I really wish I could rate better. The gentleman Mike that sold me my first dealership car was absolutely phenomenal. I was excited when I was told that I could have my windshield replaced for free for 1 year after I bought it. Move forward a month and I got a crack from a rock on the highway. 5 months go by and Im still sitting here waiting to have said windshield replaced. Ive called for updates periodically through this entire time and havent but maybe ONCE gotten a call for an update. Called again today and they were too busy which is understandable with everything going on but for a 1 year warranty they should tell you that it takes half that warranty just to get one replacement for said windshield. Im due for a service now but I think with as reliable as this entire unnecessarily long process is, Ill go somewhere else. May take 4 months just to get a simple service at this rate. I dont even want to get into the lack of communication, incorrect information, and lack of care this has been in entirely.

We got us a Vehicle!! I want to First Thank Chrissy who works internet sales.I wrote in one afternoon about the kind of vehicle we were looking for, and she had two waiting for us the next morning.Next, Steve the sales guy, showed us the vehicle and told us to take it for a ride.Steve and Larry( the finance Guy) told us about the 3 year warranty bumper to bumper coverage and Gap Insurance and we were sold. Larry had to work hard because our bank was giving him some issues. We had to relocate for a job about 7 years ago & let’s just say it has been a tough time. Larry helped get the vehicle we wanted with the best interest rate. We made 1 payment and the bank said we could refinance for nothing and we went from almost 17% interest to 4% 😁I appreciate all the hard work everyone did. In the end Tyler the general manager helped us out by getting the numbers close to where our bank would be happy with the loan.You all work together and alone very well and we appreciate you.Thank you so very much!We will see you again soon !

Great experience. Did all the work over text/calls. Literally showed up signed docs and left within 30 mins. No hassle or pressure. They also found additional discounts for me. Tinted my windows and added side running board at cost. Tyson and Tyson are just great people. Can’t recommend enough. Rednecks unite!

I went to Olympia Jeep to put a deposit down on an in transit Grand Cherokee L. They made the process of putting down the deposit quick. In the month afterward before delivery they were very communicative regarding the status of the shipment. Once the vehicle was delivered we ran into a paperwork issue with the affiliate program, but they worked with me to make the process as painless as possible. Once everything was processed they had everything ready when I showed up to pick up the vehicle which expedited the overall delivery process’s Post delivery they’ve handled any questions I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend Olympia Jeep for buying a new car. It’s the beat overall experience I’ve ever had buying a car despite the hiccups we ran into.

My husband had been wanting the jeep gladiator for quite awhile and I wanted to be able to get everything for him taken care of before his radiation treatment ended. Was looking to buy my dream Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, and couldnt find what I liked with some of the extras, so widened my search... and bingo... who knew Olympia Jeep would fulfill my dream. My experience was over the top and beyond what I could have expected. Kim was my service advisor and he was wonderful and did more than I could have asked for. I was in a bind and my 4WD service light came on. He checked a few things the first day but I was able to still pick up my vehicle and use it for the week. Then after setting up the next appt pretty quickly he was able to fix it within a couple days. The added stress of a move and waiting for my jeep to fix was taking away not worrying about driving 2500 miles and breaking down somewhere along the lines. I was new to this jeep location and sadly I move out of state in 2 weeks or he would have a customer for a lifetime. But I highly recommend him and your staff. Thank you Kim for going over the top!

Worst experience ever with service. I would give negative stars if the option was available. After waiting months on their list for the recall, I finally was notified the parts were in and they scheduled my appointment for 8 am on a Friday . I called at 3:30 and they had not even started on my vehicle. They said it would be done The next day, a Saturday. I called at 1:30 that day and was informed the tech on duty was not authorized to do that recall. The following Monday I was finally able to pick up my vehicle at 3:30pm. It was filthy ! They had spilt def blue all down the side of the tank and had just swiped it with a cloth. On the way home, my check engine light came on. Called them Tuesday and here I go back again. No apologies, no car wash and now another hour trip back. No I don’t recommend this place for service.

First off this place helped us a lot, my mother and i were driving from out of town and the car broke down and my mother was freaking out so she had her car towed here and they helped us find out the problem in the car and helped us find a new one 🙏🏽, i want to say a big thank you to John he really helped my mom find a car so we weren’t stranded and it was at a very reasonable price we are so grateful for everything you did. Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle from a dealership. This is the 10th vehicle from a dealership between my wife and I and Olympia Jeep had the best customer service out of all of them. Ben was the most personable and reliable car salesman I’ve worked with. And the rest of the staff from top to bottom couldn’t have been any better.

I had a great experience at Olympia Jeep! Everyone I worked with there, especially Gentry, Tyler and Ben, made what is a long and sometimes stressful process very easy and straightforward. I felt the pricing and rebates were fair, they met my requested trade-in value, and made sure I was comfortable driving home in my new 2021 Grand Cherokee. I found the Jeep I wanted on their website and it was a three hour round-trip drive for me, but I happily recommend them and will visit them in the future when my husband is ready to upgrade.

