I would never recommend them or anyone related to them to any the owner and his kids basically run a chop shop the cars yes multiple cars I bought through them have all had multiple problems only months after purchasing

They do good work but theyre slow. Instead of 1 day job turns into more. Otherwise, great place. Didnt charge more, just took longer then said.

They kept my part they didnt end up putting in and told me I still didnt pass inspection for yet another reason after saying Id be fine to pass with just putting the parts in

WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE I sent my vehicle to this garage simply for a new clutch and transmission and other miscellaneous work. First off it took 6 months for me to get it back the first time, they’ve had to pick it up twice within a month time frame after the 6 months they’ve had it. Still didn’t do the clutch right, and now I’m 4 hours into getting my vehicle back for the third time and it’s STILL NOT FIXED. ALong with the extra labor they charged me for fixing the stuff they didn’t to the right time, and all the lies and excuses for all the time I haven’t had my vehicle. Absolute pos garage, WOULDNT RECCOMENT TO ANYONE

Well I tried to get a gas tank so I called and asked. The man said that he could beat the price I got from his local competitor and that he would call me back when he confirmed he had the part. That was a Friday and with multiple calls back and forth it took until Wednesday the next week for them to say they didnt have the tank. Now since they wasted my time I can no longer get the tank from the competitor since they sold the tank while I was waiting for supreme. If the have to confirm a part is there you are better off moving on to a different place. First time use and the last time. Negative stars

My dash lights quit working and I was directed to supreme Auto. I have a lot of respect for them because they allowed me to get the part that I needed. I only paid $20 to get the whole entire dash/lights.

Tried selling me the cruise control instead of the throttle cable I needed after on the phone I told him what the old one looked like multiple times and I even told him the part number. He didn’t even offer me a flashlight when he said I could look through the yard to see if I could find it and he didn’t even tell me the areas that he claimed he had the car at. Definitely would not recommend.

I went to this business in hopes to find my daughter a decent car,and that i did. I would recommend this business to anyone,Joe is a nice guy very friendly and knows about vehicles. He gave us a good deal on the car we chose, we had a few concerns and he had no problem fixing them before the purchase. They also offer a 1YEAR WARRANTY with the car which you cant find anywhere for older cars. If your looking for a good affordable car this is the place!!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a used dealer. Joe was so helpful. I went there looking for a 4x4 truck and it ended up not being what I wanted so he look around and found me a vehicle that I fell in love with and gave me a great deal on the Suzuki. I recently purchased a truck, a 2004 F-150. I drove the truck, it seemed to be in good condition. I put a deposit down and on the following day I came back to pick it up. Shortly after I purchased it I realized that it had some issues, there was front and problems and the starter failed. I brought it to my mechanic to have the starter and battery replaced, and while it was there, the mechanic that I know alerted me to the other issues.I immediately called Joe, my main contact at supreme auto. I was worried he was going to tell me that I purchased the truck, and all the problems were mine. Instead, Joe asked me what the problems were and when I explained them he told me to bring the truck to any Ford dealer in western New York and he would pay to have all the problems fixed with genuine ford parts up to New York State code. The cost of all the repairs along with the reimbursement for the starter job that I had done totaled just shy of $2000 (on a truck that sold for $6900). Joe and supreme auto covered the entire cost to fix the truck.Im just posting this say that anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from these guys can be sure they will be treated well and they dont have to be worried about getting scammed. I couldnt be happier with the experience Ive had!

Went here for a used car, very personable and negotiable salesman. Helpful, however I got in the car and drove it for about 10 seconds and realized it had a bad wheel bearing. Definitely should not have passed inspection, my Chevy Cobalt sounded like a plane taking off, then he didnt answer me when I tried to contact over the phone. Got a good deal so i guess i kind of expected it but still not acceptable. Not the end of the world, lesson learned make sure you test drive first. Take no ones word, even a dealer.

