I had a leaky tire and no appointment. I just stopped by and the people were very helpful. A simple patch and it was complimentary. Very nice!

They cleaned off the blue corrosion on my battery.They sprayed it off and didnt even remove the bolt from the terminal.They sprayed it and left platter marks all over my engine.I called them and calmly complained about the mess they left on my clean engine and the guy said it happens I said my entire engine is covered in splatter from you guys! He said well I wasnt there so... Then the Jensen employee hung up on me.It took me an hour cleanuling up the blue splatter marks all over my engine.Plus they didnt even get all of the corrosion off the battery.Sloppy job.Never again JensenUPDATE...The manager called me back and apologized and refunded my money.I will give this Jensen location another chance

They were great and honest about not being able to get my car in right away. They were able to get it in checked and back to me long before I had to be at work. They were great about making sure they didnt do any unnecessary repairs. I will continue to use their services thank you so much!

My wife ran over a screw and I had to take her car in to get it patched quickly and they were incredible! I Highly recommend.

I called 20 minutes before they closed to check my tire pressure. Being hesitant that they were about to close I was reassured that they were available to take me and I was not being a pain. Had a very pleasant experience, walked in one morning due to a nail in my tire causing a leak. The gentleman greeted me and after discussing my issue he asked if I could leave it there for a bit, unfortunately that didn’t work for me at that time due to work schedules. He was kind enough to squeeze me in for later that afternoon between picking up kids from different schools! I appreciate them working with me and squeezing me in! Once I got there it took no more than 30 min to patch my tire and they were very courteous ! Highly recommend! Great customer service

We decided to give Jensen Tire & Auto a try since we were starting to feel uncomfortable at our previous mechanic. We were very pleased with their professionalism and feel as though they were very informational while not making us feel pressure if we couldn’t do the recommended services.

Before my husband passed away; he went there for service and tires. When I went with a problem, strange lights on dash or soft tires, they didnt laugh, just took care of it. I have never felt that I was taken advantage of as far as extra stuff added to my bill. Very pleased with the service.

Surprisingly they sent me a link to do a review. Let’s get started. As I arrived for my appointment the service advisor told me my oil change would be higher because they use special euro synthetic oil for my Mercedes. Not my engine holds 2 quarts more oil and my filter isn’t $5.00 it’s $24.00 dollars like I know because I have been in this business for ten years. My low coolant light was on and they did not top off like the add says.( I went and bought coolant and light went off). They did not reset my maintenance light or even put a sticker in the windshield. The gentleman doing the oil change said the scanner would not communicate with my car then reverted his statement and said it did not have the option to reset the light. Weird any snap on scanner I have used had that option. I asked for an estimate on replacing my right front axle seal and the gentleman came back and told me to go to the dealership it would be more cost efficient. Once again weird. In all my days I have never referred one of my customers to another shop. Needless to say I will never bring my car back to this location or any other Jensen tire for anything. I failed to mention I had started my automotive career at this same location and they have gone down hill to brush people off. Very disappointed gentlemen.

I had a flat tire, I drove in on my donut. They got me in quickly and put the donut neatly back into the storage area of my truck. I was there for maybe 40 minutes total, plus the service is very friendly. 10/10 recommend. They have changed my oil before too and I had a good experience then as well. Also very affordable.

Jensen was able to replace a blown tire on immediate notice barely 30 min before closure. They rushed in a tire from warehouse to complete this for us. They were also able to fix a tire with a nail stuck in it. Absolute pros—will be taking my vehicles back here for other work! Highly recommended.

Bought some Continental tires few months ago and I took my car in again for a flat tire due to a nail. Customer service was fast and easy. The warranty covered the flat tire without asking questions.

Passing thru Omaha and my truck started to overheat bad. Store manager said his staff was busy and couldnt work on it. Which is totally fine. Asked him for somewhere else near by that could help me. He said he didnt want to send me to any competitors.

Got a nail in my tire, but wanted to wait until the end of the summer so I could replace all four tires at the same time. They patched up the tire at no cost. Talk about a stupendous way of guaranteeing return customers

Ive bought tires here for over 20 years. This time my alternator failed and they worked my car into their schedule. They almost got the job completed the day it failed. We picked it up the next day and we were thankful that we did not have to wait 2 weeks to work it into the dealerships schedule. They communicate.

I have to recommend this place, as I had a great experience with a problem that arose. I was notified by the tech that was doing my oil change that he had accidentally broken my plastic air filter housing when opening it to check the air filter. He was a young guy and he was nervous about telling me, but he said that Jensen would buy a new part and install it asap. They got the part from a local dealer, and had fixed it the next day. I really appreciated the fact that the young man was upfront about the issue, and that Jensen took care of it without a problem, right on the spot. A lot of shops would have just taped it up, or put it back broken, and not said anything. It showed me that they are stand-up people at this place. Its not how a business deals with you when everything is great, its how they deal with you when there is a problem that really counts. I wish I caught the young mans name to give him a shout out, but I didnt get a chance to. I really like the folks that work at this location, and especially Vanessa the manager has always been great as well.

