I went in with my boyfriend to shop around & Mo was great! He was very helpful and patient as we took our time checking out the products. Customer service was great & the store is really nice, as are the products. We will definitely be back!

LADIES: I had the BEST experience in their store today. As a woman, I was a little apprehensive walking in because...well, because Im not a dude. Im happy to say my apprehension was completely unnecessary. The customer service was fabulous!!! We talked about shaving...techniques...tools/equipment....products (what they are, why you should or shouldnt use them, options, and also the hows of their use). If Id had more time, I would have picked his brain for more tips and tricks. I went in with quite a bit of knowledge already (online research and a husband that has used a double edge safety razor for years)....but I have no doubt the service level would have been just as great had I been a complete newbie.

Outrageously overpriced, and they dont make up for it with quality products. They will sell you $200+ worth of gear, but if you just look online you can find the quality shaving essentials for under $40.Its a scam. Do your research before you ever walk into one of these stores.
