They sales people speak poorly of their competition, which is a poor business tactic. The mechanics seemed dedicated to their work though.
Took my car in for a simple alignment, turns out there was a much bigger issue. Justin was super helpful in making sure I knew exactly what the problem was with my car. He was very kind and patient with helping me get back on the road!
Went in for an alignment like one does. Prior to service noticed a huge scratch in the bedside of my truck that was not there. Tried reasoning with workers there, even the manager. They never owned up to what they did and said I was attacking their workers. (Keep in mind I am only 18) “ I don’t see how this could have happened in our shop” they said. “ We have never scratched a single car “ they said. Scratched my pretty clean truck and did nothing about it, very upset.Felt taken advantage of because of my age.
Great work for reasonable prices. Usually a sale going on. It’s nice that the same company owns tires plus so you have a lot of option if you need a tire patched in one day! Great people, very friendly.
This Firestone store is without a doubt one of the best in Omaha. They work very hard to work around your schedule to get your Auto needs taken care of.

I got my breaks done here and they came back super squeaky so I took my car back and they replaced the breaks but it once again came back squeaky. I have taken my car back after they replaced the brakes and they still told me nothing was wrong with it. They also broke something when replacing a belt that was later found and never told me or fixed it.
I have been using Firestone for a couple years and the staff have always been great to work with. Travis, Lisa, and Mark have always been honest, timely and Professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Careful taking your vehicle to this Firestone location. I can’t speak for other locations but I can say this, if you take your vehicle here speak very slowly and clearly as to not confuse the idiots working there especially Travis the “manager”. This guy can’t order correct parts and wants to argue and talk trash about repairs that I can and cannot afford. He has made me and my family take our vehicles elsewhere and the employee I spoke with today said she is looking for a new job because of him.

I dont usually do reviews but I took my truck in for a alignment. Lisa at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I showed up 30 minutes early and they got it in right away. I walked to home depot and they called me while I was there and told me my alignment was good and didnt charge me anything! That kind of honesty is hard to find these days! Highly recommended!
We were in bad shape 4 1/2 hours away from home and the water pump went out. After hours of praying Firestone was God’s helping hand. They did a great job and they were fast. We made it home with no more problems. We were very impressed with the level of service. We felt they truly wanted to help us get home safely.

Zero StarsSet 2 appointments for my 2 vehicles, first at 9am second a 930am. When I dropped off the first vehicle I was told it would be done possibly as late a 4pm. When I asked why do I have a 9am appointment for an oil change that will take 7 hours to complete, I was told making a reservation on their website doesnt actually work that way because its Saturday, and I have 40 cars ahead of you.I was then told if you drop a vehicle off they give 2 flying farts about getting it completed in a timely fashion based upon your reservation, AND if you stay in the store theyll TRY to get it done within an hour.1. I had a 9am appointment, shouldnt matter if I am going to sit in your covid infected store2. What basic oil change takes over an hour?3. Why do time slots on the reservation system of your website show some times are full, if the reservation has nothing to do with when youll actual work on a vehicle?Terrible service, terrible service, terrible service

Holy smokes! What great service! First, in November my arm bushings went bad. Got a tow there. The person who helped me was amazing! Now today had to get a battery put in and they did it in 15 minutes and found coupons for me to use as well! Will continue to have my cars serviced by this location!

When they misquoted me the correct tire size they price matched the more expensive tire without me even asking. Very impressed and extremely happy with Firestone!

Was having a real bad day today I mean really bad. As in I ran over a couch section in the middle of the highway. It went under my car and damaged the back passenger side tire. Firestone was about to close in 30 minutes when I arrived but they took me on anyways.They could have said no and make a appointment, but they instead looked at the tire, told me I needed a brand new tire, and didnt fleece me in the process. I tend to get lucky when I need it most, and I was very lucky to find these guys at the witching hour.

I have a hard time with car places and havent really had many problems in Omaha. I can count on one hand the problems that Ive had in Omaha with car mechanics. However I can factually state through first-hand experience and Firestone stands behind their work. To almost an absurd degree, far beyond what would be politely asked and never expected. Theres a place I kind of do regular stuff with for something and Im going to give Firestone my next service on that.

