tires on my car. Their prices are lower than all the other shops around and the were able to get me in for service the same day. With covid, everywhere else has told me up to 3 weeks to get an appointment for service.

LOW CAR FRIENDLY.I called around all over Northern Pinellas county and this Tires Plus was the only shop willing to help me get an alignment on my car due to ground clearance. Tod and James took really good care of my car and really helped out in the clutch.A third mechanic whom I didnt get a name from was also very helpful

DONT EVER USE THEM!!!!!! I dont have any good comment about this company. I would not give them even 1 star. Not a reliable company to do business with. I went in for a flat tire, they told me I needed 3 new tires and I decided to replace all 4 tires. When I drove home with my new tires, I hear a weird sound as if a tire was loose. When I took the car back to them, I was told it was the transmission mount and they said it was safe to drive like that. Also, to expect a call from them with a quote on the repair. I took the cars dealership and after they check the vehicle, they confirmed the passenger from tire was loose and it damaged the wheel bearing. I had to pay over $700 to fix that. But, immediately contacted the manager Luis, who pretended to open a claim in the system. Having not heard from them, I called back and spoke to Shawn, another manager who confirmed there was no report in the system; he also pretended to file a claim. Still didnt hear back from them, I decided to call corporate who confirmed no claim had been filed. The incident started on March, 2019; we are in mid October and these people have not issue a refund for the damaged wheel bearing. My car has weird noises since then, I wonder what other damages they could have done to my car. PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER, THE WORST!!!!!!!

Quick service, professional, detailed and received free tire rotation, fluid for wind shield, checked brake fluid, battery, rotated tires and filled with air. Also, changed air filter. Great experience - but, no coffee anymore????

Very helpful staff! Not only did they come up with a better idea than what I had, the price came in cheaper and was done quicker than they said. Definitely recommend them.

Can always stop by for air in the tires or a courtesy tire check no appointment required. Hours are great too, open Weekdays plus Saturday and Sunday.

Dont ever come to this establishment unless you literally want to get screwed. They took advantage of my vulnerability and my ability to not understand the cost of rear brakes and charged me $900. This place is a joke. Not only is this establishment a joke but the air condition was not working and the place was full of blowflies. Somebody needs to call the health department on this place.

When the repair led to finding more issues, not only did they fix everything they did right by me with the total cost.Customer service is very good!

The customer service is amazing, Tony L is an awesome person.. Unfortunately the guy worked on my car was not on the same level.. Very slow, careless, setting over his phone, and really took excessive time to finish the car.. The 4 stars just for Tony.

All the guys here went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed as quickly as possible, and explained everything in detail that they were doing, and made sure that I was comfortable with what was happening, and that I was happy. Had a good experience here with getting some tires replaced and a battery replacement.

Each an ever person I talked to was extremely helpful, An what showed the most was that they wasnt out for an extra buck. I got the best deal in town !

Called around to find someplace to get a tire plugged. Made a reservation with Todd at Tiresplus but when we arrived they didnt have our appointment saved. They were still able to fit us in but it took double the amount of time because they lost our appointment.

Although the service people were nice, they werent straight with me on patching my tire. Went to Mavis down the street who provided friendly AND fair service.

Worked with Marc M on 09/19/2017 and I was impressed with the customer service he provided. I really feel like he went above and beyond what was required. I would do business with Tires Plus at this location again because of my experience.

We moved here about a year ago and I just wanted to leave a review and say that it has been an awesome experience every time. My boyfriend and I have both had to use them in this past year, probably more than we would like, but they have been nothing but helpful, friendly, honest, and efficient. To be honest, I havent had wonderful experiences with other Tires Plus locations in the past (most recently, the location in Largo when I just needed a quick oil change), but the guys at the Oldsmar location are on point every time. I needed a new tire this past weekend and Mark got me right in and taken care of and really helped me out. Awesome business.

