This 7-Eleven at Cleveland and North in Tumwater, WA are a bunch of thieves!! They post special prices on American Spirit Cigarettes if you purchase 2 packs at $10.42. Well I purchased 4 packs to save the extra money, and they came up at $10.78 a pack. Then when I asked both employees whom were working today to please honor the price, they both said “NO! We can’t we’re corporate”, I explained I had a background in advertising and what they were doing is illegal. You have to honor a price if it’s posted. If you don’t that’s called bait and switch and that’s a big no no in the advertising world. This is the 2nd time this store has done that to me personally. I can only imagine if they have done this to me how many other customers have they done this to??? Let’s say 100 customers at $.50 a piece that’s $50 but I’m sure it’s been WAY more then 100!!! If you live in the Tumwater, Lacey, Olympia area STAY away from this store!!! I visited on 9/13/21 and I will be contacting the BBB and ATF since they are dealing in Tobacco.

I deliver for one of the food delivery services and your employees at this location are always so friendly, kind, caring, and on top of everything ❤️ keep it up!

One of the employees, big guy with a beard, kept walking around the store without a mask. I guess that he probably doesnt believe in masks or whatever some people think, but he could at least keep the thing on for customers. Its not hard
