If you cant afford your supplies every now and then, go somewhere else! I came in to pay for a family member and they had sold his debt of a whopping 286 dollars to a collections agency. I paid the agency. They now are refusing service until further notice and my family member has serious medical conditions. He needs the equipment to live.

Went in March to order new pair of diabetic shoes, did not get a call back from the person I spoke to as they had to verify with my doctor about the shoes. I went back in two weeks later and contacted the same person (Wasnt Peggy, think her name was Jennifer) again about obtaining the pair of diabetic shoes. Was told I would be called about them for fitting and such. Never heard back from the person that I had talked to in person.So I took my business to another provider of diabetic shoes on Lilly Road in Olympia, WA.Also changed my provider of CPAP supplies as I dont feel I am valued as a customer after several years.

My dad was getting replacement products, he was told it would take about 5 to ten minutes. We sat there for an hour waiting for two items, meanwhile 10 different people were being helped. Front desk was very snappy and interrupted him every time he spoke. Products are great, customer service not so much.

They will bill you for items well over a year ago. They will not bother to explain those charges. They will not correspond with their customers ar all. So I will no longer be using their services.

Love the very welcoming people who work in the front. They are very knowledgable and everyone is super professional!
