Dont go here for your flu shots. Nearby Safeways offers 10% shopping discount and is much more pleasant experience that this place. The pharmacy clerks at this Walgreens have no idea how to do their job. Who is training these people for administering flu and covid shots? They seems to be very busy typing on their computer rather that actually helping folks who are in line to get their shot. I went in with my pregnant wife - the clerks were not wearing a mask and were making everyone just wait around. We were eventually called to the counter but then the clerk decided that he needs to start typing on the computer again for 10 minutes before asking us why we were there. As soon as I said we are both here for the flue shot he started asking a bunch of questions that are usually asked when someone is getting a covid shot. My pregnant wife had to stand around and wait another 20 minutes before we were given the forms and then another 20 minutes before getting the shot.

Was just at this location for a flu shot. Flu shot went well, however, multiple people walking around the store without masks, adults and children both. Pharmacy tech did not have a mask on for quite a while inside the pharmacy. When I asked about the mask policy I was told that people that are vaccinated don’t have to wear one. Sign is clearly on the front of the door that says masks are required, however, no one at the store is enforcing it, and no one is paying attention to it. If you care about not getting Covid, do not come to this Walgreens.

Wife and I went to Pharmacy Counter at 1:03 today. Tech and Pharmacist present, no other customers.I told them we were here for our annual Flu Shot. Tech said it would have to be after lunch. I replied that I thought Lunch was from 1:30 to 2:00. Tech said they had a backlog of prescriptions to fill and preps for closing.I said I was disappointed (that paying customers were turned away 27 minutes before Lunch starts.) PS Pharmacist did not say a word!Terrible Customer Service!

Have never had an issue when going into Walgreens in Olney.. Everyone is pleasant and helpful and my prescription orders have all been fine..

This place specifically the pharmacy is a disaster. Here for vaccination and the person at the counter dispensing the shot is more interested in sharing her life story with every single customer then doing her job. Just do your job is all we ask.

Lots of selection but prices are 2x to 5x the prices on Amazon. Also, the clerks could use a LOT of customer service training. Some of them act like they are doing customers a favor when a customer asks a question. Im not sure how long this place is going to last because its always nearly empty compared with the other drug stores in Olney

Clean place and friendly service

The website showed the store had some facial mask in the stock. Went to the store 4 times, only unable to get anything. The store manager told me she will reserve one for me in the register. I followed the direction to go back and there was none.The store staff has been trained to tell the customers different stories every time. I will never go back.
