The front desk ladies were the only ones I interacted with, but they were all friendly, welcoming, and quick to laugh. Their personable nature made the paperwork less painful to complete. I was able to do a split payment which made my life so much easier. My Navigator was completed well in advance of the estimated completion (4 days early!!!) and looked amazing inside and out. All the damages were perfectly repaired. In addition to that, the inside was cleaned and vacuumed! I was NOT expecting that! I was blown away by the service and smiles received and will definitely use this shop again if the need arises.

CARSTAR did a great job on my truck. They were in constant communication as did kept me up to date on work. Staff was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend using them for body work.

My car ended up looking great, the work was done well, but when I went to pick it up at my gas tank was on empty. I understand that they had to take it to a different body shop a ways away, but the fuel gauge had 0 miles left on it. Not cool. I was literally driving my car on fumes to the nearest gas station.

Easy drop off and pick up. Staff was very professional. Jamie kept us updated daily on the status of our car and always available for questions.

They keep you posted daily on the progress of your vehicle. The women who was supposed to be off work cause it was 45 min. After closing didnt have to wait for me to get off work but did anyways. I highly recommend you call this place if you are ever in an accident. I was completely impressed with the customer service at this shop! All of the front office ladies are super nice and helpful. They were able to get my car in faster than any other shop in the area, and had it fixed in only two days! It looks even better than it did before. They even scheduled the rental car for me, and would text me with updated information. They made the unfortunate situation of getting into fender bender as smooth and painless as possible!

Great customer service. They kept me apprised of all repair work over the week. Coordination with Enterprise was really convenient with rental pick up and hand-off.

I dropped my car off 7/5/2021 and got it back on 7/12/21. Their customer service was impeccable, communication was superb and they even kept me posted through every transaction my car went through via text. A car hit me and their insurance had to pay for damages. I got my car back brand new. Highly recommend.

Work was done quickly, looks to be at first glance to be good work. We appreciated the updates, and whoever did the delivery prep (Im talking the vacuuming) needs a raise! We have a husky, and the wife was almost happier at the lack of dog hair as she was of the repair!

Stay away from this shop. I called and spoke with Terryl Jude and she stated she would be ordering parts to repair my vehicle but that it would take 14 days to arrive. Over a month of waiting and no further communication. I even confirmed with her she ordered the parts. Complete waste of my time. Very unproffessional.*Edit* Being delayed is understandable. Its the lack of communication that is not. I too am busy, but even I found a few minutes to send an email. Plus the response I received from Terryl stated that she was unaware the car was not driveable. Who wants to park a convertible with a broken back windshield? My car could be vandalize or stolen with ease being a prime target. Not to mention the collection of dust in the interior despite having a car cover on it.*edit2* 9/16/21The new shop wouldnt purchase parts from a non-internal shop. Long story short, Im stuck waiting two weeks again to get new parts in at the new shop, before repair time (5 days estimated).

Nothing good to report here. Had to take my car back three times and they still didnt completely fix the body damage Im giving up and calling Geico to see if I can just get it fixed elsewhere or get some money to do it myself. Not giving one star only because they are professional enough to not charge for the additional work but I wouldve really preferred for them to get it right the first time rather than give them 4 tries and still not get it right. My grille still has a big gap between it and the bumper and now for some reason my headlights light up the gap between the hood and quarter panel which is really bright and annoying at night. Dont bring your car here if you want it fixed.

Overall this was a good experience. The customer service was great but a delay was caused due to them needing a newer piece if equipment to work on the frame.

Everyone has a story or two of a car repair going poorly or feeling like they had been slighted. This is NOT one of those stories!My estimate was provided quickly, the work scheduled promptly. When picking up the vehicle, they told me they were able to use some existing brackets and passed that savings on to me! I’m very pleased with the work and impressed with the ethical way they are conducting business! I wouldn’t hesitate taking my vehicle to them again!

I went in am got an estimate for my truck, and they estimated over $3000. Which went to fixing the dent in my door by claiming they HAVE TO replace it (even though Ive talked to places that say I dont). Then they put an estimate on my bumpers (something I did not ask for, and specified I didnt want fixed), and said all of it would take 2 weeks. Im sure my car wouldve looked nice, which is why I give it an extra star, but its probably not worth it.

I am absolutely delighted with the work done on my car at Carstar on Martin way Olympia. They did a great job for me and were very concerned with doing an excellent job. They really want customers to be happy and are personable and professional. I highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job on the passenger side door repair and paint job. The paint was a pearl white which they matched perfectly given the car was 14 years old and a little faded. They even buffed out my headlights free of charge, because a used part they were going to order was no longer available and I paid for a new one. Highly recommended.

I went to Carstar after receiving the worst customer service experience from Olympia Autobody. Im a huge proponent of providing good customers service! Carstar did that and so much more for me and my car. The service was greater than expected, they helped me get a reasonable priced rental while I waited for my vehicle. Terrible service done on my truck replaced my door an gave me a door that doesnt lock or close all the way an didnt fix my rack gave me a mud wheel on one side all others are reg terrain wheels an put a lock nut on that i found out i need a key for just to get wheel off!
