Stay away from this place. I took my brand new Mercedes to get a light up emblem installed. I told them to please take good care of my car. Chris said dont worry, we do this every day. When he took the existing star emblem, he was dumb enough to not notice that the new emblem was the wrong part, was bigger, so instead of just realizing that it didnt fit in, he pushed it in and broke the foam behind the star. Instead of trying to do the right thung, he just went the easy way. Also, he wanted to tap into mu headlight because it would be easier, instead of offering or recommending the best or most appropriate way to do it. Im very dissapointed with this place. Keep in mind that most of the work this people do is install devices for people that have DUIs to blow on the car and let them drive.

I tried to install an aftermarket JVC unit in my truck and messed up the install to a point where it kept popping the fuses so after hours of research and pulling my hair out trying to fix I gave up and gave OTS a call . Without a doubt, second to none. Very accommodating dont try to up-sale you and have competitive pricing. If you have any doubts, going to OTS Mobile Audio, dont. These guys went out above and beyond to make sure that my double-din is installed to my liking. Additionally, I wanted to retain my steering wheel controls, but in order for this to happen, a harness is needed. They ran into an issue with a back-up camera (not to their fault), and they worked tirelessly for hours to get it working. Now I have a beautiful Pioneer 2600 NEX, with all the functionality that I need. I will be returning to OTS Mobile Audio should I need anything else. THANK YOU!

I like to do a lot of my own car work, but running wiring back to the trunk area was just something I didnt want to do on my own. Will and Chris were great helping me understand my options and got me everything i wanted, both were very friendly and down to earth. They installed a new Pioneer unit with hands free mike, steering control and back up camera as well as one of their bass-package sub-woofer systems with separate gain control. Wanted an in dash Car Play radio for my wife’s 2004 MB CLK500. Was told by several Audio installers that it could not be done without replacing the factory installed Amp. Will assured me he could bypass the Amp . The install looks great the Amp bypass saved me several hundred dollars. Definitely check them out. I would recommend to only speak to Will.

Just want to start by giving a big THANK YOU to Will at OTS. I am very familiar with car audio installations and do them on my personal vehicles. I happen to have a very odd issue with my amp not getting power. So I set an appt and Will helped me out and came out to my car and come to find out the issue was with the remote wire from my brand new head unit that I purchased not even a month ago from Best Buy. This issue was racking my brain as I could not figure out why I wasnt getting any power to my amp. Long story short, Will took his own time to come check it out for me and found the issue within a couple of minutes and didnt even charge me a dime. Its businesses like this that really make us customers feel happy about going to them and doing business with them. Down the road I may have my rear and front speakers replaced and although I can do it my self I feel like I would rather let them do it just because I want to do business with them! The OTS team are very helpful and respectful. The overall service and care we received when all we needed some door speakers replaced in my wifes car was second to none. They didnt try to sell us things that we didnt need and they educated us on what we had and the reason our stock system quit working. Josh and Will are absolutely brilliant. I had a short in my audio system somewhere that was taking down the entire instrument panel in my Ford f-150. I heard Ford dealership would charge $1,000 to pull the dash and look for the short. These guys found the issue in 1 hour and cost less than $100 to fix. Would recommend OTS highly.

Last year we had OTS Mobile install an audio system in our boat with lighted LED strips with transom lights - LOVED it! Just decided to renew our older Tahoe - new stereo with Apple play - back up camera and remote start .... again LOVED IT ... the service was excellent - I told them what we wanted to do and they took it from there.... give them a call and ask for the owner William Strecker!

The custom car stereo work here is phenomenal. I had two Pioneer subwoofers installed in the trunk of my car with a custom enclosure almost two years ago. It still sounds awesome! No rattles and you can hardly hear it outside with the windows up. They also replaced all the interior speakers and stereo deck with Pioneer and it really sounds like a concert inside.I LOVE my stereo.

