I went for my 6 month oil change appointment on Monday. I was greeted immediately and asked if I wanted the car vacuumed and tires rotated. I agreed and was pleasantly surprised when not only was everything done but a burned out bulb was replaced. This was all completed in about an hour. I was very impressed with the staff and their willingness to go the extra mile. Kudos to Titus-Will Lube Center.

Good Luck! I have used Titus Will Speedy Lube since I bought my new truck in 2016. Ive always been pleased with the service. They have now gone to an appointment based service which you are supposedly able to access online. Good luck finding the link. I have spent over one-half hour going to links they say is Speedy Lube but you end up at Titus Will Direct or the regular service area, not speedy lube. Come on Titus Will. You hound me by e-mail to get my oil change and then you dont give, or make it very difficult to make an appointment. I am no internet virgin. It shouldnt be this hard.

The staff was friendly and did the work quickly. They cleaned my truck beautifully on top of the maintenance and repair work I had done for no additional charge. The staff was easy to talk to and had answers for all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Its an overpriced oil change and tire rotation, whats to screw up? Sadly while waiting for my car to be finished I had the pleasure to listen (overly loud) sales staff having a great conversation about their political beliefs and how dumb people are that dont share their views on a range of topics, but what made it even more fun to listen to (sarcasm) was the colorful language that was being thrown around. Decided it was best to go outside to wait for my vehicle to be finished.

I have gone to Titus Will for years and have always received excellent service until now. If you havent been in for a few months, be ready for a large price increase. I may need to look for a less expensive alternative for my next oil change (if there is one). I was also told that my tire had a nail and was irreparable. Titus Will did not have a matching tire to replace it, but they could order one. My car is all-wheel drive, and I usually have to replace at least two tires at a time to keep a good balance. I have always purchased my tires from a different reputable service group, and when I took it there to have it checked out, it was not a nail, but a pin, and was repaired easily. Im afraid this hardly inspires confidence. This is not the usual service I have been accustomed to at Titus Will.

Vincent Santos was super kind and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Everything was done quickly. My vehicle was clean and well taken care of. Thank you Mr. Santos for a great job.

I have been going here for years for my oil change and I just went to schedule an appointment for another oil change and their prices have drastically increased. You can get the same exact oil change and services at other reputable places for over $30 less.. Wont be going here anymore.

The service representative was very helpful. Service was quick! They vacuumed the car nicely. Unfortunately, since our visit we noticed oil leaking either from the plug or the filter not being fully tightened so we will be taking it back. Hopefully we can get in right away.

Oil changed here are WAY more than at Larson’s a Hyundai in Tacoma. The price was actually drastically different. I will not be going back to Titus and will stick to Larson. The service was quick.

I made the appointment and checked in under my name. Waited an hour plus and went to check on car. When they checked Vin, my husbands name appeared. Since no men in waiting room they didnt call any name...so I spent an extra half hour waiting. Would be nice if you could figure this out...

Took my vehicle in 7/27 for oil change, fluid check and tire rotation. Dropped it off for 9 A.M. appointment and put on the envelope to have it done NLT 1P.M. Plenty of time to do the work. One oclock rolls by and no phone call. I waited 15 minutes before I called and was notified it was going in the shop at that time. I wouldnt have been as upset as I was, but this was the third bad experience at this location.I did get some resolve talking with the service manager, but really, how can I regain confidence when it has happened to me multiple times already?

Nice people. Took vehicle in for oil change and was told I needed new brakes. So, took the vehicle back for brakes. Once again, nice people. However, when leaving, it sounded like a vibration noise that comes back randomly. The noise seems to be in the back right which is not where the work was being done. So, confused.

Service was great. Very polite and courteous. Easy to make appointment.

The folks at the service desk were very friendly and helpful and the service was completed on time, but I discovered later that an issue with a faulty door lock switch had not been fixed. I will contact the service staff to inquire why the issue was not resolved.

Titus-Will lube center no longer services Hyundai vehicles. Last couple of time we waited well over 1 hour for an oil change. Speedy lube?

Ive been using Titus Will for several years and am always satisfied. They do a masterful job every time.

