This is just the name I use for my Google account, so the store may not recognize it if they read this review...I was there today to pick up an online order for five new interior doors, doorknobs/hardware, and a couple of other small items. Every employee who assisted my wife and I were very friendly and helpful. I spent a considerable amount of money, so it was nice to save some and also nice to have the extra help loading everything into my truck. Major kudos to the folks at Home Outlet in Olean, NY!

They greet you at the door and you will always see a friendly face. Great customer service by always asking what you need help with. Quality of products isnt always the absolute best but thats to be expected from an outlet store.

Absolutely the best service you can get from a bargain outlets store have been to many but this one is managed very well

Was greeted as we came in the door and offered help. We were just looking for remodeling ideas so didnt need it. Staff was friendly. Lots of good quality ideas at good prices.

I love this store! The staff is very helpful. They have a very good selection and stock supply. The last time we were there we bought a countertop for one of the apartments. I liked the selection that they had. There is one design that I may consider for our house. I like the really high gloss and they had a few that was higher end.

Prices are good, service ok. No one asked if we need anything or offered to help. I dont like sales people hovering but it would have been nice to have been greeted.

Lots of seconds and blems available for your construction and remodeling needs. Staff is friendly but not so knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable but, it would seem to me, its better to move the product than to sit on it. Seemed like they had pretty much the same items year after year with few new items, atleast that stood out to us.
