Good product, but unresponsive customer service. I paid for mirror clips, and the right ones were not sent. I sent at least two emails, with absolutely no response. It would make me cautious about ordering from them. One of the emails I sent was a reply to a person at the company, not just customerservice@. Very disappointing.

I first heard of Fab Glass and Mirror from one of the health coaches I follow, Dr Axe. I’ve been following Dr Axe for years and really trust his advice. He highly recommended buying sea salt lamps here, and I’m so glad I did!Dr Axe spoke a lot of companies who sell fake versions of these lamps, and the that true sea salt in these lamps comes from Pakistan. He assured that this company only sold the real deal. My lamp that arrived was heavy, and beautiful, and though I had a minor issue with my delivery, the Management stepped in and resolved the issue immediately. I am grateful to them and recommend you buy your lamps here too.

This is the upgrade that you need for any bathroom. Looks great and easy to install. Customer service is great they helped me out with a shipping from third-party. My wife loves the mirror even though she didnt pick it out.

I received the glass for our table. It arrived today by FedEx and was placed in front of our garage door making it easier for us to unpack. He was very friendly and helpful. Custom size glass table tops are difficult to find. Most companies only produce standard sizes. But Fab Glass makes quality tops that protect furniture and fit perfectly.

Greetings, I received my fixed panel and frameless shower door. Both the door and the hardware exceeded my expectations. It was a custom order delivering exactly what I wanted. I had an issue with installation and needed to call customer service, the true test of a companies integrity. The representative was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She resolved the issue making a positive and lasting impression for her company.As a result I will be using them again possibly exclusively.

Ordered a large Fab Glass mirror for my work out room. Product arrived but it was defective. The mirror was warped. Contacted Fab Glass and they wanted to make it right. I sent pictures of the defective mirror and they sent me a brand new one. My wife loves our workout room with the mirror! Great product and customer service.

Fab Glass reached out to me concerning a problem I had with the shipping company. To be clear, my issue was with the customer service I received from the shipping company, NOT FabGlass.The problem I had did get taken care of, and FabGlass has dealt with the shipping company. The FabGlass rep was very courteous and professional throughout my dealings with them.

Quality product and easy to install. Customer service very responsive when needing to order replacement. Mirrors look great in home gym.

I had a few issues with my order arriving on time, I have to say Fab glass cares about their customers. They reached out to apologize and see if they could do anything. I am confident in the future i will continue to use them for my glass needs.

First mirror was damaged in transit, but company was helpful when contacted, and they are sending a replacement out. Looking forwarded to receiving it and making my newly decorated bathroom beautiful. :)

While I appreciate Fab Glass reaching out to assess my level of satisfaction with their services, I was overwhelmed my the number of calls and texts I received. I swear, one is enough, and I will get back to you at my convenience. Some of the texts lacked identification of the company, which was unsettling.

Stay away from this company. They dont stand behind their product. Completely dishonest. I bought from them and item arrived broken, they were given all kind of excuses not to refund even when I sent them a photo of damaged glass. Please be aware of this company, they sell on Ebay and Amazon, check the provider first and if it reads fabglassmirror DONT BUY IT

The glass I ordered was securely and meticulously packaged, which made for it arriving in perfect condition.I have used a local glass company for the past 25+ years … but when I called them to get a quote for this glass piece I was needing, I could not believe how their prices had gone up (more than double the instant online quote from I received from the Fab web site).And, the local companys pricing was based on me picking it up … it did not include shipping. Fabs price even included free shipping!I am thrilled that I found Fab Glass & Mirror online, and will definitely be ordering from them for any future glass needs!Lisa T.

Placed an order for a mirror on December 17, 2019. Decided to go direct instead of Amazon (what a mistake) because I needed speedy delivery. After hearing nothing from this company for three weeks, I contacted them early January. They responded on January 10 that the order was on its way. I requested a refund for obvious reasons. Never heard anything until today (January 21st) when they are now threatening me with a $300 fine if I dont come and pick up the mirror at their warehouse. Unbelievable. Dont understand how this company still operates in the 21st century...

Problem resolved, satisfied customerI had a problem with my order... (it wasnt totally the fault of Fab Glass and Mirror). After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received an email from the owner offering a couple different solutions to resolve my issue. Things happen, I understand that; and the best decisions arent always the ones that are made first, but in the end Fab Glass and Mirror stepped up and made me a satisfied customer. Company made right and sent me what i needed!

I’m a professional woodworker looking for a quote on glass for an entryway door. I repeatedly sent information for the job (including a drawing and cut list) and received no response. It’s a more complicated job, but I even told the guy through the little response I did get to say the word and I would look elsewhere—no response. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and unreliable. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I just ordered tempered glass for my fireplace. What an easy transaction!I had a question and it was answered right away.Im looking forward to dealing with their Ohio office as well since we live close by in the summer.

We were surprised with the step by step website that made specifying, ordering and paying for the 1/4 x 36 x 48 tempered glass panels very quick and easy. The packaging was outstanding - it exceeds FedExs standard for sheet glass; the glass arrived in excellent condition even though the boxes suffered a few handling cuts and scrapes. The products itself - the glass panels - were superbly finished with erased edges that made handling an easy task. We are now Fab Glass customers as we believe FG are notches above their competition.

Not a great company. I build furniture and doors and was looking for 6 large pieces of tempered glass. I saw that they have a somewhat local storage warehouse in Tampa, so wanted to try to support someone who at least has some footprint locally.When I saw that their advertisement to, beat any online competitor by 10% I decided to give them a try. I gave a quote to them on 6/13. They later told me they wont do seemed edge so had to have it requoted. 6/14 was told they needed exact measurements to get a certain number okayed by the GM. 6/17 I emailed the exact quote dimensions of the glass. Various correspondence with Kurt the sales guy.Always the same. Waiting on GM to okay the number. Apparently, two weeks later that GM still isnt insterested in following through with their advertisement. Kurt (the salesman) was a decent enough guy. Answered emails quickly but the company itself has no consideration of potential clients time. There non-saving 10% and dragging their heels cost me a week on the project Im working on.Do yourself a favor and just go to one day glass. Cheaper and more responsive from the management. The two stars is because Kurt was pleasant.
