Desoto honda powerhouse is nice too all their customers and sells for little toddlers well 5 year olds to a nice family ride for 5 people . I only go there for oil changing . I will go no where else. i trust them with all my car needs.

Staff seem to be nice. $90 for an oil change I guess thats okay three and a half quarts of oil I need to learn how to do my own oil. Great selection of accessories and stuff but a Thing 2 take note of it is that they will not work on a motorcycle thats not 2000 year model or newer they only will do all changes and tire changes on anything older than that.

Paid over $11,000.00 Cash for a brand new 2020 side by side. They charged me $300.00 to have it serviced, I’m buying a brand new side by side and they charged me to service it. Then I went to pick it up the next day and it wasn’t ready. New tires not put on and they had to rob another part to put on ours cause they had robbed a part from ours. Salesman was very knowledgeable though. And I understand about COVID but we didn’t have any parts ordered. And can’t say short of help cause we watched at least 7 guys in the back service Dept. Will not shop here again.

Worst dealer ship ever. my boyfriends dad called 2 times and as soon as he started talking they hung up on him and then my boyfriend called and the told him they would call him right back and never did so he called again and they answered then sent him to voicemail. why is it so hard to answer if a bike is ready or not ? would not recommend this dealership

Worse place Ive ever to my bike after getting valves adjusted spark plugs and chain done my bike had scratches all over it grease allover the chrome speaker knocked over on handle bars chrome damaged and to say it almost took two weeks to do the job

Not much for motorcycle selection anymore. Side by side vehicles have been become the main business as it appears when you walk in the door.Parts department staff are knowledgeable and helpful.As I shop for my next motorcycle, I will have to do it at a dealership that actually sells motorcycles.

Great service, I was traveling out of Arizona and my motorcycle broke down in Brinkley Arkansas, took a tow truck to a shop there and they couldnt help, that same Tow truck driver then took me to two different shops in Memphis Tennessee and no help. The next day I found Desoto Honda in Olive Branch Mississippi and they were able to help and get me back on my road trip.

I love it Ive always wanted a dirtbike and hopefully I can get one soon!

It has been over a year since I had been here to get my bike serviced. All of my past experiences with Desoto Honda has been very lacking in customer service. Whatever changes they have made definitely improved the overall experience of going there. Friendly staff, which were there for their customers. Keep it guys...

Super friendly staff. I went in to get both of my tires replaced and no more. Jeff, the guy that worked on my car, went above and beyond... explained everything to me that it needed and did a full check on my bike. Their sales guys answered every question we had about other inventory after we made it known we were not able to purchase. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and I will return. Thanks guys!

Not sure it even deserves a 1 star rating. We recently had our 2015 Honda Foreman serviced there for an oil change/maintenance visit and once we picked it up within less than 1 hour of riding time, it was smoking profusely. We (actually my 16 year old) took it back for inspection and not only did they charge him over $200 to diagnose, they left the 4 wheeler in shambles and not in running condition, but it was in running condition when we took it in. BUT for an additional $200 +/- they would re-assemble it. It gets better....they told us it would cost over $2500 to repair the 4 wheeler...and the guy was actually able to keep a straight face. We took it to a 3rd party repair person and would you believe they repaired if for less than 1/3 of the estimated repairs from DeSoto Honda. It was great teaching moment for my 16 year old...you can respect the older gentleman in the service department, but dont you dare think you have to believe them because they appear to be wise.

Great service! Got me in and out right away. Plus, what I needed done was covered in the warranty so I was able to ride away without having to spend a dime.

Talked to Josh on the phone first. He seemed very knowledgeable and asked if the part was in stock. I live an hour away and asked for him to pull the part for me. When I arrived he was there and we had a great conversation regarding the part and how to avoid lunch-time traffic on 302. It was obvious to me he was well-versed in Honda equipment.

I was looking at a Honda side by side. I couldnt get anyone to help me with it. I have never felt so unimportant before it was like we wasnt even there. I kept asking for a salesman so they sent me Joe but he didnt stay very long with me and I couldnt get him to come back. So we left and they didnt care!

Service was good and Richard was great, but Honda decided they could no longer take care of their own product if it was older than 2000. I had to spend months not being able to ride my 1991 Goldwing trike while I learned how to work on it myself. Still no back brakes, but at least I have gotten her running and now I dont have to rely on someone else.

Worst customer service and experience with this company. They charge more than others in this area and they treat their customers poorly. I would recommend browsing and/or purchasing somewhere else. You cant test drive their side by sides as they say they dont have room; why would you want to purchase a $12K + vehicle and not test drive??? The service department is shady as well...prices change each time you speak to anyone and they charge more after work is performed - this happened twice to us. Be aware of their business practices.

Went in to look at the new Goldwings. No one greeted us nor came out to help us. We had to make one of the people working the registers finally check us out. (Picked up oil)

Dont ever try to call them for anything at all! The operator will just keep looping you in the phone system. If you REALLY need something, go by and even then its a pain!

Love this place they have always been good tone my wife and I bought a honda 420 I rancher from them and love it did some modifications to it and the thing is a beast but I thank them for letting me know a lift kit is useless really on a solid rear axel and it does more harm than good. Good people and they have always done us right and love our 4 wheeler it maybe a 420 but I am able to go through some rough stuff and its always funny seeing people try to follow me and get stuck right behind me lol

Very disappointed on service costs, $95 hour. Keep my motorcycle in service bay for over an hour and the work done didnt take that long. Oil, filter and two plugs over $200. Felt cheated.