Pleasant customer service but no shuttle service. They vacuum, but when the truck already has floor mats covering all carpet, it would be nice if they would run it through the car wash.

Waited 45 minutes before told they didnt have the right tool for oil drain plug for a Mazda. (Who doesnt have an 8mm wrench in their auto shop?). Told them to forget it and brought it directly to the Mazda dealer. Sure enough, they stripped the plug. Sorry, but these guys (gals?) dont know what theyre doing. Used to be good, bad business now. Wont be back.

They have had my car for 2 weeks told me that it wasnt the throw out bearing originally said it was internal transmission issues. Sent it over to Mazda dealership to have the work done they replaced the clutch. They were done with the vehicle Friday The 19th call me Monday the 22nd. I call them again the 25th they told me again that its a transmission problem and they dont do the work mind you they said a week ago that it was something internal rather doing that they did the clutch now theyre telling me they cant do a tear down of the transmission there that I need to take it to Mazda dealership. I will never use this place again and I highly recommend you all dont either. Now I owe them for $400 worth of a rental and still the job is not done

I’m not really sure why there are so many people complaining about a wait time. Sure, the name is “Speedy Lube” but, don’t you understand that these guys are busy and do you really want them rushing through the work they’re doing on your vehicle? They have amazing customer service, are hella friendly, give you the option to stay in your vehicle and are dog friendly. They don’t hassle you about adding services onto your basic oil change but will let you know what’s going on with your ride. I found this place to be my favorite out of everywhere I’ve ever been, wait or not. Y’all need to chill the hell out, bring some entertainment with and plan your time better. Stop complaining about the customer service industry so much, they’re doing you a favor. You can always learn to change your own damn oil. Obviously I say these guys are highly recommend, awesome job Speedy Lube! Keep it up!

Requires scheduling (signage says no appointment required, never on time, slow to acknowledge when a customer arrives. Have not figured out how to Automate their process to actually speed the process up.Based on time spent waiting, and the 10 mins drive, it would be more economical to change the oil myself or go to some other lube center. (And I have free changes for life here).

Titus Will Speedy Lube was awesome, fast, efficient, and less than chain oil change shops. They changed my oil, replaced my windshield wipers, vacuumed inside, and rotated my class b RV tires without damaging my vehicle. There was a 20 minute wait in first come first served line. Their team was friendly and actually made the experience fun while I waited in my vehicle with a cup of coffee. Im taking all my cars there next time.

Went to get the oil changed in my car today and I must say that I received excellent service. The check-in person came up to the car as soon as I pulled up. The Service Advisor Ryan was courteous and polite.

I drive out of my way to get my oil changed here. No BS upselling or air filter scams. Just a quick easy oil change. They also offer free diagnostic and have helped me pinpoint a few issues I have taken care of on my own. Ryan the manager always makes sure I am taken care of. Got me in right away to replace some tires and had me on the road in under 45 min. Best No BS oil change in the area.

I have lifetime oil changes as apart of the agreement of purchasing my car here. No notification was given to me in any form about going appointments only. They have my phone number, email and address. I drove 45 mins down here to get my oil changed to find out that they are now appointments only and are full for the day. So I look like the jerk for them to take walk ins in between their appointments. Had I know. I would of made an appointment, I understand the need for appointments and am not mad that they only take appointments now but you need to inform your clients.

As of the first of 2019, they take appointments. Drive ups are still taken, but only for one bay.As of today, 2019-02-08, the web site reservation system is not working well, call the location. I was able to get an appointment 30 minutes after my arrival, jumping the drop in queue.

I Always have a great experience. Never overcharged or pushed to do extras, alway receive a printout of what services will be coming up in the future with a price list which allows me to add it in my budget. I highly recommend this place yes wait times could be high, but if you are short on time then go early.