This tires plus shares a parking lot with someone who rents UHauls. Left my car there for a day for a simple tire plug and when I picked it up the following day It had several fresh thick scratches on the rear. Not sure if a mechanic ran into a uhaul or a uhaul hit my car. Regardless beware.Also there is NO cameras. Why does a car repair shop not to have cameras.

I called many tire shops before this one, and they all sounded pretty much asleep when they answered and I felt like I was disturbing them with my questions. But when I called Oldsmar Tires Plus, Marc answered the phone with excitement, and took his time to answer all my questions. Then when I got there, he showed me every option I had, and explained the differences. The whole time he was happy and passionate and I appreciate that. The technician was a huge help as well. Never going anywhere else.

Thanks to Mersadis and Todd for all their help yesterday. I needed to get towed to the facility and they helped me find a reliable wrecker. Even helped me roll the cost of the tow onto my Tires Plus credit card. They took the time to explain everything to me and came to pick me at my home when my car was ready. I literally had no one to help me yesterday in terms of rides and schlepping but it was no problem because of Todd and Mersadis. Also, my car was done in plenty of time so it didnt impact my afternoon too much. Best experience.

They didnt perform the work that was requested. I left my vehicle for a rotation and alignment and neither was done. I was called 3 hrs later, told I was all set even though nothing was done. I realized the next day that the tires were never rotated.

I made an appointment online, and since it was after hours I didnt get confirmation but I showed up anyway. They squeezed me in, even though they already had an appointment for the same time. Great service and honest answers are what keep me coming back. Thanks!

Last week I started to feel my brakes grinding & squeaking with each push of the brake pedal. I immediately dreaded finding an auto shop to work on this replacement. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Marc & the main mechanic Blake. Marc took my information & informed me of specials going on for August. Within a few minutes the mechanic Blake had my car on the lift to inspect. Coming in at 7:00AM my expectation was to be serviced professionally & to be able to get to work on time. They met my expectations and I felt comfortable having my vehicle serviced at Tires Plus. Thanks to Marc & Blake I will gladly return to have my car worked on in the future. Way to do business guys 👍🏿

Quick Service Hard Sell. Told Srvc Mgr from beginning: Oil Change only. Hard Sell on tires marked up, more than anyone else, before, during, after oil change, tried to push quote after paid. Declined. Needs to listen to customers. Firestone HQ, Bridgstone in Akron, OH listens. Competition Listens. Wont be back. Skip the hard sell. Go elsewhere.

Went in and they took their precious time fixing my brakes. Completely fabricated what time my car would be completed. I just sat there waiting for them to attend to my car while watching one mechanic walk to the gas station with his girlfriend.Whats more is that they didnt do a good job fixing my brakes. My brakes were still grinding when I left, so I have to go back for them to correct them.Like Tires Plus, just not this Sucky location.

They over charge on tires. Look elsewhere before you decide to go with this place.

Its ok, costly and no time management

Brought it in for an oil change and they added extra issues that didn’t need to be fixed. Brake rotors had no issues but they changed them and when I looked at them they had to dig them out of the trash, nothing wrong with them! Shame on me for trusting them to do preventive maintenance, will not be bringing my vehicles back to this organization. I would never recommend them to individuals needing services for their vehicles, the shop manager Troy says he will have a vehicle done by close of business but has nothing but excuses when it isn’t complete and asks, ”it’s ok with you to pick it up tomorrow, right?!” Ariel the “automotive technician” claims that the rotors are not within “specifications.” They were fine and serviceable no need to even turn the rotors. I am disgusted and embarrassed but have learned from my error.

Super scam. Super rude. Just needed a tire patch. Now I have road hazard from an alignment I needed and couldnt get in with my friend who OWNS his own shop. Ive had patches done and this nail might not have even been long enough to pierce the tire fully. The patch is free with the road hazard. I made an appointment and they booked FIVE other people at 3 oclock. Now 2 or 3 for the same time is normal because people dont show up but 5? I waited 2 hours for a 15 Minute job and they told me I needed a new tire. I asked to see the tire and they told me that I was clueless. Remind you I am a marine mechanic and captain and have several PROFESSIONAL friends in the business. This place will always remain a last resort and a tire only place. Tires are cheap there just make sure you watch closely as they put them on.

