I bought their store-brand icing (which cost less than $2) and it was rancid. So I returned it (first time ever) under their Twice as Nice guarantee, which is supposed to be a refund AND a free replacement. The cashier gave me a hard time, claiming thats not how the guarantee works. Even though it literally says that on the packaging, and also on the Aldi website.Its bad enough this is a Eurotrash version of Save a Lot, but now giving a customer a hard time over a buck and change?Whatever, Alpo.

I love Aldi and this is no exception. Well-stocked, hard working employees with excellent attitudes and unbelievable prices on high quality groceries and miscellaneous seasonal items. If you havent been, youve got to go.

ALDI is conveniently located in Oldsmar (Tampa Road and Forest Lakes Blvd.) The following are the three reasons I gave this store five stars: First, the store is clean. Second, it has a lot of merchandise, including a variety of organic fruit, vegetables, eggs, juices, and other products that are reasonably priced. Sometimes the price is up to 40% of the organic products in comparison to other stores nearby. It has many gluten-free products that are tasty and reasonably priced as well. It also has many seasonal products. Third, the staff is helpful and courteous. I highly recommend ALDI in Oldsmar

I have to admit Im not a big shopper at Aldis so take this review with a grain of salt. My mom loves buying her wine here. You have to pay a quarter to get a cart, but you get it back when you return the cart. Not a big fan of this feature. The staff were nice and helpful. The store and parking lot looked clean and safe. I thought this place was small for a grocery store, but like I said Im not a big shopper here. No self check out or line for those just buying a few items.

Love the convenience of the store and certain things I get there which I cant find it my regular Supermarket. However they were extremely Low on packages of chicken

Clean, stocked, great prices and fast checkout. Produce section is congested since its next to the entrance and not spaced out like an aisle. Some produce not fresh. Some gorcery items are only limited time an gone forever. No customer service since it appears theres only 2 employees per shift. One at the register and one stocking the shelves.

There is absolute no value to customer. The is hardly 1 person at the billing and he/she will start billing for the next customer even before the previous one has cleared the area.

Everyones social distancing and be safe. Sanitizer wood are provided to wipe down carts. Love the fresh veggies and fruits and the low carb options.

Its ok if you need something right away.they dont have brand name idems on food or none food

I’ve been shopping at Aldi for most my life, great quality and service. I had an experience there today which has left me feeling disheartened from how I was approached by one of the employees.There were no signs posted about face masks, if it was required I would’ve worn one.I brought my own bag because I only needed a handful of things and I had an hour before I needed to leave for work and needed to make dinner before going.An older woman was in front of me, when I got to the register an employee had walked up and was speaking with the cashier.I finished my transaction and was leaving when I was approached and stopped by that employee by the name of Andrew and wanted to check my bags.He gave me the excuse that it was for company purposes of accuracy, when I asked why I was stopped and he didnt give me an explanation. I was quite insulted.No one likes to be profiled and I was by this employee. He could’ve checked the woman in front of me if it was truely for company accuracy, she was still boxing her order up,it could’ve been easier checked, but, instead he pulled the items out of my bag. He took the items out of my bag! How embarrassing, harassing and uncalled for.Yes I was the only person not wearing a mask, dressed in my bathing suit and jumper. But I was abiding by all dressed code and ordinances. To be profiled like that and stopped was uncalled for. I came home and shared the story to my partner, this never has happened at Aldi and for that I’m sure the worker had other reasons for stopping me and not someone else, he unpacked my order and didn’t explain why I was stopped and not another. That itself is a sign that I was profiled because he wouldn’t give me an answer.If that would happen again Id rather spend more money at Walmart next door than be treated like that again.

Bring your own bags and a quarter. Without the quarter you dont get a cart. Who carries change anymore? All I ever use for money is my phone.

I visit this Aldi while visiting my daughter. Has clean restrooms and fresh fruits and veggies. Dont mind bagging my own groceries. Cuts on costs which is passed on to the customer

Aldi is a great variety store. Everything from fairly priced fresh produce, deli sandwiches, ready to bake pizzas. Spices, box mixes, canned goods, fresh, not frozen meats and deli slices and cheeses. Greeting cards, childrens toys, trash cans, decorative pillows! You get the idea. Very reasonably priced one stop shopping!Immaculately clean store!

