Worst service! Went there with my son. Standing there waiting for service. This guy saw me walk pass. Than I ask for help. They ignore my son and I. I would not ever go there again.

Always a great ppace to blow money

Do the employees work? Asked about a shoe and just pointed my daughter to a corner wall. She couldnt even find the shoe so I had to ask them while they talked to each other. So I took my business to Champs! They provide excellent customer service and do their jobs.

Bought my $170 Addidas here and the staff was very helpful in choosing the right shoes.

The young lady that works in there is really nice!

Cant find anything practical in there anymore. You know, like basketball shoes for a high schooler.

Worst experience I’ve ever had there. The workers name was chase k. And he really didn’t help us at all. We asked if the has Jordan 12s and her said no and so we looked on the wall and found a pair or 12s and he continued to ignore us and talk to what seemed like his friend. Disrespectful, will never shop there again!

Limited selection over prices ugly shoes.

Went to buy some huaraches from the foot locker at the mall today, bought them took them home looked at them and they had some very bad creasing all around the mid sole. Didnt know I was paying for used shoes 😤

Very poor communication in the complaint of goods, arrogance and non-recognition of the goods claimed ... I am not coming here if I want to complain legitimately goods, I do not expect that they treat me as they behaved .... I do not recommend!
