So happy with our AT&T service so far! Tom was wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Don’t want to rude and mention that other company that we transferred from by name. But they haven’t been very helpful in the last couple of years. They are not open on Sundays anymore, they always seem to have 7 employees hanging out and none of them want to help you, they will not assist in transferring your information from old phone to new phone. I could go on and on. Tom was the only one working on Sunday when we went in. He was helping another couple. We were fine with waiting. So glad we did. He is a great guy. AT&T should be very proud of the job he is doing for them. I’m so glad we switched. Thank you Tom!!

Ive been with Cricket for 4 years. Associates dont care about customers. My last encounter with Cricket made me decide to change companies. Had to get a new phone, purchased it at Cricket, they would not touch my phone, told me I had to do it myself. They made me show my card with my covid shot record before they even waited one. Went to AT&T. Your service was great and you didnt treat me as if I was carrying the virus.. In no time at all, you guys set up my phone and I was ready to go. Thank you AT&T. Pleasant, helpful experience that I will share with everyone. Be proud of your great customer service!!!
The guy had no idea how to do a payment for prepaid phone. Didnt tell me the right amount. So in turn I had no phone this morning. Then I had to borrow more money to put into my account. I got charged more than it should have been. I will NEVER pay in store with cash ever again.
The representative Kyle at the Olean AT&T store was super knowledgeable and friendly. He was a great AT&T ambassador and we were very pleased!

I was having problems with my old I phone, the representative tried cleaning the voice speakers, but with battery issues, I needed an up grade. They transferred everything to the new phone and helped me learn to use the new one. They found a lovely outter box for protection. plus the screen saver, Thank you very much! Got me exactly what I was looking for and then some.
Our reps name was Jesse, if you ever get sick of paying ridiculous prices, go to ATT! He was kind, conversational, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. I hope they realize what an asset he is. Ive never met him, but my husband and I walked away feeling like we made a new friend.
Beyond poor support. I purchased a home internet device. The guy did not even activate it nor bother to ensure it works. I went home to set it up ... wasted 2 hours trying to get it to work. This is not a real AT&T store... it is a distributor. Stay away! I had to go to a real AT&T store to get the mess fixed.
Just called customer support with a several issues. Terrica assisted me. I was incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable & helpful she was. I think she has singlehandedly changed my opinion of AT&T for the better! Thank you Terrica!!

I am in my 70s, and technically-handicapped. Tried to activate my husbands phone myself after Best Buy and Walmart would not help us, even though we bought the phone at Best Buy. (They wanted $40 to activate it.) We are AT&T customers for our phone service. We spent almost 2 hours at the Olean store, on Black Friday, where a very helpful guy named Jessi patiently cleared up my mistakes, and transferred the info from an old phone to the new one. (Even though other techs said it was impossible!) Never charged us a cent, and someone named Jeff also figured out how we can get TV and better internet service for less than we pay now. And, we also got a veterans discount, which few places have any more. From now on, we go to Olean AT&T store first, even though its a 40 mile trip from our home in Arcade. They were great!!!
Only a few of the workers know how to do their job. The others have hardly a clue of what technology is it seems. And stock always seems to be limited. Better off going an extra 30 minutes from the store to one of the bigger AT&Ts.
Any time I had a problem they helped me . They helped me with billing on how to read it. Choices of equipment That would meet my needs. They do check your equipment and so much more. Thats AT&T here in City of Olean, New York . I recommend them to any one I had an issue with my equipment.They fixed right away. Thanks Taylor and Mike.

People dont know what they are doing. It takes forever for someone just to finally talk to you. We are always waiting to get help. The last time I was in there, there was a trainee and he had no clue and made my phone worse. He never talked to Att about my account and the problem. I get poor Att service pretty much everywhere I go. Never again!

They were very helpful with my switch from Verizon to AT&T. I had to get 5 phones and a big plan that included combining it with my DirecTV one and everything went smoothly. Thank you.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MY 81 YEAR OLD FATHER. MADE HIM DRIVE 3 TIMES FOR 45 MINUTES THEN SAID HE COULDNT GET CREDIT FOR A PHONE THEY SAID HE COULD GET. WILL NEVER GO TO OLEAN STORE AGAIN.

I cant comment on the AT&T wireless service as I dont have it. I will say that my stop in this store was disappointing to say the least. The sales person had no idea what she was doing, and had to keep referring me and herself back to the broucher...
Fast service great people
Well we were going to switch to at&t. But, we got stuck with a new person who couldnt answer any of our questions. So, what should have been a 3-5 minute visit turned into a 45 minute visit. Ill be sticking with Verizon because of it.
