Today I just got my Flu shot for this year.I went to the Drop-off counter and a very pleasant young man checked me in and told me where to go. The sign above clearly was marked VACCINES. Then a very nice young man gave me the Flu shot. I didnt feel a thing, it was so quick:) I will be definitely going back here to get my Booster when Im eligible. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. I love this CVS. I always get all my shots here, So quick and easy. I come from Belmont only 30 minutes. So Thank you CVS for all that you do. GOD BLESS
Called and was on hold for a very long time.Needed to know what my prescription was that they had ready.Had to drive all the way to the store to find out.
I have no problem with CVS, always get a message when medication is ready, I got my shingles shot there no problem, I have always been treated with respect
Stopped in there approximately an hour and a half after my Dr appt for a script that was needed right away. Was abruptly told not ready, no explanation and told to come back and not even given a time frame. I refused to come back and explained I need this as soon as possible. After getting an eyeroll from the cashier/pharmacy tech she walked away and yelled back that I would still have to wait. There were many people working behind the counter including 2 pharmacists so Im not sure why I received such an attitude. After all that I waited 15 minutes for my scripts
What a joke. Went there on Friday. They said they were out of stock of the script I needed. The lady said they had to order it. I asked, has it been ordered? Or do you need to order. She said it was ordered but to wait til afternoon Monday to pick up. I called to find out if they received it cuz . Im not walking there. If its not in yet . Well waited 16 minutes on hold no answer. I know they have quite a few people in the back working. Not sure why they cant answer a phone. 18 minutes now. And their drive in has been closed. Ughhhh.
I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy. They are very short and rude. They aren’t competent enough to fill your medications. Basically because they don’t care enough to ask all of the questions needed. I even heard one say, “ Sorry, I just don’t wanna be here.” Because she was messing up an order. I called my medicine in @9 or 10am and show up at 5pm and it’s not ready because they didn’t listen to me when I called.
Rude terrible workers. Have gone days multiple times without medications due to them being in progress for hours if not a day or more. Also hasd an employee try to change my prescription to make it easier on them and then when it couldnt get filled told me I had to get it fixed as it didnt matter to her if I got my meds. The pharmacy should be shut down! Can you give 0 stars???
Stopped in to get my scripts after being in ogh all night and they were still not ready idk whats up with them lately and also when u try to call in be prepared to hold for 40 minutes just to be told your scripts arnt ready yet
These people ignore phone calls. Terrible service. Go anywhere else.

I am a veteran and was forced to use this store. They messed up by making me wait twice because they had to rebill it through the va even though i showed them the first time that they needed to bill the va
So i am new patient to receive my medicine throw CVS. I Call pharmacy to get delivery 4 my meds. Cause CVS says we deliver your meds!!!!!! So i call n 2 set delivery. I guess the rep that pickef up was having bad day!!!! All i asked was i would like to set u delivery of my meds!!! CVS say they need credit card 2 set it up!!! I reply wow ok y?....condisently cvs say its not like i vall them up n order pizza!!! My apology 4 asking in a harmless way cvs .. He was rude . But honestly i have got my medicine delivered like as simple as ordering pizza !!! What a bad rep n disrespectful rep i hope someone that needs there medication immediately they might die cause of his rudeness
If I could give this place a zero I would! Have been having computer issues and pharmacist Tim has been extremely rude, unprofessional and just generally not helpful in trying to provide the best patient care! Strongly suggest going anywhere else, check out your small local pharmacy!

Helpful staff but incredibly slow pharmacy service. I expect to wait at least 15 minutes every time I tried to get something filled when I drop it off a new script. Sometimes as long as half an hour.
Just called to ask a simple question and the manager was completely rude and short with me. Interrupted me and was nasty. Will travel to any where else.
I used to work as a pharmacy technician at this cvs. The reason you have to wait 15 minutes or longer, is because they are filling out scripts that came in before yours. There are only so many people to fill the scripts at one time. Also, maybe your script wasnt ready to fill because the Dr hasnt responded to the request to fill it, if its a refill or you need a new script. Or the insurance is being slow or giving them a hard time. Its crazy busy and stressful, so give them a break.

The manager is so rude and some of the employees are rude and the manager picks favorites and she yells at one of the employees for being on there phone but all she does is sit in her office and does nothing but play on her phone and try to get them in trouble and she is very rude I suggest you might wanna go to a different store
Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The first month I had it filled here I recieved a text saying it was ready so I drove 45 mins to pick it up and got there and was told it wasnt ready and I had to wait 3 days before they finally had it. The second month I received the text and got there and was told they forgot to clear the ipledge stuff and I had to wait over an hour for them to have it ready. This month my doctor had to call in the prescription 3 times and I recieved 3 messages saying my prescription would be ready for pick up and when I called the pharmacy to confirm they told me they had no record of it in the system. Ive called 3 times in the past 2 days and every time I talked to someone they were extremely rude and had no explanation as to why their system was telling me they were filling my prescription. I had it transfered to a different CVS and they were very helpful and will have everything ready by tomorrow. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT USE THIS CVS.