First off Id like to say that I dont mind having to wait for service. That being said I am a VERY dissatisfied customer, well ex-customer considering Titus Will has just lost any future business from me. Short story, I was denied the free oil change that I had coming from a punch card promotion(getting hole punches every time you come in) from a few years ago. They tried to tell me that I did not have enough hole punches in it, when Im almost positive that there was, and I even if I did not have all the punches Ive gotten every ONE of my oil changes there since we bought the car in 2008, so Im a pretty loyal customer. Also the car was purchased from Titus Will, and Ive bought a new battery from them as well as a new set of tires.After trying in vein to state my case to the employee, never was I offered any sort of discount or anything that most businesses do when they have an unhappy customer. I then called Titus Will speedy lube customer service and was told that in the time I had the card they couldnt verify when the card was hole punched each time, which is utter B.S. if you look at my record at how many oil changes Ive had you know that has to be worth something! Ive worked in customer service a long while and Ive given out plenty of gift certificates to many customers who have ranged from mildly unhappy to extremely upset. Customers are not always right but you have to at least make them somewhat happy, and honor any sort of loyalty.This in my mind is terrible customer service, and I do not see myself using Titus Will in the future for either their speedy lube, or purchasing a car.Kim Nelson

Was told 30-40 minutes originally. Been waiting over an hour and still have no idea whats going on. No sense of urgency. What a joke. Service manager was nice enough. I think my time is more valuable them waiting around like this.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARSThe service level of Titus-Will in Olympia and Speedy Lube working under the name of Titus-Will are absolutely terrible and outrageous! They refuse to take any sort of accountability for the damage done to your car even though it was caused by the negligence of their own employees.About two weeks ago, my father went in simply to get his oil changed as he gets free oil changes because he bought his car from there. During his oil change the employee notified him that he needed to get a new battery. They told him it would take less than 30 mins so, he decided to go ahead with it. After waiting almost 2 hours, he went to the shop to check what the holdup was and it turned out they broke a part and it now needed to replace the part. They used a coat hanger wire to temporarily connect to the battery terminal and said it was fine to drive and wait about 20 days until they get the replacement part. We then went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and were informed that driving the car with that kind of wiring is quite dangerous as it could cause an electrical fire.When my father asked if they’d provide a rental car, they bluntly refused to pay for a rental car cost, contending that it wasn’t their fault as the part they broke was an “aftermarket” part when it, in fact, was an original part from the car’s maker. They made such a false allegation to avoid taking any responsibility. The total cost for getting a new part and labor was $520.We then reached out to the manager of Titus Will, but they now refuse to speak to us and are ignoring our calls and messages. To this date, no response has been received from them. The way they conduct the business and providing customer services with dishonesty are nefarious!The Titus-Will has no professionalism and refuses to take any accountability with no understandable rationale. I must say that they sure seem to have a penny-wise and pound-foolish behavior in their business practice. Please be aware and avoid this place if possible, so this doesn’t happen to you.

This place gets worse every time I go there. The new appointment system translates to If you show up at your scheduled appointment time, expect to wait an hour for your car to be done. It wasn`t even busy. I watched as the employees walked across the lot to chat with each other about their weekend plans instead of working. Then, after trying to convince me to spend $350 on a new battery, they told me that the delay was basically my fault because I scheduled online through their website. The only reason I went this time, after multiple bad experiences is because my oil changes are free, but that program is changing, too. Big surprise. I will be buying a new car soon, and refuse to use a Titus Will dealership or service location ever again.

I would have been ok with the wait for the cars in front of me but the time it took for the actual oil change was INSANE!! Over an hour. Im so glad I didnt go during a work day. The guys were nice but I have never been to a place so slow in my life.

They should change the name to 2-hour Wait Lube in stead of Speedy Lube. Good service just long, long, long wait times to get your car in. Titus Will Olympia send everyone who has free oil changes with their new car purchases to this location which creates longer wait times.

These guys are so slow. The dont hustle at all. You wait in line and watch them twiddle their thumbs and then they try and scam you on a 1/2 price oil change. $36.85 for a basic oil change....really. $74.00 for an oil change. I cant wait to turn in this lease car. Titus Will has gone so downhill when it comes to pleasing their customers.....

Very disrespectful to shut someone out while staring at them. Called ahead of time to make sure they took cars until 5, rushed up there, got there at 4:45 and the girl put the doors down while I was pulling up. She stared at me while she did it. Another employee watched the whole thing and didnt say anything. Truly no customer service skills.