I went to Jensen Tires as a walk-in to fix a lug nut stud that was damaged by a competitor. The representative, Vanessa, informed me that the hub also needed to be replaced. She spoke on my behalf to the competitors manager, and convinced them to reimburse the total cost. She showed a level professionalism that far exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their willingness to fit me in their schedule and their prompt service.. I will now be going to Jensen Tires on 120th for future car repairs / maintenance.

I woke up with a very low/ nearly flat tire. Made my way to Jensen and was back out the door in less than an hour. Staff were friendly and I felt the price was competitive. Wednesday is the best day for service according to the staff.

Went for breaks Inspection. Pretty fast service. No appointment required.

Stopped at Jensen because I noticed my Honda Accord was leaking transmission fluid and wanted to get it checked. They put it up on the rack and in about 10 minutes a guy came out with a page of items that needed fixing.Said I needed a new radiator, hoses, transmission lines etc.....The total amount came to $1,253.I left and took my car to anothercar repair. Once again on the rack and in about 10 minutes, the service guy came out and said...all fixed!...All that was wrong was a loose seal on the transmission and 3 turns with a wrench fixed it!! He didnt even charge me.No, I will not be going to Jensen again!

Took in for alignment and was told my right ball joint was bad and really loose. Repairs were to cost around 1100 for both. Picked my truck up and took it to a different certified repair shop and asked them to check my ball joints and align my truck. They said the suspension was great and did the alignment.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, explained the process carefully, answered questions and were mindful of my budget. They got the work done quickly.

I had a slow leak in two tires. They fit me in quickly and got them repaired fast.

The customer service was personable and efficient. I chose Jensen because of the summer package deal that included an oil change, alignment, and rotation. Instead of ensuring they could complete my full request, they began working on my car. After more than an hour they informed me I needed an additional part before they could complete the alignment and asked if I wanted to proceed. I chose not to and said Id just get my keys. Needless to say, theyd already completed my oil change and I was required to pay for that. My issue lies in not following procedures to ensure they can fulfill a customers request BEFORE doing any work on their car. Im a single mother and could have paid half what I paid for an oil change. That was frustrating and what I felt to be an unprofessional use of procedures. But...again, the customer service was good.

Vanessa was helpful and took care of my service needs. Battery was dying. She tested it to confirm.

This Jensen tire was so accommodating. I got new tires there in 2019 and have 3 year road hazard warranty & needed to get one of them replaced since it was bulging. I called at 3:30pm and they were able to fit me in that same day! Everyone there was so nice and helpful!

Jensen Tire was prompt with their quote, saved me over $600 compare to the quote from the Infiniti dealership and had the parts necessary within 3 days, compare to 2 weeks from the dealership. They were very clear,professional, kind and efficient. I will definately be back in the future!

Stopped here because I lost a cylinder on a road trip. After paying 125 for a diagnostic reading thats free at most auto parts stores (they completely missed the fact that my air cleaner wasnt on properly, I found this while fixing my own car in a parking lot. So I would go as far to say they only plugged my car in) the diagnosis they gave me was that I needed a coil pack, and all 6 spark plugs to be back on the road. For this job they wanted a grand toatal (with diagnosis) of $863. I laughed and bought a coil pack at the local auto zone for $70, and had my car back up and on the road (about a 15 minute fix). If you run into trouble and need some sort of emergency service, I would highly recommend finding a different shop.

Charged me $50 for a driving diagnosis WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE and came back with outrageous quote (over $3000) for a list of problems (5 year old car), including new tires which are 18 months old. Store “manager” needs customer service training! You will be ripped off if you service your vehicle there.

Completely unprofessional Manager and place of business. I have a screw in my tire after leaving my car in their possession. Did not have it when I showed up. The salesperson told me one story... the manager calls me back yelling at me with a different story. Please price check everything you do at this place. I am waiting on the owner to call me back about how I was just treated. Good luck if you come here. Roll of the dice.

I called in the morning stating I needed a new tire. They apologizes that they couldn’t have it until 12 noon. Every other place states it would be 1-2 days. They were friendly and professional. The place is immaculate! I would go back there is a heart beat!

I was driving on a pretty poor donut (had a flat) and arrived approximately an hour before close. Manager not only got me in for a pair of tires (needed) but informed me was the last day of Black Friday sale (think it was the Tuesday or Wednesday after). The deal was good and I figured I planned on the other 2 within next 12-17 months anyway, so got 4. Twenty til close, they asked if I wanted an alignment check, they checked it and it really needed it. So saved my new tires extra wear too! The manager even gave me some ideas on replacing the slightly bent donut, but informed me that any regular tire wouldn’t fit in my trunk’s well. She also explained the costliness of replacing an actual donut, so just encouraged me to not ride long on it if I needed to use it again. She was very well informed and also had a fun personality. A gentleman with a black beard (maybe an assistant or head garage tech) was also great. Really appreciate the service!

Went in for an oil change. The service was cheaper than expected, but took about 2.5 hours. Called before taking my car in to make sure there were openings and the conversation with the associate led me to believe the wait wouldnt be that long. Other than that, very happy with the service. The associate didnt push to make other repairs, just politely informed me what else was needing attention
