I started out at 7am with a “quick” number port from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. Well that was 11 hours ago and being a owner of a small business my cell is my life line, like so many of us. Ms. Desiree Luckett was my literal life safer and had me up and in less ten minutes. She was prompt, professional, opened, and jovial. I am beyond thankful for her help. Desiree, I appreciate you.

I went in to give them my ID. They needed to copy them and send it with my application to the internet folks. They gave me equipment. But didnt do anything else. On top of that the wait was shocking to get help. I certainly wont go there again if I can avoid it. Wait, then they dont do what there supose to and the manager even came over to help. No, no. Had to do the paperwork and upload data on my phone after I left. 20 mile drive for nothing. There has to be a better way.

This store is EXTREMELY busy, making an appointment is probably a good idea. I, of course, thought of this after arriving. I waited a half hour, 45 minutes maybe and while waiting I listened to the goings on around me. I heard the interactions of several customers and store employees and watched one young man, seriously he looked maybe 20, do everything he could to help a woman save money on her current bill. With this woman were 2 little girls around 8-9ish,who were bored and doing a little horsing around. The employee didnt even blink, he just continued helping their grandmother (?) until he came up with a satisfactory solution to her issue. All the employees that I observed had this same degree of attention to the customers and their needs. Kudos to Comcast for training their store staff so well. Now about the call center....

Top of the line quality customer service today. Coming from a very friendly, and professional young lady names Desiree Luckett. She was responsive to all of our needs, and was able to assist us with all of our concerns. Not to mention she managed to look over our account, and offer us a better deal than what we were getting before. Out of all the heartache, and problems Ive dealt with over my internet services. Desiree more than made up for those times by providing me with quality service that I could not have gotten elsewhere.

You will wait for hours and they have no restroom, but will send you to target. I made 6 trips from another town and they couldnt/wouldnt help me. One lady tossed my phone across the table and said they arent trained on phones. What???! I wrote to corporate and they helped me with the settings 3 months later. Thats all that was needed to make it function. Go somewhere else!

Theres a negative in front of those stars... -- 5 stars....went through 3 modems in 1 month..told the greeting lady about my modem resetting itself 3 times a day...she tried to sell me a more costly internet package...then catherine tried to talk me into a service call...i heard of this tactic..they come out say nothing is wrong and bill you for the call to the tune of $120 ....steer clear of Catherine guerriero absolutely the worst customer service I have had in 6 years...the customer is never right with her...and shes a assistant manager...arguing with me and acted dumb when asked who her district Manager was...funny Tacoma store knows who theirs is...flat out lied when asked about modem status..ie new vs.refurbished ....funny....Tacoma knows how to tell.... I absolutely hate Olympia xfinity store...

Bad costumer service, we went in and this lady at the front signed us in then told us to just have a seat and someone will be calling us, we waiting for someone to call us and then people that just walked in been called for assitant and he were just patiently waiting and they called everyone who just walked in but us thta’s been waiting for a while, until my husband went to the lady and asked why aren’t been called yet, then she said you are niot on the list, imagine that she took all our infor and we are niot on the list after 45 mins waiting if my husband did not follow up on the list we would been setting here all day.

I had to give 1 star not deserved at all worst experience. We went on my sons 10th birthday and purchased 4 IPhone pro max 12. The phones came with no chargers. The lady who helped us?? Just sold the items no help. They have no local number just a useless 1800#. They could not help me with my phone because I did not have the sales person name at the 1800# they said stores don’t have time to help because they like coffee? Are you kidding me? They recommended me no joke to take my phone not to where we purchased it but Best Buy to have them help us. Who remembers Candid Camera? No joke felt I was on the show! I wish! The joke is on me normally I would return but It was my sons Birthday. Get yourself a phone number!!!!

I went to this location to pick up my modem that I ordered over the phone. The rep on the phone said I just need to go pick it up at the location. I went in and the lady up front told me there was a 45 minute wait to get any help. There was over 10 employees helping people around the store. I dont understand why they dont have a booth for people who just need to pick up equipment. Maybe use 9 employees for appointments and difficult customers, and save one person to help with equipment pickups... There is a 9 day wait for the appointment to pick up my modem

Typical Comcast experience. We get a message saying we needed to upgrade our box. They say they shipped and delivered it. They did not. We were told to go into the store. I wont bore you with more of my rant but only 2 people working and at least 20 people came in. Got the box after almost an hour (they quoted 20 minutes). Came home and guess what... the box didnt work. Now a technician has to come out. Oh Comcast... how I love your monopoly.

I wasted about an hour of my life coming here but its not the stores fault. I returned my cable box and router via UPS but forgot to include my remote. After chatting with an xfinity person about what to do, she made it clear that it was important to return the remote too. The closest store was 30 min away. I went there to drop it off and the lady just tossed it in a bin and said they arent important and I couldve just thrown it out. Nice.

Even though Im not a fan of working with Comcast/Xfinity, this store is great. All of the staff I have worked with are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The store looks like it recently was remodeled, as it has a very modern-sleek look to it. I come in when I have an issue and usually leave feeling better than when I entered.

