I took in a Kenmore 800 series washing machine (10+ years old) that was having problems. They fixed and even cleaned it up for me. From the time I took it in to the time I brought it home was less than 24 hours. The tech was thorough and explained/showed me the mechanical parts he replaced. They tested it to run properly. Im currently doing a load of laundry, it runs like new. Pricing was more than fair. Im very happy.. A+

I had there tech com out t/o service our commercial Speed Queen set.Parts ordered, work waiting for....I call, WAITED, called again. WAITED . Johnthe OWNER got VERY UNPROFESSIONAL( as if the lack of communication wasnt bad enough) and said he wasnt going to work for me. After twelve years as a customer, and having tipped the tech, this is what their service is?Yes...I Will AVOID this owner and his not so family business.John promised to send an email(STILL NOT RECEIVED) of parts he had and 3 now ordered, then back ordered, he then gave me two false, or none working of other people how might do the work, and told me he would not sell me the parts that had come in.JOHN ...THAT IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT.Ask John to explain....I am sorrry to have waited and counted on besecker &coss.Can you afford this behavior in your life?JOHN the owner did this 12/19/19, 10 am.JOHN ...VERY BAD FORM.

Great workmanship and fast service. Was able to exceed my expectations by fixing my washer right the first time and for less than I expected.4/2018: 2nd experience was fantastic as well. They helped me out when a chest freezer blew an electrical thing. I talked with them about what happened, They suggested a part they had in stock. (Afterwards I checked and found it was only slightly more than on amazon.). So I was able to save all our frozen stock from going bad the same day. They even helped out with tips for the installation. Then they added if it didn’t work they could have a tech over that day. But it worked out.

Got the part I needed got home and put it in works good. Looked up the part online it coast half the price I was charged at thestore.
