We used NF Granite and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Excellent service and extremely quick to respond. Francisco and his crew were top notch and left our home looking unbelievable. Communication could t have been better. Will def use again and I’ve already recommended to family and friends.

Paid $800 deposit on slab of Granite. Company came to measure and increased original estimated sq footage from 50sf to 70sf. Changed estimated price from $2700 to $5400 as they now require us to purchase another slab of granite.Requested refund on deposit, and company charged $150 additional template fee because they came out and measured. Only refunded $650 of $800.Poor communication and crooked dealings. Don’t do business with NF Granite or Elite Stone. 1 company-2 names.

Dont hire this company if you expect common courtesy, a returned phone call, or follow through on promises. The office staff is rude and will change your install time without notifying you.

I do not recommend N&F granite. Counter top was installed today. There is a large blemish in the middle of the counter. See the attached picture. I instantly complained about it but the non-English speaking installers just laughed. Contacted Lowes and they are supposed to be looking into it. I paid top dollar for what appears to be a 2nd quality counter top. The seam in the counter is detectable to touch and the hole for the sink was cut 1/4 out of square. I recommended reading all the reviews. It looks to me as if some may be trying to raise their rating.1/3/19 Received resolution to my issue today from Kelly Luffman at Lowes. She says too bad I dont like the appearance of the stone. The blemish is a mineral deposit therefore no concern to Lowes. The hole being cut 1/4 off center is no concern of Lowes or N&F. The sink installer will have to fix it. Wish I had never dealt with Lowes or N&F granite on this project.
