I just purchased a new pool and want to give the Olean store 5 stars! Jackie and Scott and the 2 gentlemen who loaded the pool for me were over the top fantastic! The service so far has gone beyond what I have received any where else on a purchase. They are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a pool.

They are being so much help as we set up our tub.We have an older tub so are dealing with part dept mostly. Knowledgeable and have our part in stock.

Decided to convert from chlorine to Simple Blue. Kathy explained the entire process, prepared everything needed, and wrote out specific directions and a timeline. She spent a significant amount of time answering all my questions and was so friendly and fun! Grateful to have Pool Mart in our community!

Cathy is wonderful! I walked into pool mart completely stressed out and ready to get rid of our pool. She took the time to explain different chemical options and how to use each properly! She was so helpful and kind. I walked out of there with a different attitude- ready to enjoy our pool this summer!!

Will Gardner was an amazing salesman. Answered any question I had and was super helpful via e mail and phone. When I went to pick up my pool and accessories, Jackie was amazing too! Super friendly, patient while I deciding what I wanted additional, and helpful with providing information for my questions. Havent tried the product yet as it will be installed in a few days but the purchasing part of it was great, I would definately recommend.

Tried to get a solar cover last summer, but they didnt have any because of the pandemic. Same excuse this year...the pandemic. Got on line, ordered one in five minutes, itll be here by the 27th. No complaints about the sales associatesbut the company needs to do more for their customers, especially when were forking out mega-bucks opening our pools.

Loved this place. Bought my salt water hot tub there. Install and training were excellent. Big variety on hand in the showroom which was a big plus for me. I like that this is a smaller type business. All the employees were super helpful and professional at all times. Questions are always answered on the spot. Other places some floor employees answer with uh, i dont know.. Not this place. Wonderful manager who clearly cares about his customers. My salesman was great too. They have some awesome sales on floor models. A+

This is the worst place to get a pool when it comes to the service you receive. We recommend NOT buying the aluminum deck!! We were told by our sales person Will I that the pool installer would also do the deck and that was not true. Don’t waste your money. It is definitely not worth the couple thousands of dollars that you spend on it! It gives you a dvd on how to install it but, all the dvd is is the instructions that are in the booklet and does not tell you where everything goes to be installed. The only good out of our purchase is we got a great swimming pool for the price, but like I said wasted a few thousand dollars on a deck. And the installer did a wonderful job installing it. Thank you Al for the great job!!

We are first time pool owners, we definitely shopped around and had many questions. Pool Mart; specifically-Zack was absolutely on point from customer service to knowledge of the products. He also personally delivered our pool and supplies. Zack and the Pool Mart team definitely lessened the stress of our purchasing our first pool. We will recommend this location to friends and family.

Just got a 3 year old hot tub that was purchased originally from Pool Mart in olean so I wanted to purchase products from this store. I bought $100 of chemicals and a cover lift for $170. When I got home and looked closer at the box the cover lift was not hydraulic like I wanted. I went back the next day to return the un opened box with the cover lift and the sales associate charged a 20% restocking fee on a product that was one day old and un opened. I find this very bad business practice and I will not be going to this location again. In the future instead of buying locally I will use amazon because they would never charge a restocking fee on an un opened product and the customer service would be much more accommodating.

Purchased my pool here about 3 years ago and have loved it ever since. The contractor they recommended was quick, cheap and put it up perfectly. The staff are the most helpful and considerate people youll meet regardless of circumstance. I will continue my business here forever.

Scott Bray at this store was the most helpful sales person of any of the stores I contacted. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. We love our hot tub. We bought it at Pool Mart. We get our supplies for it there and when it needs serviced they send someone out. You can call any time for advice and any question you ask you get an honest answer. They are the only real pool store in the area and we are lucky to have one this good.

Scott and his staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! If you have any issues with water clarity in your pool or hot tub they test the water for free and can help you! We use well water and always had problems with a light green color in our hot tub, one little bottle fixed us right up! Thanks to everyone who helped us, you guys rock!

You would have thought he was selling to his own family with all the thought and kindness behind it. We got our hot tub from Pool Mart way back in 2003 and still use it as often as we did when it was new. We took our water down when we started having some imbalances issues. Jackie told us about their free water analysis, and she was able to get our tub crystal clear after she tested our water.I highly recommend going to Pool Mart. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

After having no luck with other local pool shops it was a big relief to walk into pool mart and receive the service and options that they had to offer. Scott Bray and the entire poolmart crew have always been extremely helpful, and are always willing to answer whatever questions you might have. Scott was especially helpful in addressing all of my concerns, and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my decision. Bought the pool in July 2019. Was told 3 different times that if I paid the balance in 12 months that there would be no interest. After a little over 2 months later spoke to wellsfargo and was being told I did not have that option. Went to pool mart and none of there paperwork they had for me showed that option. The girl at the counter said she called their office in buffalo and will get back to me regarding this issue. This needs to be corrected. Will update review after I receive a responce.

I had wanted a hot tub for a long time but I had concerns about getting the best price and delivery because I live in portville. Scott and the gang over at olean pool mart really made it hassle free. I had looked at hot tubs over the summer at the fair and decieded to stop into the showroom. I am glad I did they were terrific I was able to see a great selection and I definitely feel like I got the most bang for my buck and the best part is they have a delivery crew that came out to my house put it right where I wanted it and help walk me through the initial set up. If you wanna have a one stop shop even after you get the tub for Maintence, repairs, and chemicals along with free water testing I wouldnt recommend any where other than olean pool mart!
