Since they specialize in ductless heating you get great deals plus they do all the rebates for you. I’ve had the ductless for a month now and both my dog and I have been loving the AC. I switched from electric base board to ductless heat pump and can not believe what a difference it makes in my house! The heat is steady and evenly distributed. Extremely quiet operation. Takes up a small amount of upper wall space inside with the heat pump portion outside. Conversion done in about 5-6 hours total, including electrical work. Installer and electrician were professional and friendly. Wish I had made the switch years ago. Highly recommend.

We installed a ductless heat system in our home. Alpine did an amazing job and are very professional. I had 8 estimates done for our house. I was not necessarily going for the cheapest (although they were for the brand we wanted) but a company that had good values and a team that represented them well. The job site was way out in the country yet all the appointments were kept and were on time. I had the installer run all the lines and piping in the wall and was not charged extra. Everything went as planned and in a timely manner. Covid pecautions were also followed. This was my fourth ductless heater installed by Alpine Ductless Heating and Air Conditioning. I highly recommend this company.

They fixed the problem I was having with my ductless system, but I had issues that were more service related. The tech was running quite late but didnt call to let me know. I had to call the main number to see if he was still coming. The tech also didnt provide an estimated cost before doing the work, and couldnt give an estimate after the work was done. The response was to give me his hourly rate and that a bill would be coming in the mail. That isnt acceptable when the costs could be significant. They also sent a second overdue bill notice after I had paid the bill. I had to call in to make sure they had records for the payment.

We had to get our heat pump serviced (after using it for over 5 years). They were super helpful and professional. The technician was very nice.

We are very happy with our new heat pumps—and with the service Alpine Ductless provided from start to finish. All our questions were answered prior to having the units installed.The installation was done correctly and passed final inspection without a problem. The team who did the install were friendly and professional and got the job done faster than they had estimated.Now we have been using the heat for 2 months and have significantly lower heat bills than we had last year, while maintaining the house at a much more comfortable temperature. In our detached garage, which we use as a workshop, we can keep it at 50 degrees most of the time, and then bump it up to 70 when were going to be working. It heats up in 15 or 20 min. Amazing.

I had been researching heating and cooling systems for a while, never quite ready to sign a contract though. At the Tacoma Remodel Show I found Alpines booth.The brochures and information shared was worthwhile and encouraging. I met with Linda H. she handles the dimensions and configures what could best meet my needs. Linda provided the Best, Better and Good options in HVAC for my house. Linda then explained how the system would fit in my home. We looked under the house, in attic spaces and around the exterior. She left me with a visual that set me at ease. I went with the best, the price difference was minimal and when the Install Crew came on time, permits in hand. They were extremely professional, clean, concerned and aware of carpeting, finished drywall, etc. They vacuumed up after themselves and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. They gave me hands on presentations of each component, maintenance and cleaning, the booklets for each unit. They cared and stood behind their work.Reliable Electric did the electrical connections and everything passed inspection, both Mechanical and Electrical. I made the right choice, I hired the Best. I dont usually recommend a company, because Im usually disappointed with communication of the contractor or see flaws in craftsmanship, or they depart before the job is completely finished. So I do not hesitate to say I have had the best experience with Alpine and the men and women who make this company great and I will use them again for my rentals.

This company is great. The sales representative made an accurate assessment of my heating needs, explained the technology and process, explained funding options, and scheduled a time to do the work. We had the first wall unit installed in the living room in 2014. The Rep made the whole process a breeze. So in 2017 we had wall units installed in each of the bedrooms. The wall units are wonderful, it was a great investment. I did not need to coordinate with different contractors...Alpine did all the work. It took less than two days to get everything installed. Our home is comfortable all year long and my electric bill has decreased.

We had an appointment with them. Never showed up or called. I tried to reach out to them several times. No luck. So matter if they are good or reasonably priced we won’t be using their services because I won’t trust they will show up to work.

