I bought and installed a front fiber glass door with them, they do quality work, they do honor their warranty pledge, if any adjustment or details are needed post installation they send a technician even when you already paid in full. prices are very competitive. And you have one with these guys at quality doors, top notch service. They work with lots of different companies and have countless options for doors. The workers there are very detail oriented, and work hard to get you what you are looking for.

Great doors at a good price! I had a single entrance door converted into a double door with side windows, and also had a back door installed. The doors came in on the timeframe that QDD had committed and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. We experienced very good customer service throughout the entire process with Alex. We even received some guidance on submitting the permits on our own, even though QDD does offer a service to complete the permit process. Most importantly, the doors and windows look great and we were very happy with QDD throughout the entire process.

I ordered a door from excellent selection Alex offered and reviewed door lock options. Placed the order and door was manufactured and delivered as promised. I was more impressed when the installer Roger showed up day of installation: cleaning tools and floor protective covers came in first. Installation tools after and was very meticulous, clean and professional. After install, they left the area cleaner than before. High five 🙌 to installer. I definitely recommend.

We needed to replace an exterior opening with a hurricane proof door/sidelight that had an odd measurement. We knew it wasn’t going to be easy, especially with our budget being what we thought was small. I called a few places, some shady from Marketplace and some reputable online, including one we used before who never called us back to give us a quote and when we called them after 2 weeks the price was almost double what we expected. Luckily my wife stumbled onto QDD’s storefront while shopping at that strip location and was surprised at the quote they gave her immediately. A few days later they came by to confirm the size and the price remained the same(actually dropped because we provided the handle and lock), put a deposit and since it was a special order it was no surprise it was a 6-8 week wait time but even with Covid they were on time. Once the door arrived they scheduled the installation and arrived on schedule. One installer who I was a little skeptical about but he definitely knew what he was doing and worked non stop till he was done. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Great communication, great pricing, professional installation and impeccable product. Thank you Alex!

When we got ready to change our front door and all the windows of the house, I open one of our local flyers for Home Improvement and checked every advertised company for the particular job.We quickly decided to call a couple of them and without hesitation decided to hire Quality Door Design . We went with our first impression of a gentleman by name Rudy, who came in to give us an estimate.Our visit to the office, to sign a contract with Alex, just confirmed our decision was perfect.Everything was done so perfect, that if anyone would ask me would I recommend them, the answer is: yes!!!! Go for it!

Its been over a month since weve had our doors installed. My mom and I went to their showroom after seeing an ad in a neighborhood magazine. We met Melissa who was very knowledgeable and friendly, she helped us pick the right doors for our needs. Alex came by the house and took the measurements, then waited for the doors to be built and shipped to the showroom. The doors we were replacing was a side door and double front doors that were the original ones from when the house was bought in 1976. When the doors came in Roger installed the double doors first. It took him all day because the doorway was in bad shape and he had to remove floor tile that the bottom of the door sat on, plus chip concrete so he could put down the new threshold. He cut the wood for the door frame, painted, sealed the outside of door frame, cleaned after himself and than had us check the door to see if we were happy with it. Mom and I were very impressed with him as were my neighbors who kept texting me and remarking on what a great job he was doing. The next day he came back and put on the side door. We are so happy with our new doors, it was well worth the wait and cost. I highly recommend QDD and will use them again if needed. BTW....they followed all COVID-19 guidelines!

We recently had our front doors installed and we were quite please about how they turned out. Unfortunately during installation, a couple of tiles were broken. Be forewarned that QDD is not liable for any damages caused by the installer.

Francisco the owner, a great guy very talented at what he does in making the door just how you want it. Total craftsmanship, very detailed, does the work like he says. He did my garage door which is beautiful. Also installed three doors on the outside as well. I recommend anyone who needs a new door installed to go with Francisco and QDD hands down.