This is my third time working with Tires Plus in Oldsmar and every time these guys are gracious, the work has been done on time and done with care. Very pleased with their customer service and honesty. Each time we have worked with them my wife and I have been it a bit of a bind as we only have the one vehicle. Tires Plus Oldsmar has bailed us out each time. Thank you.

I usually have no problem with Tires Plus. Went in for an oil change 8/27, they told me my transmission fluid was dirty and needed to be flushed, even though I got my transmission fluid flushed 4 months ago at another Tires Plus location. I told them this, and they refused it was in their records. Called up another Tires Plus and had them confirm the time and date I had the service done. Just to be safe, I went home and checked my transmission fluid myself just to confirm that everything was in perfect condition. Dont assume that just because Im a girl Im dumb and gullible and dont know my way around cars. If you are not car smart and are looking for actual professional HELP, do not go here.

NEVER AGAIN...Took in my Ford Platinum 150 for new brakes and tires. Now the truck that used be the smoothest ride of any truck I ever owned shakes on the highway and when breaking the whole vehicle shutters. I should have known bad service when I picked it up and there was grease all over the rims and inside the door. Brought it back and know Tires Plus in Oldsmar trying to sell me front brakes. And saying there is nothing wrong with balance or rear breaks. Maybe there not used to working on nice vehicles. I took in a perfect vehicle and picked one up that shacks raddle and rolls. WOW never again. I asked for them to make it right, they advised sure we will for more money, do not think so. I have 4 vehicles that we used to take there not any more.

I had a tire emergency while putting air into my tire my valve stem broke causing the tire to go flat immediately. I removed the tire from my vehicle and had a co-worker drive me to Tires Plus which is just down the road from where I work. I went in to ask how long it would take to get this repair done because I had to go pick up my two children from day care. The gentleman behind the counter replied It will take about an hour to a hour and a half but you can leave it here and we can call you when its finished. Surprised by what he said I replied, You have one care parked in your bay and I see three people working back there and you make four, this is a 10 minute fix. He replied Im sorry, but we are first come first serve. I told the gentleman, I believe that is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for such a quick repair and that I would take my business elsewhere. I went half a mile down the road to Leone Tire and Auto Repair and they fixed me right up in less than 5 minutes. I gave two stars because the folks are Tires Plus were polite, however it is unlikely I will return or recommend to anyone.

We usually dont have too bad of an experience with Tires Plus, but this was just ridiculous. We brought our car in to have an a/c evaporator replaced recently. After paying more than $900, we left with a car that overheats. So we still have hot air coming out of the vents, in Florida, during the summer. They also forgot to reconnect the aux/usb on my console afterwards. Guess well stick with bringing our vehicles to the dealerships.

I try this because this is nearest to my house, but every time I fix something from them, I come back home with one more problem. Their car check up review is also not consistent even if I dont fix the complaints. An inspection about 5 months ago told me that the tires need to be replaced, but another inspection a few weeks ago has no complain with tires, although I didnt replace them.2 stars is only for the friendliness behavior of the staffs.

I went here for a simple vehicle inspection required by my insurance company when I moved to Florida. I had an appointment, but that made no difference, I still waited an hour and 45-minutes to get in. I signed the paperwork and asked for the review, but they said they would send it to the insurance company, which seemed reasonable. However, a month later I was notified by the insurance company that no inspection report had been sent in, and so my policy might be rescinded. Overall, avoid these guys.

The only reason this isnt lower is because the new management. Todd cleaned up our tires plus experience; took great care of my girlfriend and me recently but through the past weve had a couple bad experiences with this companys disorganization and unexperienced technicians. They also seem to try to get the most out of the customer. My gf has been continuously charged for unneeded things by other locations and this location tried as well two times until I intervened. Ill be leaving one star reviews on the Hillsborough and dale mabry locations.

