Terrible Service - quoted $75 repair, called 1 week later and they said they tried to contact me (absolutely no attempt was made on their part), but they said I was under quoted and the new price would be $160. I was upset but said ok, fix it, I need my phone. Week 2, I ask the status of my phone, they said the part was still being shipped. I came into the store 2 days later, they said it was being shipped and they would contact the distributor. Week 3 with my phone in their possession - they still didnt have the part and cant track where the screen is and did nothing to locate the package. Week 4 - they still did not order my phone screen replacement, even from another vendor, so I went to the store and got my phone back. I then bought my own lcd screen and digitizer and repaired my own phone within 2 weeks, even after I cut the power button off and had to replace that part as well. Mohammad was the person I dealt with and they basically did a bait-and-switch and held my phone hostage for 1 month while refusing to repair it for whatever reason. Extremely unprofessional.

I went to AZ Fix to repair my cracked iPhone screen. It looked like it was fixed ok, but later the side of the screen started detaching from the side and I eventually couldn’t hold down the “delete” button because the screen was that detached from phone. I had to press “backspace” super hard and then it would only delete one character.However, when I went to replace my battery a while later, Apple looked at my phone and said “we can’t touch your phone anymore. Did someone other than Apple work on your phone?” I told them I had the screen fixed somewhere else. They showed me the bottom of the phone & both screws were missing thanks to AZ Fix (see photos). Apple refused to do any repairs on my phone because they can’t verify what AZ fix did internally to the phone, so I had to buy a whole new $1,000+ iPhone thanks to trying to save $20 on a screen repair. I called AZ Fix multiple times to rectify the situation and they all played dumb “you can come in and we can replace your screen or battery” was the most they offered, but they didn’t even offer it for free. They were going to charge me their standard price. I’ve only experienced such incompetence once, but this is the worst negligence I’ve ever experienced after I sounded the alarm. I would definitely discourage anyone from repairing anything here. Perhaps they left the screws out on purpose so they could magically be the only ones to repair my device in the future. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

AZ fix was a great solution for my problems. My iPhone 6 Plus had a cracked screen and a bad home button. I went to them and they were great. Excellent customer service and the price was much better than all the other places I went too before. I definitely recommend them for all your mobile electronic repairs AND they have so many accessories that are very affordable in comparison to the major retail stores.

My phone was as dead as door nail. When I took it to the store I was told it had been compromised and would need a new phone. AZ was able to replace my battery and Im up and running again. Fast and good price!!

So i accidentally dropped my phone while running to my car in the rain and now needed a new phone screen because mine cracked...in several places. That being said, thanks to AZ fix i was given a new phone screen in no time! The quality of the screen that these guys put in my phone is way better then the ones offered in the mall. This is the best place ever! I had battery problems with my phone and I went to go get it fixed, they have the greatest costumer service, so very helpful and ever so kind. I go to them now for all you electronic problems. Its never fun to have something broken or messed up but they always make the experience better.

I originally came here to just fix my cracked screen on my iPhone 7 and let me tell you folks:I am flabbergasted not only because of the exceptional and expeditious service I received from this place, but also because of the manager himself who took the time to go above and beyond to provide me with a service that he does NOT even offer. Once he took care of my expressed need, he came to realize that I was paying way too much for my Sprint plan and he called right there and then with me and saved me $37/ monthly and got me 7 Gigs extra when I was getting RIPPED OFF. Aziz swapped out the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus. He was done in about a half hour, and the phone was reassembled flawlessly. He has also done number out repairs for my family including phones, tablets, and cameras. My new go-to for any repairs
