I showed up early 0900 for my delivery There’s no Pacific instructions on how to check in the driver door entrance is lock. It is now 1248 and I can’t even get a hold of anybody and I’m still sitting at the dock and they haven’t even touch the freight yet. Not sure if they do it by appointment only but it would be nice to know