Do NOT sell your vehicle to this dealership. I have had nothing but issues ever since. I traded in my old Jeep Cherokee for a new vehicle in 11/2020. I thankfully kept a paper trail of the bill of sale & reported the sale same day to WA DOL. In 3/2021 I was notified that my old Jeep Cherokee that I had traded in had been sold at auction & the new owner had taken it down to Portland Oregon crashing it into 3 parked vehicles before ditching the vehicle. I was sent a tow bill, a lien from the state of Oregon as well as contacted by all 3 insurance companies that my old vehicle had crashed into.I have had nothing but issues ever since. I contacted the dealership & spoke to Ben Wright who said he would handle it & get back to me. I sent him pictures of the Oregon state lien against me on 4/1/2020 & was told her would follow up. I haven’t heard from him since. I have sent everyone the bill of sale but It’s gotten so bad that today I received a call from collections about the incident. I called the Jeep dealership where I spoke to Tyler Griffin & he told me it wasn’t their issue.. which is COMPLETELY ridiculous. Once I traded in the vehicle Olympia Jeep should have taken ownership of the title & they have don’t absolutely nothing to help or correct any of this.Also- I gave a good rating about this dealership previously because I have had good experiences with Waylon & Tyler in the service department. I can no longer give this dealership good reviews after driving my new vehicle off the lot & now being sent to collections with no help.DO NOT sell or trade in your vehicle to Olympia Jeep!

Buying experience wasnt painful. But their service department is horrible. Had an 8am appointment, its almost 11am; I asked if it was almost ready, and she said they just started the oil change. And on top of that the sales guy lied, I asked if oil changes were included and he said up to 30k; its not included.. and had I known that I would have went else where, rather than paying 110 for an oil change. I dont recommend this dealership or service department. I always had a great experience with the dealerships in the Long Beach, CA area.

Edited.I keep softening this review - my anger last week was fairly harsh and dont want to add that energy out into the world.I scheduled a 930 am appointment for a few regular services, brought it in early, and left. I have no reason to drop the car that day in particular, and used the opportunity to schedule in order to avoid waiting.When I came back to pick up my car at 4pm, the customer service person came running over to let me know they were just starting then. Ultimately I was the last customer of the entire day at 620pm, Fri. There were several other issues I wont bore you with.Im still frustrated given my deep loyalty to the jeep brand; my neighbors refer to us as the jeep house with the Gladiator and Renegade. Need standard maintenance on the other vehicle and Tacoma is obviously a better choice for me from the standpoint of simple time-loss.But Im doing deeper naval gazing than that after this and other experiences Ive had.BYE

Bought a Dodge Ram from this dealership and had a great experience. Our salesman, Gentry, was super helpful. We had two small kids with us and he was very patient and accommodating. He did everything he could to make the process easy. He’s even called 2-3 times since I’ve owned the vehicle to check in and see how I’m liking it. Great customer service, would totally recommend.

I was immediately contacted by corporate who expressed their apologies for these miscues. Additionally, she said management would reach out and contact me personally. True to their word Mike and later Tyler called and ask what they could do to address my concerns. I stated a new key fob would be appreciated which they agreed they would provide. When I arrived to have a new key fob programed, they not only completed the task quickly but also washed my van and filled up the gasoline tank on their own.Five Stars and Thank You -- Bob

Stopped by on a Saturday not really sure what I was looking for. After looking at the Gladiators and recovering from the sticker shock, Michael Perram guided me to something a little more practical for hauling around our 3 senior dogs. After a test drive and a little haggling I left with a low mileage CPO Grand Cherokee and couldnt be happier. Michael was great about not pressuring us and took his time going over the pros and cons of the couple vehicles we looked at. The great service didnt end when we drove off the lot. I have been contacted a few times in the month since I have had the Grand Cherokee to make sure everything was good with the vehicle and to see if there was anything else they could help me with. Outstanding experience overall. I will probably be a repeat customer and would recommend that anyone looking for a new, or new to you, Jeep go see Michael Perram at Olympia Jeep.

I just could not choose the Jeep I wanted and not once did I feel the frustration warranted. Mike and the rest of the staff patiently informed me on all my options as I went from preorder to cancelled preorder to eventual purchase of the vehicle I did not initially come to look at. I did not even know my new Wrangler existed but I love it and its all thanks to the continue patience and kindness of the staff at Olympia Jeep. Now the question is how soon before Im back for another Jeep!

I scheduled in advance for a new key fob for my 2011 Jeep Cherokee in excellent condition. I was told they had a key in stock and a match for my car, I was given the cost including reprogramming which would be one hour. Yesterday I was told a much higher price than quoted for the key fob and I was told I’d hv to wait 1 hr. I waited 2.5 hrs! Off of work losing $!Results… they came to me and said they didn’t hv the right key fob. No reschedule, no idea what’s next…nothing fixed. They owe me!! I had so much confidence in that dealership but do not now.