Would have given 5 stars for Noah & the install. Before all workmen leave the home after install, the two inspections should be set up and then later confirmed by email or phone by a representative from your company.The installers asked me what date worked and I gave them a date. Apparently only the mechanical inspection was done, so I had to take another day off for the electrical inspection. In addition the consumer should be told your company will send in the warranty information.

Alpine Ductless installed (2) 1200 BTU Fujitsu mini-splits with ducted air handlers installed in the attic. Alpine did an excellent job despite a manufacturing issue with a Fujitsu mother board. After a wonderful effort at troubleshooting and identifying the manufacturing issue, Alpine installed the system flawlessly. The system reduced my electric bill by 50%. I am very satisfied with Alpine Ductless.

I recieved excellent customer service from the gentleman that gave me an estimate and the gentleman who installed the system. I will definitely recommend Alpine Ductless to anyone in need.

We found Alpine Ductless to be first class in every respect. They were throughly professional, personable and do what they say when they say they will do it. Dusty is especially great to work with.

I wish I would have gone elsewhere. A one day installation took six weeks and still isnt complete. I am so frustrated with them Im finishing the work myself. After giving the salesman detailed instructions they put the outdoor unit in the wrong spot, disconnected two heaters in my main living area instead of using the power supply I showed them, the wifi adapter we purchased was not installed so they came back and never could get it to work. The list goes on, I have no faith in the company and am concerned about warranty repairs if needed. Every time I called they told me how sorry they were and they would take care of it. We got three bids for a ductless system and Alpines beat the other two by around $1,000. The guy who came out to do the bid, Noah, was friendly and knowledgeable. Matt Tobin, our sales person had infinite patience with our questions and deliberate decision making process. We shopped other ductless places and the attention Matt gave us made the decision easy. The installers were great too. They didnt know how the remote wifi control worked on one unit so they learned what the problem was and came back out when it worked for me to correct the issue and teach me how to use it. I cant ask for more... hope to never have to use it, but the warranty sounds bulletproof to boot.

Matt came up with the best design solution for my rather awkward space; all of Alpines people were reliable and easy to deal with -- and now I have a visually inconspicuous, effective heating and cooling solution in time for summer!

UPDATE: The owner called me and apologized for not completing the joband he personally came to my house and finished the work. He took accountability for the job not being completed and the miscommunication. From my perspective thats exemplary customer service! The owner told me that he was upgrading his processes and systems so that this type of mishap shouldnt happen.In summation: Great customer service, excellent work and pricing. Id do business with them again, especially after theyve upgraded their business systems. Wonderful people to do business with.To be fair, were quite a ways out of Alpine Ductless territory, about an hour drive without traffic. So its difficult to get to our home from their office. BUT, we did do business with Alpine Ductless and had them install a whole home air handler with a Mits Heat Pump. Even thought thats not their bread & butter they did an awesome job, and were extremely happy with the system after 3 months. Great to deal with, pleasant and did great work. Very fair prices for a very nice system.Where Im not pleased is the followup to finish the install. We had our gas furnace removed and needed to have the exhaust pipe (water heater exhaust shared same ducting) capped. Its been 3 months and Alpine Ductless hasnt finished the duct work. Its taped with black electrical tape - which wont pass city inspection. Ive contacted them a couple of times to get the job refinished. Promised a couple of dates and nothing. Still waiting. While this is a small detail, its important to finish the job right and get the work inspected. Poor follow through. Ill probably finish the duct work myself just to get city inspection passed.I made the mistake of paying the full amount without the job being fully completed. As Alpine Ductless was so easy and good to work with I didnt think there would be any problems wrapping up the installation.In summary; Great company to work with, fair pricing and great workmanship. Just be sure your job is fully completed before you pay the full amount.

At first things were explained and everything seemed to be going well. Then when it came time to turn in all the paperwork for the energy conservation program it took wks and no answer. We finally called around and found out that our sales rep said that we changed our mind and didnt want the system. Really wow now we have to start all over. Frustrated !

They drug it out till my warranty expired now trying to charge a lot of money to fix it. Company is a joke
