I could not be happier with the service received at Creative Office from Scott, Matt, Barbara, Cassidy and repair staff. In the market for a new office chair, Scott let me take two different chairs home for the weekend to test drive. When neither fit my quirky back they not only gave me a full refund, they fixed my old chair on the house. This level of customer service is hard to find and worth its weight in gold.
