I had my wedding dress altered at Lady Lynn’s and it was the best experience. Lorraine and Lynn were helpful and patient, and their work was absolutely beautiful. The pricing was clear, transparent and fair. I will definitely be going back for any alteration needs and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

They have always been nice when I have gone in. I am from the US, I have short legs, a non-standard body type, and Ive lived in many different countries where tailoring is the norm (Ive had a lot of work done by many different tailors). Their prices are reasonable for local mom and pop work done in the US. I have always been happy with the results.

Ive used their services twice in the past 3 years and the work was spendy but well done. HOWEVER, today, like the past two times, merely having a dialogue was troublesome. Not like having a tooth extracted but more like having a clumsy dental technician clean ones teeth. Anyway, Im bailing and will find another seamster.

Took a $349 dress in to fix zipper and hem. The hem was terrible. It was hemmed about an 1 or more above the lining on one side and to the floor on the other side. The zipper was not fixed either - she was suppose to let out the seam so the zipper would not buckle. It was the exact same as when the dress was dropped off. She claimed she had my daughter try the dress on after it was altered. Not true.Suppose to get a refund by her, once I got the refund she cancelled the check.Be careful. Make sure you try it one before you pay for it.

Horrible customer service, as well as expensive service. $25 for a patch on a pair of jeans. And then got rude service on my way out the door.

I had a pair of jeans that needed some stitching to keep them from ripping vertically. These ladies came up with a simple solution and for a small fee, had them done the same day. They really know what theyre doing and they do a great job.

The sad part of this place? They do not care. They charge $98 per hr. for their labor, then make you wait months for the outcome. When I complained and asked for refund, I was told I could have the fabric, not the cost of the item. Unless youre desperate my advice, save your money!

Incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff. They assessed a dress I had intended to have altered and recommended I avoid alterations, suggesting undergarments could instead fix the problem - and provided me the name, address, and phone number of a local business that could do just that. They werent even going to charge me for the consultation, but I insisted I pay for the services. I will definitely return to for any future alteration needs.

I have a blast chatting with the very knowledgeable staff. Theyre local and have all the little piece Ive needed for projects without the long lines of more corporate sewing places in the area.

They were pretty rude and talked down to me. She didnt listen to a thing I was saying. The person I had a consultation with didnt seem to want work. I had a vintage dress that I wanted redesigned and would have paid about what she quoted me at. The impression that I got was they do alterations and not dress making...and they sure dont do customer service.

The fabrics were very old and not taken care of. The staff was kind of annoyed when I wouldnt buy anything. Its also not wheelchair accessible.

Super expensive!!!! Dont think I will ever go here again. They charge $52 just for a fitting??...thats crazy!

The lady was extremely rude and had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. Made me want to leave. I still got a quote and the price was ridiculous. The alterations were more expensive than the dresses. Never going back.
