Their sign posted that they are open 24 hours 7 days a week is clearly incorrect. We went last night at 10pm and the lights were all on but the doors were locked. I look up the hours online and it still said they didnt close until 11 so I called to try to see if someone was still there. No one answer so we got back into the car and we saw someone come around the corner in the store stare at us then ignore us completely. They need to be more clear about their hours if they arent open.

They look tastier than they are. Ordered 6 donuts and only received 4, all which did not taste good. Dont think Ill be ordering from them again.

Delicious.. there is not much else to say! Very good price point as well. A very viable alternative to Heavenly. They will be the go to donut shop when Im in Seattle. Very polite staff and clean.

I absolutely love it here! I buy these donuts for my coworkers, clientele, and family, and everybody (yes, everyone) loves them. It has an old-fashioned vibe and lives up to its name of simple and delicious! I highly recommend it to anybody for local treats 😊

I had to give this a rating, although I didn’t get any doughnuts. Walked in, no mask while standing right above the food and asking if they can help me. Sorry. Walked out and went to Twisters for the first time. They were wearing masks, the doughnuts were great, and they threw in an extra. The doughnuts may be great here; but, now I’ll never know.

Nice little donut shop that is clean and roomy. Very friendly and helpful service. Pricing is average. They do not have a huge variety, but do have most popular donuts, twists, and cinnamon rolls on a variety of flavors. Easy access and exit from Martin Way.

Looking for a local doughnut bakery...this is THE place! Incredible doughnuts and fritters. My favorite is the banana with custard filling! Wow! So many others are amazing and they always seem to have something new! I even used them for my son’s birthday! HUGE HIT! They even have giant donuts!

They could have been fresher but Im a connoisseur of fresh fried dough so Im picky and I know the difference between hot out the grease and Dale in this area with such stiff competition theres no room for day old anything but again the variety and the new flavors that Im on accustomed to were wonderful to see

Ordered here through Ubereats. Got a completely different order. Nothing was correct. Not even the drinks. There were two drinks, 1/2 dozen donuts, and a bag (was suppose to have donut holes) as expected, but didnt contain anything I ordered. Kind of frustrating when you have to pay for that and tip, even though you couldnt pallette the choices. Ultimately I gave it away.

Currently there is no dining in as everyone probably knows by now. However takeout is excellent. The staff is friendly the donuts are fresh and there are huge selection. I would highly recommend this place as it is a small business and depends on our community to help it carry on. It also helps that their donuts are super tasty.

Fresh yummy donuts! Very quick service, but they get busy fast. All the donuts we tried were excellent; raspberry filled, chocolate and regular glazed, sprinkles, Oreos and apple fritters. Fluffy and moist and just the right amount of topping. Reasonably priced for gourmet donuts. Would highly recommend.

Price was good. Ordered a Bavarian cream and an Old Fashioned. The Bavarian cream only have cream in about 1/4 of the donut which was disappointing. The old fashioned was made from a lemon mixture but there was no indication anywhere that this was the type of mix used.Overall quality of the donuts were good. Probably give them another try if Im in the area but definitely wont go out of my way to stop by here

Been there once maybe a year ago. Was very delicious. Very bread-like and not excessively sweet. Tastes like its not super unhealthy as far as donuts go. The taste reminds me of original donut house in Lakewood. Gonna go there again today most likely.

Horrible donuts. Tried 3 types and they were all really greasy. The blackberry fritters didn’t have any taste and the chocolate was bland. It was an old fashioned though

We made it in time for a batch fresh from the oven. i just had the round glaze and it literally melted in my mouth. there was a slight bitter after taste and i think its from the oil but i do like that the glaze was not too sweet.i also tasted the all choc, pumpkin, and cake batter. it was good :)good customer service - thats always the cherry on top :)good job, guys!

The best donuts in the olympia/lacey area. The guava donuts are a must have! Great selection of fritter flavors, and one of the few places you can get a Bavarian cream filled with fruit flavored frosting instead of chocolate.

I have had a lot of donuts in my life. I mean a lot. Thinking about it I’m surprised I don’t have diabetes and weight 300 lbs. Simply put these are the best donuts I have ever had.The Vegan donut was the best Vegan food I have ever had. It was soft and fluffy. The flavor was perfect. Couldn’t tell it was Vegan.The Pumpkin donut had so much flavor it blew me away.The blueberry donut had a slow build up of different flavors ending a minute or two after I was done eating.The red velvet donut was just chocolate heaven.

My offspring wanted donuts for breakfast to kick off her 5th year of birth and this place did not disappoint. Not only did they have a great selection of truly delicious donuts that are both classic and trendy, the customer service was exceptional. As we paid, my kiddo shared that it was her birthday and as most adults do, the woman asked how old she was and wished her a happy birthday. We were ready to head out the door and as we turned to walk away, the woman got our attention and handed us this monster of a donut!I am so glad we kicked off the day getting donuts here, it is definitely one we will never forget. :)

Heavenly Donuts should take notes from Simple on how to bake, and maybe Heavenly Donuts can help them out with some masks.

Wow, one of the best donut places in the world. Fluffy variety, melts in your mouth. Every bite is filled with flavor. Annihilated the box in less than 15 minutes. Dangerously delicious. Bonus for being able to use Uber for pick up. Order was ready quickly. Highly recommend.

I went here yesterday for donuts, and realized as I left, that they were NOT WEARING MASKS unless customers came in. I get that its hot, but in a bakery, with uncovered products, you need to wear masks all the time. Hair, sweat and bodily fluids certainly get into the food when this happens. People cough, sneeze and sniffle every day. Why are the people here of all places, above the rules which are in place for our protection? A big health risk coming here.

This was a very doughnut-place experience. Everything was as expected from a place like this, except the doughnuts werent as good as I would have hoped. They were fine. They just werent better than any other average doughnut place, and Im not sure they were quite as good as average.

Really good doughnuts. The raised doughnuts are very soft and airy. The people working there are super nice too. The coconut cream was really good. They had a banana cream one too. You get dozen 14 doughnuts when you order a dozen. Ill be back for more.

Normally we love this place. Visited today and the owner who was the only worker at the time was NOT WEARING A MASK. Shocked, angry and disappointed. Several of my family are high risk and covid transmissions are very high right now. I told everyone I know who normally goes here and we wont be going back. So disappointed.

The name is correct. These donuts are simple and delicious. They only do the basics here but they do them right. I had a maple old fashioned and it was truly the best Id ever had. Take a few dozen of these to work and everyone will like you!

This is THE BEST DONUT SHOP in Lacey, Washington. They open at 5am!, they have this pineapple apple fritter that you absolutely have to try and it has an entire pineapple on top. We have eaten at so many other places and been disappointed. This place is delicious. The women are so friendly the men not so much

They have great donuts. But I tried to come in 9 hours before closing and they locked their doors because they were sold out. As a business, they should be more prepared, not close for the day 9 hours early because they sold out too fast.

I really wanted a cream filled, chocolate iced long John, but sadly there were none, but he did bring me a huge, chocolate iced cinnamon roll and it was DELICIOUS! SOFT. FRESH OH MY WORD YUMMY! Donuts were, for the most part, really good. I had wanted to get a couple of maple bars but they were sold out. Opted for the maple bar with nuts, and it was not good. Several people tried it and we all agreed it had a very odd and gross after taste. Aside from that, the rest of the donuts were very good. I will definitely give them another try and hopefully I will get there before the maple bars are sold out. Overall a good spot for donuts.

Love the variety of jelly donuts!! Guava is my favorite. My son loves the giant glazed donuts. My husband likes the maple bacon bars as well as the apple fritters.
