Jacob, the owner of 1st Choice Appliances, did an excellent job fixing my washing machine and dryer. I was especially panicking because my washer was violently shaking--sounding like a jet engine on the spin cycles and moving--scary! My dryer stopped spinning. Not a good situation for me, as I am struggling financially.I talked with other places before calling 1st Choice. I wish I had called them first because the other shops were not giving me the information I needed. One well-known appliance store in Olympia advised me that my washer was not worth fixing, as it would cost almost as much or the same as buying a new one. I was also told my dryer didnt have a lot of hope, either. That turned out not to be true. Enter Jacob, my hero!...Jacob is very knowledgeable and cares about people. He suggested that I send him a video/audio of my washing machine and he diagnosed it remotely. He was patient and kind answering my (many) questions. He said my machines were fixable and he quoted me a very affordable price! His work comes with a one year warranty, which is also really great.When Jacob brought my washer and dryer back from his shop, the dryer worked fine. However, even though he tested it, the washing machine was still acting up. He promptly came out to my house and resolved the problem. Even though it is an older model washing machine, it works like a dream now! I couldnt be happier.It is actually a pleasure doing laundry now, and I have done several loads as I write this. Its like having new machines. Thank you, Jacob! I highly recommend 1st Choice Appliances.

This place doesnt even exist. I called the number that was online and no one answers. I finally just drove over there and the gates were closed. I got out and there is a note on the fence that reads Push button to talk so I did. No one answers. This is not a way to get customers. Why is this place even listed on Google if they are not in business any more?

Bought a washer and dryer from them over a year ago and still working great. At first, the washer that we bought was having some trouble and wasn’t working, and the owner came out and tried fix it. He was not able to fix it, so he brought us a different washer, a nicer one, at no charge. Both washer and dryer have worked great for last year and a half. Service was excellent! He was easy to get a hold of, reliable, and very personable. I will definitely go here again when needing some appliances. Prices were great, too!

Highly recommend First Choice appliances have bought parts from them to fix our dryer the owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable eventually our old dryer finally gave out so of course we went there and we found a great deal on a used dryer has been in her home for the last two years with not a single problem also has done repairs at my parents house on their appliances with great results very fast friendly repair service with great rates I would recommend to anyone I know have had nothing but positive experiences with this business

I cant say enough great things about this business. I had a washer that was leaking, they sent out a tech same day, He had it fixed in about ten minutes! I also bought a dryer here. Only paid $99, it has been great. they also delivered and installed for free!!

I purchased a washer and dryer from them. It sounded great, a year warranty, what could go wrong? Well, the dryer stopped working so I called and left a message days passed and no return call. So I called on one of the days they have store hours and Jacob, the guy who sold it to me and owner answered. He apologized for not calling back and we scheduled a repair for Saturday if possible or Monday for sure. Its now Wednesday and though I left two phone messages Monday and one text message on Tuesday and called again today he hasnt responded. It appears the warranty is worthless. Buy your used appliances somewhere else.

Ist Choice had a good assortment of refrigerators with reasonable prices. The service was outstanding and I feel very comfortable in recommending them for whatever your appliance needs mught be.

The repair person came more than an hour later than the arranged appointment time. We were not called by him at all. Upon arrival he did not introduce himself, did not wear shoe covers as we do not wear shoes in our home. He diagnosed a loose hose as the reason for water leakage and the obvious damage to the woodfloors. No diagnostic, or concern when we told him that the dishes do not get clean anymore. He charged $30 for his 15 min at the house. He disappeared as quietly as he came in. We ended up calling another company who right away knew what was wrong with the dishwasher by our description, and repaired the problem. Dishes are clean now, no more water leaks. I definately would not want to ask this repair person to ever come back.
