I was rudely made aware that I am not allowed to pick up my cone from the holder until I have paid and am ready to leave because of their take out only at the moment. However, I would like to point out that it is completely ok to retrieve your spoon from a container that has all the spoons not individually wrapped and that everyone is expected to put their hands in???...yeah way to go completely make sense don’t hold your own cone but go ahead and stick your hand in the same jar as every other person before you....will not be coming back while this employee is there.

Wish I could give zero stars. Not even for the ice cream. This is all on the Manager of the location. Like every other review states, he is extremely disrespectful, lazy, and cheap. I walked out yesterday because of how rude he was to us. Also, my friends and I were waiting 10 minutes in an empty store to order while he was doing nothing at the cash register. Then he approached us and was very rude. I almost lost it but I walked out and made sure to let him know he lost our business because of his disrespect. I don’t foresee this location staying open much longer especially if he is still working tbh

The woman behind the counter was amazing. She was friendly and very fast. She greeted everyone who came through the door.My granddaughter and I got ice cream cones that were delicious. I also purchased a ice cream cake for my grandsons birthday. It was so good.

Good ice cream. The last 5 or 6 Friday or Saturday evenings weve been there, they only had 1 guy working. Long wait sometimes. They need to hire more folks for those evenings.

I have been to many Baskin Robins, but tonight only one employee was working at this location and she has an amazing system going. She was so friendly and so fast! She had like 5 customers and was done in less then 5 min. She made my banana royale perfect! A work of art :) I will come back to this location again!

Tonight is not the first night I’ve came in here where the owner is trying to run this place by himself on a Friday night. 12 people in line and steady traffic coming in. I waited about 15 minutes for two kid size scoops of cookies and cream for $5.93... I asked for two scoops of ice cream. I pay less and get more at every other Baskin Robbins I go to in the area, so I’m confused as to why the price and protocol is different here. And this guy never forgets to ask if I need a soda, bottle of water or cookies when checking out.. Do yourself a favor and visit ANY other location. So disappointing since this is the closest one to my house.

The manager put in my order wrong and said he couldn’t change it. He tried to guilt me into paying more because he said he couldn’t put in the order correctly.

Best mint chip with chocolate sprinkles ice cream! Love it. The ice cream isnt too hard, too. Clean and patient service with kids. Will go again.

I purchased a one scoop Sunday with strawberry topping, however I had ordered a strawberry shake, the scoop was a kid size but the person charged me for a full scoop, I also got a cone for my child in regular size but was given another kid size and charged full price for both, the person took my money gave me the ice cream and said, because you are methain.

One the of the worst store owner in the business .do not bother going to this place .this guy leave one employee for very long peridpeof time be herself and he has no respect for his customers .Try to go to coldstone or ritas for ice cream .dont give this guy business .