Just wasted another 2 hour window of time on the phone. The automated service actually misinterpreted my words and shut down the modem for a test, and there is nothing one can do to stop it. (I was simply trying to change my line to a business line in the middle of a pandemic.) I had 3 working windows open. Then there was the automated Good Bye and a disconnect. I called again, spoke with 3 different reps after many attempts to get out of the auto hell, but none of them in the end could help me, and told me to call back the next business day. I see that I am paying top price and for the lowest speeds. They advertise the amount I pay as supposedly giving me the highest speed. It is a joke. What other options are in this area?

Terrible service. I had slow Internet for over a year and they comped me a month for it. That’s after they gave me small amounts and said a supervisor would get back to me regarding the entire refund but never did for months. I’m seeking a attorney to sue them due to their policy that they won’t refund until it’s resolved yet won’t refund past a certain period that’s clearly meant to rob us as customers. Essentially XFINITY pockets however much longer it takes to resolve the issue as long as it’s past the date of redemption. For instance they told me they can’t refund past 3 months even though I kept asking them if I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience of having to pay full price when I only get 10% of my internet speed.

Xfinity WiFi is always being flagged by our devices as having weak security. Also even in the same room as the router, the connection randomly drops a few times a day. Folks at the store are great - the product’s not.

This is NOT a review of the physical location. This is a review of the 800 number provided on this Google search. I have had to call this number several times over the last several weeks in order to assist my client with his phone/cable service. It is near freaking impossible to get a live person on the phone to discuss issues. I’ve tried every possible automated number selection to reach a PERSON to no avail. I consider myself to be a level headed, patient and logical person but this continues to be beyond frustrating. Step it up Comcast and staff live people. Make it easier for folks who actually WANT to engage with a person and not a computer. We still exist. 🥴

My wife and I moved our cell phone service to a different company yesterday. We visited this store and were told that masks are required to be worn by vaccinated customers in opposition to the CDC guidance.The phone service didnt work that well anyway. The phone always connects to Xfinity hot spots which saves on data but if the hot spot is too far away then the phone doesnt work and if you really need something then you have to turn the wireless off to get what you need.

Probably the worst customer service experience of my life. The automated phone system proved itself useless because it would not recognize the account number, service area zip code, or last four of the social and forced us to go to the Olympia store. The employee we worked with, Felicia, left out important details and instructions which forced a second trip to the store. She then lied about her omission and her boss let her get away with it. This forced another frustrating round with the automated phone system and an hour and a half phone call with tech support. All of the issues tech support identified and resolved were directly caused by mistakes Felicia made in her computer entries. Whatever you do dont work with Felicia. From our experience she doesnt know what shes doing and lies to cover it up.

Getting the equipment I paid for was a fight. They backtrack of what their website clearly states. They also try to overcharge every chance they get. Absolutely terrible people to work with. They will have a big smile and a chipper voice while doing so too, hard cringe.

So first of all, the internet connection is horrible for how much we pay. We attempted to get it fixed and had to jump through hoops making it impossible to speak to a person, and going through robots and poor service. We tried to restart the router, didn’t work, and we had asked to cancel our service with them due to getting a smart tv and new provider. We asked for it to be cancelled a day before our next months payment and after telling them we want it cancelled, they cut everything. home security, WiFi, phone, and tomorrow cable, because we weren’t planning on staying with them the following month. My brother is now left with no WiFi for school for about a week, our Tv has no ability to run any apps, and our home is not secured because we said we wanted to cancel in a week. Shame on Xfinity.

The front desk customer service man named Chris is awful. He was rude, condescending and so unprofessional. Why do you work in customer service if you don’t want to help customers??? All I wanted to do was change out an old tv box for one that worked and because I didn’t leave a cell phone number in order to be texted when it was my turn I was told to come back in 20 minutes. Thankfully Marcus came to the rescue when it was my turn. He was very polite, very professional and very courteous. You never get a second chance to make a first impression and Chris ruined the entire experience right from the start. The one star is for Marcus.

Yes you had to wait outside, but they were quick to come out and help you. I needed a replacement box and htmi cord. The employee offered an updated box. Very helpful and courteous. I did notice that when I was done they did have a long line waiting outside.

Fast equipment drop-off and polite staff despite long line. Comcast needs some healthy competition to keep them in check, otherwise theyll be like the cable company from South Park. Tried to stick us with the early termination charge the 2nd time, even though we have been using them for 3 years because other companies cant keep up with their shenanigans.

I just moved to Centralia. I was not getting an internet signal and set up an appointment to have a technician troubleshoot. Kurt showed up on time. He was professional and immediately knew what the problem was. He resolved it in a timely manner. I was not hit with any fees and when he left all of my coax ports were finally working. Thanks Kurt!