Never had to wait that long, I dont understand why everyone is complaining. Id rather have it take longer than have them overlook something. Never had an issue here, unlike faster places.

Got my oil changed routinely at speedy lube since i have the lifetime oil changes. Woke up today to drive to work to a dead battery opened the hood 1 top cap to the battery is gone and half the battery acid is now in my engine compartment. Heard technicians talking about something missing when i got my last oil change and then said i was good to go shortly afterward. Now i have battery acid in my engine compartment called out to work. Been trying to replace the what appears be be a junkyard battery with a new one. now the fun wait to see what parts of the engine compartment i missed with baking soda wonder how well belts hold up to acid? Thanks but no thanks speedy lube and titus will by association. Worst trade deal in the history of trade deals,.. maybe even ever!! Im currently homeless working full time so im glad i now have to worry about losing my job on top of my car not working.

I made an appt over the phone yesterday because I have a pretty busy schedule and I needed to be in and out. Well this one star mess could have been avoided if your appt scheduler would have been up front by telling me you dont do appts instead he scheduled me for 1115. So I show up only to find two lines that are first come first serve and when I talked to the rude girl marking the vehicles she laughed at me and told me they dont do appts. You need to change your name to Lying About being Speedy Lube.

I purchased my vehicle from titus will along with the lifetime oil changes. This unfortunately was a joke. I followed the requirments of the policy until the 90000 mile service requirment. My vehicle is a mitsubishi and does not require major maintenence until 100000 miles. This is a blanket service plan that does not apply to japenese vehicles. When I went to get my oil changed at 90000 miles the girl I spoke with told me I would need to spend nearly 2000$ at theyre service department for maintenence not required by mitsubishi. I explained that I was informed by mitsubishi in a recall notification that the service titus will was asking me to get was not necessarie according to the company that made the car. I was immediately treated as a inconvenience and sat in thier speedy lube bay for over 45 minutes. finaly, I was sent on my way only to find that my car was now leaking oil. After investigating for myself. I found that the drain bolt and oil filter on my car had been left loose. I called and complained after tightening them myself seeing as if I wouldnt have noticed and my car has no oil pressure gauge my engine would have likely blown. After 3 voicemails and 5 phone calls to the speedy lube manager. My calls were never returned. When I returned for the next oil change 5000 miles later and I was told that there was a note from the service manager in thier system saying that a maintenence notice was sent to me via email witch I have still yet to recieve and that I would need to pay 285$ on the spot not for actual mechanical maintenence but for a cabin air filter and a high beam headlight replacement otherwise I would have to pay for my oil change. Before I refused. I got out of car only to find that my high beam headlights were in perfect working order. Having someone lie to my face about problems with my vehicle infuriated me and I left. Never again will I puchase anything from titus will. Their ethics seem to be a little out of place.

Speed here is a joke. Waited over 2 hours with 3 cars in front of me. First and last time I will come here for an oil change.

Scheduled an appointment through their online scheduling program and showed up before my appointment time only to be told I was late and they couldnt perform the service as scheduled but I could wait for several hours until they might be able to fit me in. Showed the person the reminder proving I was on time and was given a lame excuse of those appointments go to the actual technicians but all he has is a handwritten paper that he received so thats my appointment time and I could wait or reschedule for a different day.

Well what do you expect FREE OIL CHANGE of course there will be a wait time some people just DONT get it.

They left the oil cap off when I got my most recent oil change. Oil was leaking all over my driveway and it didnt take long before the service engine light came on. I had to schedule an apt and take my car in to service to get it fixed. Huge inconvenience and didnt even receive an apology. Pathetic.

They changed to appointments without prior notice. Service is slow and poorly done. Sold me new wipers and they were worse than what I had on my car. Service reception is disconnected and rude.

I waited 30 minutes just to find out that now you need an appointment. Total waste of time!!!

They are very professional but Ive arrived and and left several times because if there are 4 cars in their forward bay thats two hours that I dont have. Only come here if your time is not valuable to you.

Slow, slow and slower is the pace here. Waited over an hour without even getting close to the oil change. Would be ok with the wait if there was an estimated wait time calculator..

Hours say open till 8pm, thats really 6pm in reality.