Went here for an oil change and because my car was making a strange ticking noise. They drove the car and inspected it then said oh its nothing your cars not a spring chicken anymore. Did give a large estimate for a bunch other work though.

Needed a new tire on my boat trailer. Pulled my boat in, and was gone in 20 min. Great service by great guys!

Dropped off 2 tire/rims to have replaced.Called at noon said I could drop off and have by 4pm. Went by to check at 315 and after waiting for 20 min realized they would not complete. I picked up my tires. Saw an argument with mgt and installer and a complaint with a customer. He did say someone was on vaca and short on help this Sunday. If you cant do then just say..... Its ok. Dropped of at the wrong time. I would be concerned if the work would have been subpar. Theyre issues everywhere.

I like this place. Previously had a not so pleasant experience one time with a little negligence on the side of their back-office staff, but thats settled. The guys are friendly and get stuff done for ya. Thanks to Taylor, too; guy remembered my name when I popped in the office to fix var AC during one hot summer.

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Since the old manager Dale left, this store has been Highway Robbery! Lied to me about no longer having online coupons and TRIPLE charged me ($90) for an oil change!! Dealerships only charge about $35-$40. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Even though they were clearly overloaded with work and trying to get done so they could go home on a Sunday afternoon-the main guy was super professional and polite.

I went in to get a plug put in a tire. I had been driving around for two weeks with a screw in the tire. Rather than taking a quick look and telling me it cannot be plugged, they took 90 minutes to say they do not plug, they patch and that this needed a new tire. Then they checked the oil; it was dirty, checked the transmission fluid; it was dirty Then provided a quote for $600.00 worth of work for a Honda ridgeline with 36,000 dealer-serviced mile on it. I guess I looked like I just fell off the turnip truck. I ran away as fast as I could. This place is a scam and a ripoff. I never authorized them to look at my engine. There are too many competing businesses in this area to go here

I have done business with this Oldsmar Tires Plus for about four years. They have worked well with my extended warranty company; they have dropped me where I needed to be locally; fixed my exhaust manifold gasket properly; fixed my air conditioning in about an hour without trying to push a lot of early maintenance on me (they did that for about 25% of my feared cost). I was quite surprised by the negative comments on this site; I generally dont comment on websites but these guys were recommended to me when I moved to Oldsmar and I have never been disappointed. They didnt even oversell me on tires when I needed a reasonable replacement for an older car.

I always shop around and come right back to them! Truly are the lowest prices around.

Please, be aware of the cons that go on here... Please get ALL work in writing prior to have ANY service done. I cannot explain why I keep giving this place my business, well I do, because my cheap a$$ want my free tire rotation.... But that is how they getcha! My tires we due for rotation as well as being time for an oil change. I went in this morning and specifically asked for A STANDARD oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked because the last time I went in they up charged me for the synthetic without asking. I wasnt going to pay $90 for an oil change again. When I picked up my truck I noticed that the clerk was holding g back my receipt behind the CPU and asked me to slide my card. I asked what the total was and he quoted, $89 and some change. I said, For a STANDARD oil change? To which he replied, No, your vehicle calls for synthetic. I scoffed and told him (and he was the same guy that took my vehicle this morning) that I specifically asked for STANDARD and that this is why I had been taking my truck to WalMart for oil changes. He went on to tell me that they were much bigger than Walmart and how Walmart has been getting in a lot of trouble for that. He went on to tell me that he would charge me for the standard but that when I come in next time they will refuse to do a STANDARD oil change service for me. I told him he wont have the chance. This is the same company who tried to tell me my 6-month old tires needed replacing until I told them great, they should still be under your warranty. (tires were put on in my wifes name).. All of a sudden, they were no longer under warranty because I missed my rotation mileage by 150 miles!!!! F this place!

This place truly demonstrated terrible customers service and I very disappointed with my experience. I was overcharged for my service and in addition I was blatantly lied tool lied repeatedly. I was asked if I would like to open a rewards card. I asked if it was a credit card and she specifically told me that is was just a rewards card which was completely false. The continual pressure to open credit cards and upsell makes this a terrible.
