Crazy.. Went to go have a ring re-sized. They stated that the quotes they gave me, both time of completion and price, was an over-estimate. It simply wasn’t I actually paid more than what I was quoted for. On top of that it was not resized to the size I asked. We double checked with multiple other stores. Upon pick-up I inspected and in a rush I paid the lady and quickly left. In retrospect I wish I would have took my time going over it. The ring was not clean still had gunk under the diamonds, there was a burn mark on the ring, and one prong holding up a diamond was bent. Sheeeeeeeeeesh!

I will definitely be a returning customer! The staff went out of their way to help get the exact ring I wanted and did everything possible to get it earlier than expected! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.I picked up my ring today and LOVE it! It turned out better than I had hoped!Thank you Kluhs!!

Bought my wife a new wedding ring for Christmas from these folks and am very satisfied with the transaction. She opened it and liked the one I picked out but when she was leaving to take it in and get it sized I suggested she take a tennis bracelet that has been sitting on the shelf for a while and see what its worth. Well, she didnt come home with the ring I picked out but she came home with a sweet smile and that was enough for me. Great service and didnt rush me or make me feel I needed to spend more. Showed me what I wanted to see and let me decide. Will recommend to friends and go back in the future.

Highly recommend Kluh Jewelers! We bought my engagement ring from Sandy 2 years ago and now we are getting ready to get married and I wanted a bigger center stone, so we went all the way back out to Olympia and purchased another stone. They had my new center stone in my original bands in 1/2 the time that was promised. You will not come across a more friendly, honest and friendly jeweler! They make you feel comfortable and are not pushy at all.

I have been to this store a few times, and have been very happy with their service. The jeweler is very knowledgable about gems, metals and jewelry. He is honest about what he can do, and if he thinks the fix you ask for may look different than you expect he will let you know ahead of time. All the work is done on site, so none of your jewelry ever leaves the store, and everything I have done was beautiful. I would highly recommend this store.

Took my wedding rings in to be resized, I hadn’t worn them in years. I was thinking about adding an anniversary band for our 40th but hadn’t found the right one. Here I found a vast selection of estate rings, and the owner & staff helped me find the right diamond band, which happened to be the least expensive. Ten days later my three rings were sized & combined into one gorgeous ring! I couldn’t be happier with the selection & service.

My family and I are avid jewelry collectors and have recently moved to Olympia. We were in need of a local jeweler and were hopeful when we discovered S.T. Kluh Jewelers. We even purchased a piece on our first visit to the store. Prior to Christmas I dropped off a piece to be adjusted as they prize themselves on jewelry repair. No price was ever disclosed, but in my previous encounters with jewelers it was never unreasonable. I was also okay with waiting 1.5 weeks for the piece to be completed which is longer than usual, but it’s Christmas so I understand. When I went to pick up the piece I was told it cost HALF the price of the actual piece to adjust it to fit ONE size larger. When I questioned the woman working there she claimed she stated the price at the drop off. LIE! To make matters worse she was disrespectful and unprofessional when she decided to insinuate that I was being cheap! To quote: “Things must be cheaper in Florida”. Clearly she’s never been to Naples Fl. I honestly feel cheated and insulted. If you’re in the market for jewelry repair look somewhere else. Research like I should have instead of having blind faith. S.T. Kluh Jewelers clearly do not care about their customers.
