The staff is short with me when asking questions about my medications. I feel like they are in a hurry to get off the phone and get to the next costumer. Plus side is they always have my medication available. Well, almost always. They could be more friendly. I will update in the new year and see if things change.

Got my First dose and haven’t received anything about my second one staff is very short about an answer to help me.. wish i would’ve gotten it elsewhere.

Im a veterinarian, and I actually look forward to calling in prescriptions for clients to the Olivehurst RiteAid. The staff are friendly, proactive, and helpful. One of the pharmacists is helping me right now (his first name is Mandeep) and he is a rock star.

I usually go once every 2 weeks to get my favorite ice cream. The staff goes above and beyond to help with any request you might have and they are always so kind to all that come in. Misty, Henry, Rosy, Darell and Haven are the best employees by far. Love and appreciate all of them so much.

Drive tru is very fast, pharmacy staff are friendly and always willing to assist you with your personal questions in regards of your medication. They text you when your medication is ready for pickup. Inside store is nice and neat. Cashiers are fast. Reasonable prices and also you can accumulate points if you sign up for their program, which is free. Very spacious parking lot. Great manager 2017. Ice cream sold inside.

Worst Rite Aid I have ever delt with. I have been using different Rite Aid pharmacies for over 7 years and this one has constantly proven to me that I need a new pharmacy. I hope you dont have to deal with this specific Rite Aid pharmacy.

Unprofessional. Very poor customer service. The pharmacist refused to fill my husbands prescription based on his opinion. It is unfortunate to live less than a half mile from the store but I drive 25 miles to the next rite aid just for better customer service. Plus three times they were out of my antibiotics. How do you run out of medication. Youre a pharmacy! Once sure, but three times!?

Staff has been nice, friendly, professional & helpful. The policies of the corporation change at whim & I have had challenges dealing with them.

Horrible, every time I go there there is an issue. 5 times I tried use this store because it is close to my house, but every time there is an issue. One time they ran out of my prescription and wanted me to wait a week. Other times they made me wait over 30 mins in the drive through, got prices wrong overcharging...the worst pharmacy in 3 counties.

Friendly but they quoted our prescription would take 30 minutes to fill and it took a hour. Sucks waiting extra time with my sick wife.

Get what u need here even when everything else is closed around town
