Sad Nobbies is going to be closing after the holiday. They had some great deals on costumes I got 2 both 50% off and accessories were dirt cheap!

Kind of hard to make an accurate review due to the fact that the store is closing and having a close out. Another store takes a hit due to this covid and people just not wanting to deal with the distributer, employee shortages and the mask mandages etc..... So sad that this is happening to so many business that were a great convenience over the years for specialty items.

Sad to see their doors closing for good. As always, the staff are excellent. Despite the chaos of a closing store with people acting crazy and making messes of product, the staff are kind and helpful. Thank you especially to a young lady named Brittany who was obviously there with her own kids shopping. But as she was wearing the company shirt, she did not hesitate to help customers find what they were looking for.

Sad to see such a fun store going out if business. Henry in the balcony department was very helpful.

I have very fond memories of Nobbies as it was my first job in the early 2000s. This is really sad for me to hear about them closing. I remember working there around this time of year and always had so much fun. They would let you wear any costume you wanted for your shift from the store. Thank you Nobbies for all the great memories as an employee and a customer.

Wonderful costume selection. Tons of balloons left. Long lines to checkout. Most things on 10/1 were marked down 10 to 20 percent.

Had everything we needed, cashier was incredibly patient when I couldnt find the little treat bags and got to the register after close on Sunday.

Store may be closing. The advertisement said open through the holidays. Most of the things are broken or dont work. Very disappointed that hardly anything is stocked or in stock. Not worth the time to look.

For a place advertising sales due to business closure their prices were super unreasonable and high. Wish I would have bought off Amazon instead.

You need party stuff they have it. From birthdays to themed parties to whatever. They also have tons of Halloween outfit accessories and customwear.

There was a good selection of seasonal items at reasonable prices.

Sadly they are closing. But if you can get here before they close you might find just what you want.

This was my first time shopping here. We came in looking for Halloween costumes. The employees we dealt were very helpful and friendly. The selection of costumes and accessories was large but I felt the prices were a bit high. This is a large store and I found that shopping here was a bit overwhelming for my family.

They ran out helium. I need one ballon. Their solution, make the customer purchase a new helium tank until they refill their stock. Instead of them just opening up a small tank at their cost, they rather make the customer pay for a small tank when they only need 1 balloon filled. Logic much?

Great place! Always has a good selection of costumes and party supplies. Down side to COVID is that they dont let you try on costumes and you can only return in original packing so if it dont fit you are stuck with your purchase. That being said some of the workers are good at guessing sizes and knows what will and wont work.

Definitely a nice party spot, every color you can think of. Clearance section in the far back right of the store is beautifully overstocked. There is definitely variety. Halloween stuff is out now, in July. Unfortunately the things I was looking for werent in stock, its probably a pandemic issue.

The girl who helped me was great. She was super helpful and quick. She offered suggestions and advice when picking stuff put and was friendly. I didnt call ajead fpr a balloon bouquet and was there for a total of maybe 15-20 minutes. Schedule a pick up if you would like to minimize your wait time.

This is a super fun store! I remembered loving this place as a kid (30 years ago roughly) and the place is exactly as I remembered it. Lots of costumes, games, novelties, and best of all is the candy. They have unique candies I have not seem anywhere else and giant novelty size versions of my favorite candies.

A great place to shop for ideas....they have really clever things to make an event really special. Lots of party supply selection, costumes, and other novelties.

I love this store, The owners are nice and the employees dont get mad when you try to film a youtube video there. The prices are kind of expensive and low stock on items but overall amazing store!

Sure they have tons of costumes and party supplies in stock year round. Maybe more important than that though is the ability to to walk out of here with something that will make you laugh, and only while spending just a few bucks!

Halloween is my daughters favorite time of year and I can always find the costume and correct size here. We have a great time shopping everytime we visit!

This is a store that I’ve used for a majority of my party supplies and costumes- they’ve always carried a lot of variety.However I’ve noticed the store itself is becoming a little bit run down. It doesn’t seem like a lot of attention has been spent on the upkeep.Another thing is the prices have risen, maybe due to the times, but certain products like bulk Seasonal flowers are $9.99 for a bunch. Seems a tad too high.

Went recently for Halloween decor... But they offer all holiday and party/celebration goods from baby showers to birthdays to graduation parties to bridal/wedding goods. Balloons. Candy. Decor. Party supplies as well as seasonal supplies. Staff are friendly and helpful!

When I walked in someone quickly recognized my presence. I walked a round for a couple minutes and soon was ready to ask for help. I looked up at a person coming my way and when she looked at me she smiled and asked if I needed help. When I told her the 2 things I was looking for the took me to both. She was very friendly and helpful. When I went to check out, the cashier was also very friendly and helpful. She was very considerate asking if I wanted my things in a bag, and later if I wanted the receipt with me or in the bag. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling. I would recommend to anyone!

Great store for party supplies. I almost never leave here without what i was looking for. Did just shop for a baby shower and found what I needed but I was disappointed with the selection. To be fair though, I was disappointed with the selection at all stores in Omaha. I feel like baby boy shower decorations just need help, in general. They have all the local high school colors and school balloons though if your planning a graduation party!

Not as good as it use to be

I found exactly what I was looking for which was a miracle. Nobbies saves my costume every year!

I needed to return items unworn/unopened the day after buying them. With receipt. I was told no, not even store credit. Now I’m stuck with $40+ worth of stuff that I can’t use. So Nobbies basically left me with $40+ worth of trash.

I could probably browse here for hours. The costume choices, silly little party favors, and eccentric wall decorations really fire up my imagination. I remember coming here years ago after I graduated high school- although I had promised my parents to be very practical with my graduation money, there was a portion of the budget that I specifically wanted to spend at Nobbies to bring some more fun into my life. Years later, I still get the same feeling when I walk in these doors and through these aisles. Stop by if you want to invite some more fun into your life! :)

Nobbies has never let me down in the costume arena. I attend two to three costume parties every year and at times my costume ideas can be a little complex but I always find what I need at Nobbies. That combined that with the fact that the team at Nobbies is always friendly and helpful makes this my favorite place to shop for costumes.

Nobbies carries many party supplies at reasonable prices. The store feels a bit out of date these days. They have a great selection for most party needs. They service most of my glowstick needs too.

It’s a fun place for various party supplies, costumes, bridal shower items and even some of the supplies for weddings. They even have seasonal and holiday items throughout the year. It’s a fun place to go and browse.

Kendra and her staff could not have been more helpful in asssiting me with my sons wedding. We were hosting a western barbeque for 200 for the rehearsal dinner and she went out of her way to locate additional plates, hats, utensils and other items to complete our order. I really appreciate her extra effort! Thank-you to all that made this possible! Mollie

The store has so many options that you are sure to find what you want- but after looking around- we found that Nobbies is way more expensive than other party stores.

A great place for almost any costume and accessories. Pretty big selection and range in different areas of costume creations. Also a huge selection of party supplies to outfit any gathering with the decor, favors and such thats sure to give it a typical or original setting.

Nobbies had EVERYTHING I needed for my semi-Short notice wedding. Decorations in the perfect colors. I remember going there 20+ years ago with my parents (who were teachers) when they were getting classroom prizes. Nobbies has been a part of my family for decades. Now my kids enjoy Halloween and Birthday shopping there =)

Halloween costume buying made easy

We used to Hobbies to prepare baby reveal balloons. They did an excellent job and had great service. The store itself could use some updating, but regardless we were still very satisfied with our experience.
