If you need copies, this is the best place to go. Minuteman always helps me out. I have been going here for years for all my printing needs. I would never trust anyone else. They can do small or little jobs. From copying hundreds of programs for sporting events to classroom work. They are awesome!

Wow. I went to FedEx to get some important documents printed and scanned. I havent actually printed or scanned anything in a very long time, so i felt a little unsure of how to operate all the machinery. The machine crashed on me twice. I moved to a second machine, and this machine also crashed on me. Meanwhile, the staff was completely useless and they seemed kind of annoyed that i would even ask for help. They just told me to keep trying, like ive got all the time in the world to be wasting scanning documents over and over with no results. I left there after several failed attempts completely empty handed.Minuteman Press to the rescue! I called them up and, even before I had arrived, I felt like a VIP customer to Minuteman. They were so friendly and accommodating. Megan was absolutely wonderful and she took care of me like I had been doing business with them for years. They were also having their machine repaired when I showed up, but they made sure to accommodate me in the best way possible. I left my documents for them to scan and email to me the next morning. The following morning, Michelle called me up and promptly took care of my needs and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it.Minuteman Press will definitely be my exclusive local printing location from now on.

Minuteman press west Olympia made my day. I have been spending 100s of $$$ to make my daughter’s water color paints copy. Minuteman press took time to listen to me and provide same texture paper and almost identical color copy for a few$. I am very happy and it was heart warming experience. These guys are great, especially Jim which was very helpful. I had them print my business cards. The business cards were of excellent better than expected quality and the transaction was very simple. I brought them a PDF file even though I could have supplied any number of file types and 48 hours later they were ready for pickup. The people were helpful and friendly. While the prices were good, it was much better than some other really cheap printer centers.

No matter what I create or request, they always pull through with stellar performance. So pleasant, personable and affordable. We love Jim and the crew!

This is the fourth (and final) time I will be going to this company for our jobs. Out of the four visits weve made to this company, weve been belittled or treated not-so-nice three of those times, by the two owners I believe. the single time Ive been treated nicely (which is a HUGE part of customer service) it was by the in-house graphic designer, even at right-at-closing time! she was awesome! but this last experience I believe was once again with the owner, an older gentleman with glasses. I felt that he was undertrained in doing a front counter print company job, and this particular job was not very big and I didnt have cash and was going to use my debit card for the purchase. his curt response was dont you have a couple of bucks? and then was informed that there would be a large extra charge to use a debit card. I came here out of convenience and time constraints but really NEEDED the work, and honestly its not worth it in any way to return there. Its too bad, because this company is close to our office, they do good work, and we have large print jobs that we do at least TWICE a week. but the customer service is a tremendous downer, so I guess its back to OFFICE DEPOT for us. very sad indeed.

Minuteman Press went above and beyond for me when I brought my wedding invitations there to be printed. They spent two hours with me making sure that they would turn out exactly how I wanted. Two days later i was able to pick up the invitations and they were absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Minuteman Press of Olympia to everyone!
