Terry helped us find a most inexpensive way to carpet a rental property. A lot of work on his part. When all was said and done, we decided to sell as is. Terry was very gracious when we backed out of the deal.

Terry was helpful, but not pushy, and scheduled our carpet installation in a timely manner. And Will and Alex were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service. I had picked 3 different carpets that I was told were in stock. Every time I picked the next one I would get a text saying “sorry it’s not available “. Picked the one went to the store paid in full and left. Not 20 minutes later again- sorry it’s not there.I really wanted my house done before the holidays so I picked one last carpet. It came in on a Tuesday with no pad. They were supposed to be at our house on Thursday 830 they came at 1130.I was told that “something “ would be done to compensate all the issues. Nothing has been done. I won’t hold my breath.Do not shop there

In the midst of the pandemic, Terry Scott of CCC, Olean was a huge help. Everything was done virtually. Stress free. Great communication. Fair price. The installation took place on the originally scheduled date. Our installer Will did a very professional job. Good clean up too. Will not hesitate to return or recommend. Thank you!

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable! I love my new flooring! Installers were very nice and stayed extra to finish my flooring! They also came back the same day I called to address a concern I had with one piece. They replaced it within an hour and were very friendly throughout the process!

I stopped in for some padding normally for floor use but I needed it for a different project as well as I will be updating my flooring within my home the new manager Ben took time to LISTEN to what I needed and based off what I said he suggested products. I stress that because often times we are pushed in a direction that is good for the company but not for our needs and this situation is not like that. Was a great experience. R J knows his products and was very helpful. Installers did a super job, had to seam carpet twice due to odd shape room. Very happy with the final product. Will be returning to buy carpet for another room.

I had carpet installed a year ago, within a short period of time the carpet began to fray. Initially the individual I was directed to in buffalo essentially said not our problem. I went back to Olean store and spoke with RJ, he was great. He contacted Shaw, the carpet manufacturer, and followed up with them several times. RJ was able to get the carpet replaced at no cost to me. I appreciated RJs responsiveness, professionalism and small town customer service.
