Have used Headsetters repeatedly for repairs and refreshing of our units. today they found my headset is still under warranty...they are sending the unit to the manufacturer for me - for a very minimal cost. i found this to be awesome and honorable. 5 star review deserved!

Very reliable company, with a great staff that cover each other when they are out of the office. They have a very speedy response time, very friendly to work with and often times we ask them to provide or seek after a product we have heard about or are in need of. They often times turn that around within that day…. We have worked with them for years, and they have never let us down in supplying superb customer service!!

I have been a customer with Headsetters for several years. If I need a replacement part, headset or just advise I get what I need quickly. The service is great and while the pricing my not be the rock bottom, it is competitive with reputable stores. The warranty on refurbished items (only had to do this twice, and I buy a lot of headsets) is preferable to me than dealing with the manufacturer on new items because I can just call my Headsetters guy and get it processed in just a minute or two.

Chelly from Headsetters has been responsive and really been a partner with my business. The staff always bends over backwards to keep me and our callcenter on calls.