Super fast...I ordered body panels..... they came in as scheduled.. When I went to pick them up, I had the panels in my hands quicker than I could count my change. .Tom is like lightning

I had nothing but bad experiences at the shop. Each time I go there’s always atleast a 45 minute wait before someone comes out. I bought a 06” Pontiac Torrent back in May and been having issues with it every since. Right now dealing with 2 bad wheel barrens in which I was told they were replaced. A wiper transmission gave out and it needs a whole new blend door actuator. Although Tom agreed to fix it all free of charge, I’m personally getting tired of driving back and forth!

Called for 3 parts, told they had them, waited over an hour and left with no parts.next day got 2 out of 3 and one was junk. Still havent got the 3rd over a week later but damn sure took all of the money! NEVER again nor will I ever refer anyone to this place.

I live in Buffalo, NY and drove 2 hrs to Olean for the great deal I got at Supreme Auto. We initially had a few problems with the Cadillac SRX that we purchased. Horrible. They bought a car from my daughter then tried to have me pay for an engine in it by slipping into my repair bill. Stated they didnt realize they did it. Also installed a light duty part in place of a heavy duty part.

I bought a 2007 jeep compass from these guys in April of 2015. After paying $6000 for it and putting over $1000 of work into it through these guys they told me there was nothing else wrong. I could tell that my car still wasnt quite right so a couple months later I decide to take it to a different mechanic who came highly recommended. He told me that the whole underneath of this car was covered in layers of rust and that my ball joints on my front end were only being held in by the rust because both my lower arms were broken. He also said he couldnt even check my bearings to see if that were good because they were so covered in rust. I have now almost put $10,000 into it for work which could have bought me a whole new, working car. I would not ever recommend going to these guys. They will screw you over if they dont know you.

Called last week to make an appointment to get my car inspected today. The very polite receptionist told me if there is any issues with the appointment she would call. My husband went today and she told him they are out of inspection stickers.

Just took my trailblazer to supreme to have a transmission put it as with any used part you run a 50/50 chance of another bad part which happened to us we went back and informed them of the problem and they immediately took our vehicle in and repaired it at their cost

Hands down worst mechanic shop in Catt county. I have gone here over and over with them saying they will have my car fixed, everything they have said they did to my car was not done. Mike Minano is not paired up with them and he has been going to court over and over for selling terrible cars and putting women and children in the street by giving them uninsured and unregistered cars that were pulled over and taken away... over a year now and he has not put a motor in the lemon he sold us.... now we have another loaner that we take to supreme everyother day because there is something wrong with it .. do not go to these liars and uncommitted people... they are a junk yard for a reason and not a dealership or mechanic.. all the mechanics they have and the owner look as if they need to go back to school and get updated with customer service and the cars... I cannot wait to be completely done dealing with these people. Your better off getting a book and fixing your car by yourself honestly.

Got a Jeep from them They were awesome they put all season aggressive tires on my Jeep one dealerships that most ppl are approved can put a reasonable down payment and get low payments.

Found a vehicle on craigslist,called and set an appointment with Joe.when i shoed up Joe showed me the car allowed me to drive it and allowed me to think about the deal with no pressure.He is very knowledgable about vehicles and easy to deal with. They even give a 1 Year Warranty with the purchase of a vehicle. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family. Bought a truck from Joe about six months ago, I was in need of a vehicle fast and he had a truck I liked that had just got onto his lot and hadnt even been cleaned yet. Joe told me he would get it cleaned up and gave me one heck of a deal on it (I wont say how good for his benefit). 24 hours later it was clean, had an oil change and was ready to hit the road.After six months the truck began having rust issues and had some broken fuel lines that rusted through and a couple frame issues. I called up joe and the next day he took the truck and repaired the problems for FREE! Not only did he replace the broken line, he replaced all the lines, fixed the frame and painted the whole underside of the frame.Furthermore after a little while I had a brake line burst while driving through Indiana due to Chevys terrible engineering (there is a lot of nhsta documentation about this, definately not Joes fault) I called Joe to ask for suggestions on replacing it and he said take it to a shop and Ill take care of the bill I was absouloutley astonished, even with no responsibility for it he still took care of the parts bill and got me back on the road!I have heard lots of bad rep about these guys but It always follows the same script I bought a used car and it wasnt perfect so I wrote them off... I have had a couple issues but thats to be expected with used vehicles (especially northern ones) and these guys have absouloutley bent over backwards to make everything a positive experience. I would do business here again In a heartbeat.