Its always catch as catch can! Got what I needed. Was a little disconcerted about a family with no masks being in the store. Where was the store supervisor? Cashiers are too busy doing their jobs to police shoppers.

Just moved to safety harbor in September 2019 I’ve never shopped at a aldis because where I lived before we didn’t have one near by but I am so happy I started shopping here I used to shop only at Publix and now I shop here about 2 times a week using their curb side pick up. I have two kids and am currently pregnant so for a 2$ fee to have someone shop for me bag the groceries and bring it to my car it’s worth it! I haven’t had any issues what so ever here they are absolutely great! Thank you!

Dont expect a big grocer as they are not. They carry things that you will not find at a general store at a reduced price. I go for the off brand savings and I do save. There product line is just as good as the big name brands. Limited service, bag your groceries and it takes a quarter for a cart.

Good selection of products, but on every visit Ive had here there is only 1 register open, with plenty of people in the line waiting.

Bought a table yesterday and asked the cashier yesterday if I would be able to return it to which she advised yes. Bring it in today to return after realizing this table won’t work and they refuse to take the return stating a policy in place to not accept returns currently. Manager comes out and simply states sorry I don’t know who told you that. Guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere going forward.

Overall its just o.k. as far as aldis go.If you dont show up first thing in the monring, chances are stuff on your list will already be sold out. Prices at this location also tend to be higher than other locations I go to. Selection of limited edition items less than average at this one too.

This is not the Aldi store that I normally shop at but I happened to be in the area and it was convenient. Store was typical of other Aldi stores in the area. The stand out for me was Isaac the cashier. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. He is a real asset to the store.

Love the price and selection of items. If youre not fussy about name brands you can save $$$ over other stores.

I have been a customer of this Aldi’s in Oldsmar since they opened. They continually don’t disappoint with quality, variety of products, freshness & customer service. I’ve been especially been happy the way they’ve handled the safety of their customers & workers during this COVID crisis.

They are awesome. They have toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, paper towels and much more at regular prices unlike other places that have increased their prices by 40+ percent. I just recently started to appreciate the Aldi experience and this was only the 2nd Aldi I have visited. I really liked the look of the clean store. It was clean, stocked and well appointed for current social distancing. Cant complain about saving some money along the way.

Fruit offerings a little scarce

Adhi s was a quick in & out for a few items. Store was clean & neat even though it was late afternoon. Meat section was light on brats which were featured today and they were out of brioche hot dog rolls which were also featured for Wed. Asparagus, Zucchini & asstd bell peppers looked fresh and well priced. Beef patties at 10/$10 were easy to find as a featured item. Greeted by cashier & asked if I found everthing. Checking out was smooth with no wait.

Shop there every week. Best prices, produce, meats & always have items of food, that you wont find anywhere. Highly recommend. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Purchased mostly clean, organic foods. Lots of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. Great for healthy eating. I did grab most of our toiletries and cleaning items elsewhere. This was a good time to shop too (about 3-3:30 Friday afternoon). I was through the line quickly. The new design is wonderful. Staff was very friendly as well.

The renovation really gives the store an upscale look and feel. The breaks in isles makes it easier to get around without having to back track through aisles too much as before. The first impression is key and by having the produce at the front it feels like the store is fresh.

I love, love, love Aldis!! Cant beat the prices and even though you dont have as many choices as you do at some of the bigger chain stores you cant go wrong with the choices they offer. Dont be afraid to buy the store brand; quality and price are as good or better than the familiar name brands.

Your order online could use improvements. I ordered items that its not what i need. You guys are replacing it to something else if its not available. Customer service non whatsover. Workers could use some training of how to treat customers. I will never come to this place prices are same if I go to Publix at least they have great customer service. Great potatoes salad. I love the various salad dressings and you cant find them outside. They have their own name and brands.

I went in today before their Grand re opening after they renovated! The store is so much better laid out and stocked than ever! The prices here are on beatable and most of the products are a hit at not a miss. In theory you could do your food shopping here with a few filling items from other stores. I highly recommend their meat products fish products and produce! So happy they are opening again!