I moved out of my apartment at the end of 2019. In February of 2020, my old roommate and I went into this store to transfer ownership of my account so that hed be account holder. We went in and got it done, supposedly, and it was a seamless 2 hour process. Fast forward to April 2020 and I get a letter at my new address that I owe money to a company Im no longer affiliated with for a service I no longer have through an account that shouldnt even be open. After a call, a customer service rep tells me that the employee at this store, instead of doing what we asked, ended my service, and started new service for my roommate. As a result, my account has been left open and Ive been getting charged for services I havent used. The customer rep, Russell, assured me that it would get squared away. There wouldnt even be a problem if this store managed to do the one thing that was requested. The one thing we waited 2 hours for them to do. But they couldnt even do that right. Truly an expected Xfinity experience. Why does this company still even exist? Oh right. Monopolies.

Make an appointment, or be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait.....and wait. I had to leave after waiting about 40 minutes the first time around.Once you do get help, the staff are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Would give 5 stars for staff. Also, Xfinity has some great deals on cellphones AND service (they use Verizon towers). I will never use another cellular carrier again. I got a KILLER deal on a Samsung phone with service, and my phone works everywhere Ive tried.

Xfinity Comcast doesnt care about anyone. They ARE a monopoly and have zero customer service!! They owed me money and instead turned me over to a collection agency!! I had an account where we ended service for a month and didnt return the box as we expected to continue service but xfinity gave us a new account and modem and Covid hit so we cancelled service due to relocating. I ended up paying over $100 to actually but/own the 1st modem because it wasnt returned. A different company has a monopoly in my town so I arranged to go in person to Xfinity in Olympia rather than mailing the 2 modems back so they would PROPERLY credit my account for the $110 plus they owed me a gift card via email for returning them. Because of Covid I couldnt go in the store and they wouldnt even process or fix my account while I was there which I was concerned about. Well they messed up and not only did I NOT recieve my credit or my gift card Xfinity turned me over to collections which are now blowing up my phone from the early hours. It will take hours of phone calls IF I can even fix it without damage to my credit at this point. I literally will have to drive 2 hours round trip to get the Olympia store manager and supervisors names for my BBB complaint Im going to file against this store. There is no other way to reach them as there is no accountability and they were the ONLY choice available in my last place.

While my mom is stuck at home waiting between the hours of 8am and 8pm for xfinity to address internet issues, my dad and I went to see about switching to their cell service. The store was at capacity and so they offered to text us when it was our turn. 10-15 minutes was what we were told after asking for an estimation (an ETA was not offered until we asked). After sitting in our car for 40 minutes we went back to make sure we didnt miss our spot in line. We learned there were still 5 people ahead of us in the cue and that itd probably be at least 30 minutes longer. We asked to schedule a time to come back, but despite being the leader of technology communications in this region, they only have primitive wait in line for vague amounts of time strategies in place. She encouraged us to come back at 7pm, because thats right before we close...I cant imagine how encouraging people to come wait in line just before closing time might back fire on both customers and employees. I wont be stopping by to find out. Who else wants our business?

I have been here twice in the last month. The first time on a Saturday morning where we had to wait a while. Debbie helped us with our questions about cell phone service by Xfinity and ordering phones. We also received an account credit for the extra long wait time and that was nice compensation for the long wait. The second time was Friday afternoon. We walked right in and were immediately helped by Brandon. He is very friendly and did a great job with helping us set up new phones as efficiently as possible. It was pretty effortless and most of the time spent at the store was waiting for our phones to transfer content. I was pleasantly surprised by both of my most recent experiences and thus the five stars for this location and the helpful, friendly staff!

Asked about lowering my bill as it continues to increase. Met with a representative named Steve could not offer me anything unless I changed my service adding in security etc. Felt like he didnt care. Called in on the 800 number was assisted by Jay who was amazing, saw been a loyal customer for 18 years got me a new 2 year contract with lower price and more features. Will not go back to the store where I was basically dismissed as a customer. Stores need to be more customer conscious and offer same thing that I got by calling in.

We have been mostly happy with xfinity for the past four years. Their customer service phone system is a mess, but the internet is reliable and costs what you would expect. Their technicians that check to see what you need to set up and do the hookups are pleasent and professional, but if they send workers to lay a new line keep a watch on them. They came during the work day while my husband was working from home. He waited patiently to get back to work. When they left we discovered they had not connected the line to the house or even installed the hookups. We were both home and could have been checked with to make sure it was working. He has no choice but to work from home and we cant afford the loss of hours. Not particularly happy right now.

My experience in the store with my representative was great! She was pleasant, not overly confident so she knew to ask questions and didnt try to upsell me on a bigger package.What did catch me off guard was when another coworker came up in the middle of my transaction to reprimand my representative. She handled it well, but he kept picking at her. Then to top it off he proceeded to stand around her desk and loudly announce that he was getting a phone call and proceeded to answer his phone right there and talk about what was going on.To my representative, Im sorry you have to put up with such nonsense.

Always very helpful and extremely friendly at this store! It does get busy but they have comfortable seating while you wait or you can leave and they will text you when it is close to your turn in line. There is a tv playing for your entertainment and games and puzzles to keep small kids entertained as well.