My not so great adventure with this dealership started on June19th 2021. while i was shopping for a new family car. i found a nice looking Acura located in the at Olympia Jeep. i emailed my interest to their internet sales department and started the buying process with Tyler. everything seemed like a decent deal they gave me what i wanted for my trade in. i didnt ask for any price reduction. i had my own financing in order and was ready to make the leap into a new (to me) vehicle. at this point the dealership seemed to be working with me well.i was out of town on business and they agreed to hold the car for me. when i showed up to complete the purchase i was handed over to a salesman named Steve. i noticed a large rock ding in the middle of the windshield during the test drive that was not disclosed. after the test drive i said i liked the car but there looked to be a new rock ding on the windshield. Steve then observed the chip and said it must have happened recently. i asked if it would be repaired and the salesman told me that i could get repaired myself. I then asked so there is nothing you can do about it? he said no. I said okay well i wont be making the deal then. he handed my car keys to my trade in back and my wife and i left.one week later, I email Tyler again and express my interest in the car if the windshield could be repaired. I get a phone call from Steve who assures me that they will get the chip fixed and he will call me when the car is ready to pick up...over a month later nothing. i know this a car dealership and i wasnt asking for the world but when you have a paying customer ready. its just good business practice to keep them informed. needless to say i will not be buying from them nor will i recommend this company to anyone i slightly care about. Olympia Jeep where paying customers come last.

From the first phone call to picking up my car was a pleasant experience. I used the night drop and then they sent a shuttle (van with the middle row of seats removed for distance) to pick me up so I could get my car. The technician communicated with me every step of the way for the maintenance and repairs. I was very pleased with my service.

Tyler Gentry was a pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. We did our financing ahead of time and emailed it to him so we only had the credit check form to fill out and the legal a paperwork to sign. We would recommend Tyler to any of our friends :)

Simply put, the professionals at Olympic Jeep provided me information without any BS, Hard Sales or trickery. It is clear the Leadership style is to focus on ethics over profit which is exactly how a business should be run. From my interactions with Tyler the Sales Manager who was patient enough to answer my numerous emails without ever knowing if I would become a customer to working with Mike, a knowledgeable, relatable & experienced Sales Consultant to my conversations with the Finance Department I received honest factual information at every turn. This was not my first experience buying a new vehicle yet it was definitely my best. WELL DONE OLYMPIA JEEP!

We took our trade in home of course. The car was fixed correctly so I had to give at least a couple stars. Had trouble with getting anybody to call me. Had to drive to office twice to get anything done. Cost was 50 percent more than estimate. Wont be going back.

Went in looking at a 2021 Jeep Gladiator and Michael Perram was outstanding with making that happen. Jumped through the many hoops I put him through and made the process super easy for me. After I got the Jeep he showed me everything about the Jeep and answered every question I had. If you want to buy a vehicle definitely give this guy a call!

I had an enjoyable driver to take me home while I waited for my car. She reviewed the Covid guidelines that I appreciated. My service assistant called me to go over needed services for my car - and the extra cost. After I told him I wanted the 60000 mile service, he followed up with it. Great communicationfrom all.

Recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Oly Chrysler Jeep and had a great experience. Salesman Steve Pierson was very knowledgeable about, not only the Jeep brand, but the Cherokee in particular. Hes clearly a car guy and knows what hes talking about. After explaining exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle, Steve searched the inventories for a match but we could find none available so I put in an order for a factory delivery. To me thats more of a fun way to buy a car anyway,...builds anticipation. The new car arrived in a couple months and I drove it home last week. The car is meeting my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend someone working with Steve to buy their new car at OCJ.

I took one of my vehicles to their maintenance shop to have a new remote key I purchased programmed to the vehicle. This was a service that should have taken 15 minutes. My vehicle was taken to the garage are for an hour and returned to me with a $70. Dollar charge added. I excepted the cost but my vehicle developed a coolant leak right after leaving their facility. Could not prove they caused the damage to my vehicle but I don’t believe in Coincidences. Never went back for radiator repairs or anything again.

I bought a new 2021 Jeep. I got a crack in the windshield in March 2021. I am still waiting for the windshield to be replaced. Now the transmission is making a clunky noise. I called service department twice and never got a call. back.

The local Jeep dealership here is terrible in multiple ways, and I was impressed with the OJ staff and experience!Leave the old sleazy car salesman thoughts at the door. These guys are top notch, and I got a great deal for an amazing vehicle.

I was not happy with their communications. I had to constantly call in and still got vague answers. I asked they keep me informed by texts and still had to call in. I was without my jeep for weeks while they negotiated with the warranty people.

The group at Olympia CJDR were nothing short of RAD. They helped us through every step of the process during our test drive, purchase and setup of our new Wrangler 4xe. Their after sales support is untouchable as they followed up and helped resolve any questions we had.

My sales agent Mike was very helpful and kind. Never felt pressured or rushed. I got the car I wanted at a decent price. However the finance guy Larry not very kind, unless he wanted something from me, very curt and dismissive otherwise. That is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars.