It was time to replace my original dash radio in my Newmar Class A motorhome. A friend recommended Will at OTS Mobile Audio. Will came out to our motorhome to see exactly what we would need. We stopped by his store on Tampa Rd. in Oldsmar and picked out a Pioneer we thought would work for us. At the arranged time, Will and one of his men showed up and installed the radio. I was very happy with their professionalism. The job was completed to my total satisfaction.During our first trip we noticed the Sirius stations would fade in and out, everything else worked fine. I called Will and asked his opinion of the Sirius reception. He sent one of his techs out within a half hour and had him move the antenna. Our experience with OTS Mobile Audio has been Excellent. I brought my sonata in because it was shutting off while playing after 20 min. I spoke with George about the issue and he is extremely friendly to your concerns and very knowledgeable about systems and explained so many things. Im glad I found these guys... had old audio equipment from my previous ride and wanted a nice clean install into the factory head unit. Called to get an estimate. The guys voice sounded far away and all he said was yes sir, So I didn’t think he was talking to me being that I’m not a guy! And never said anything. So He hung up and I called back, He answers again and now he’s irritated and actually says very rudely.... Their calling AGAAAIN!!!? I did go ahead and speak to the person about what I was calling for. However it’s no chance I would ever give my business to a company that is that RUDE and I’ve never had any encounters with them previously. Bad BUSINESS!! No Thanks

I had a 9am appointment scheduled on the 31st, I called and asked if arriving by 9:30 would still be OK, and they said, Ya, has to be by 9:30 though cause the installation time. Anyways, I ended up there at 9:45 and they still took me in. Wayne and Chris both were so helpful, and Im glad I ended up here, will be referring, and definitely will be back!!

I needed a bigger box for my alpine type r. So i called around looking for prices and they where by far the cheapest by $100 +. So i stopped by and the staff was friendly, they came outside and measured my truck for a custom box. They built it the next day to alpine specs. It looks good, fits perfect, and most importantly slams hard. Would recommed this place to anyone. I think i just found my new sub shop.

Overpaid ($250) a friend of a friend to install an amp, sub in fitted box for my Vette using my head unit. Worked for about a month, another 8 months later he had time to look at it, redid some wiring that was worn under door panel (gave another $40). That worked for about a week. Didn’t want to talk to me anymore as was too busy lol...so I’m $290 in, I supplied all parts beside Bass Knob.Damn, WHY DIDNT I CALL OTS on Tampa Road in Oldsmar to begin with. Forgot the guys name but $40 bucks later and 25 minutes of my time and life is finally good! Had to rewire a cable and sure cut me a deal as felt bad for me but was told if came to them begin with would have been under $200 to get done right the first time.I will definitely be using OTS for my future audio needs! Thanks

I had been looking to upgrade my car stereo for several months. I came across RTS online as a local Oldsmar business that sold car stereos. I was shown a Pioneer unit that met all of my needs and cost 30% less that other units I had been looking it. They told me the unit would take an hour to install --- and instead it was completed in under 30 minutes! I absolutely love my new car stereo! It actually exceeds my hopes and expectations! If you need a car stereo or other related items consider checking these folks at OTS out - I think youll like what you find!

Heres my story. My wife and I went to the Pinellas County Special Olympics Poker Run last weekend. Apparently, they donated what was thought to be a new Kenwood CD player a shirt, hat, and a couple other trinkets. They were wrapped in a gift basket and the CD player was in its factory packaging. As a gift to me, my wife bid on the silent auction because she knew I was in need of one and our son participates in Special Olympics, so its a win-win. Right? Well she brings it home and gives it to me. Great! I open everything up and come to find out, they donated a USED radio. Now, this wouldnt be a big deal because it was cheap enough, but its missing parts and I cannot even install it. My wife has been calling them all week and not only do they not answer the phone, they dont return her calls. Its been a week and nothing. I got fed up and had to order the parts from Kenwood. Needless to say, I would never do business with a company that would knowingly donate used stuff with missing parts to a group such as Special Olympics.
