Great store ! They are finally under new management and what a difference ! This is my neighborhood store and Im so happy they finally got it together, the new guy there is amazing. He gave me a great deal on a new phone and was extremely helpful. Will defiantly continue coming to this store !

Do not shop at this metro pcs authorized dealer. The employee was rude and very pushy. He would not stop trying to sell me phone covers, cases, and accessories when I made it clear I just wanted the phone. Then, after ringing up the phone, the total was unnecessarily high, and after inquiring why, I was told there was a $15 change phone fee. He claimed that this fee would be charged anywhere. That is ridiculous, when you can purchase a phone across the street at walmart and activate it over the phone or online for free. I walked out empty handed and will not be back to this store.

Avoid this store It is called Clear Com of Tampa the other owners have left George & Amir are gone. The guy there now Cody is an A** I purchased 2 S4s wife did not like it so I tried to return it and was told no returns. Went to corp. they told him he had to take it back so back my wife went and Cody told her nope not gonna take it.This person lies right to your face. While my wife was on the phone trying to get a hold of corp. Cody left the store so he would have to listen to my wife. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! CODY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