I have a shop in Wheatfield NY (2 hours from Olean) and have a lifelong friend in Olean who has a deer magnet on most of his vehicles.Long story short, 10 mins on the phone with Greg, Got ALL the parts i needed for my guys to drive out and service another victim vehicle, and the prices were more than 25% less than the BIG guys here in Buffalo area.Why 5 stars? because they took my info, year make and model, called back in 5 mins with parts, condition and price. NONE of the larger scrap processors around here do that, and youre lucky to hear from them in the same day. Further, i generally give 4 stars, but the fact that he went out of his way to provide the parts on the day i need, and color i need. Well, thats the best deal around.Thanks Greg. I purchased a 2005 silverado form supreme auto in october 2015 there were some unexpected issues they had to fix on the truck so it did take a couple weeks before i could pick up the truck and start driving it after receiving the truck issues continued to pop up Joe did great at working with my schedule and getting the problems fixed as they occured. I was impressed that they took the time to listen to my ideas of what the problems were as most shops look at you like you are clueless. finally after a month of being in and out of the shop for repairs the truck was all set and i have had no issues with it untill recently the cv joint went which i replaced myself as it was fine all winter and now well past the 30 day warranty on that kind of stuff. While i was replacing the cv joint i found the mounting bracket for the stabilizer bar was in bad shape, I contacted Joe to let him know and to my surprise he told me to bring it in and they would repair it free of charge even though it was out of the 30 day warranty. In addition to the standard 30 day warranty on used cars in NY they also provide a full 1 year warranty on the engine and transmission which you will not find anywhere else all you have to do is make sure you do your routine oil changes and transmission fluid flush which you should be doing anyway. I would definitely go to them again if looking for a used vehicle as i would have paid about the same buying a similar truck from a private seller and then been stuck with the burden of all the repairs that had to be done myself.

My name is Starlite. I went to supreme a few days ago because i wanted to trade in my car. The man i spoke with was very knoweledgable about cars and helped alot. I would reccommend supreme to anyone because of how great they are with cars and how well they actually care about the customers needs. I was suprised to go somewhere that was trying to help me and not rip apart my pocket. Bottom line is if you need help with buying a car or with your car take it to them because they really do know what there doing and will take care of you.

I bought a 04 chevy impala back in march, it has a 1 year engine and tranny warranty, about a week ago my ignition control module (which is in the electrical system not the engine like it is in some cars) went bad and my car kept stalling out and it needed to be replaced. i had to have it towed to my mechanic because i live in buffalo not olean, i called joe up and told him what was going on trying to see if he could do anything to help me out, even though it was past the 30 day anything wrong warrarnty. he got me a great deal on a replacement piece and even talked to my mechanic to lower his price - who was asking for $500 with a new piece and labor. i ended up paying $170 for the work and the replacement piece. everyone at supreme auto go above and beyond what they have to do, they are very nice and try to do everything they can to help out their customers. its and hour and a half drive to get out to olean from where i live but i would make the trip again if i ever had to replace my car.

They are not very customer friendly. If I ever need parts again I will be going somewhere else

Where do I start...bought a vehicle from them, check engine light came on the same day, I live 40 miles from Olean so took it to a local shop, turns out there was a bad valve in the engine which required the engine to be torn down. While the mechanic had it on the lift he said come look at this, the frame was rotted in several places, the e brake cable wasnt hooked up, the tie rods and ball joints were shot, leaking oil and the list goes on...I called Joe and he wasnt helpful at all...what a waste of time and money...dont go to this place unless you bring your mechanic with you.