I always have a great experience with this store AND EVERY STORE I go to. Ive been to a Miami FL., Biloxi MS, and my favorite 144th. Excellent customer service and great prices. I like the fact they will let me know honestly what needs to be done and what dosent, they are not trying to make a buck.
Firestone provided a pleasant experience and changed my oil for a very reasonable price. They offered a discount without my prompting and all of the staff members were professional throughout my interaction. The only major downside was that I had to wait for days before they had availability to work on my vehicle due to their backlog of work.
The receptionist Lisa was very short patient with me, and didn’t seem to want my service, I asked if they sale headlight headlight bulbS and was told to go to a dealership. And ultimately was hung up on when I asked if they sell any bulbs at all. Over all I felt more of a burden then a valued potential customer.

I had such a pleasant experience at this location. I was greeted promptly and was assisted by a nice gentleman by the name of Tinashe. I know nothing about cars but he made his personal mission to make sure that I understood everything that was wrong with my car using terms that I understood. I was back on the road that very afternoon. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to this Firestone location.

Awesome service! Bought new tires 2 days ago. Picked up a nail and was on my way out of town. They got me right in without and appointment and on the road with a new tire in less than a half hour! Of course I had the road hazard but it was exceptionally great service. Thats why I service all my vehicles at this location and always will.

Had a great experience with Firestone. Took my vehicle to Jensen Auto and they told me the bearings on my car were bad on both front tires and gave me a quote. I called several places and firestone was the cheapest by $500! Well come to find out only one of my tires was bad. I very much appreciated that firestone was honest with me and saved me a lot more money by not repairing something that didn’t need to be fixed!
We take both of our cars here for service on a regular basis and they always do a great job and are very honest. I had to take in one of our vehicles today, as the battery was dead and they replaced it at no cost, since we purchased one there less than two years ago. I didnt even get a chance to pull into our driveway when I received a call that the car was finished. Awesome job, guys!
Went in knowing my tires may need replacing. The entire staff was accomodating, even near closing time. Sold me a set of 4 tires at a discount. Were polite and took care of all I asked them to look at.I am satisfied and will definitely return for further auto care needs. If you need tires, come here.
Had a pothole take out a tire on my car. I called Firestone and they not only fit me in the same day, but also had everything ready and waiting for my arrival, including getting a matching tire firm another store. In and out in about 25 mins. It was a great experience!
I went in for a front end alignment. After an hour, they told me I needed a whole laundry list of work done (of course also recommended new back tires which easily have 1-2 years left on them)...and the kicker is that they still had not worked on my alignment!The SAME thing happened to my wife at another Firestone, she went for 4 tires, came home 10 hours later with $1200 in work done. Firestone is NOTORIOUS imo for up selling.Oh...the guy helping me after we were done (I didnt get the work done) mentioned that V8s use a lot of oil....my car wasnt a V8.
I had my rear brake rotors replaced and they installed cheap rotors that rusted very quickly and are now solid orange. Previously, there were multiple other separate issues I was able to look past (tracked oil on floor mat, didnt tighten drain plug completely).
Everyone at Firestone was friendly and attentive. Listened to my wants and needs. Stayed within my budget and had my vehicle repaired in a short amount of time.Thank you Firestone!

These guys are awesome! A few days ago I had them to transfer the TPMS sensors from a set of tires to a new set of my tires. Today I noticed one of my tires was leaking air. Took the car back to them, they took care of it right away. Dick is the manager, a very solid and disciplined person. Thanks guys!
Do not recommend taking your vehicle here. The manager and most of the techs have no clue what they are doing and will usually guess the problem with your vehicle or recommend things that do not need done on your vehicle. Your better off either going to the dealership or finding a place that is actually honest.
I was 200 miles from home with a flat tire. The team at Firestone was fabulous about accommodating my emergency and treating me respectfully I will definitely refer my friends, family, and anyone requesting service to this location. .

Exceptional service!! The team took care of problems caused by another Firestone. I first went to Firestone on West Center about an issue I was having with tires they installed. That completely dismissed me and told me to go to Walmart. I then drove to this location, the team got me back on the road with no issues.
The mechanics identified the issue with my air-conditioning and repaired the broken valve the next day. 1 day turnover and I got to have my air conditioning back? I definitely cannot complain now that I do not have to wipe the sweat off my brow. I just have my car do it for me!
This location is great! Every employee Ive dealt with here has been super helpful! Sure, there was some confusion on various visits as I dont know a whole lot about cars, but they took the time to explain everything in great detail and work out various discounts with me. Once they told me that they couldnt get into my car but it turned out they had switched my Mazda key with someone elses... I would gladly repeat that encounter hundreds of times than ever even begin to possibly think about going back to the unorganized mess of a crap show called Jensen tire on 120th and dodge. Firestone properly diagnosed my car and fixed it on the first try with outstanding results and fair prices.I definitely recommend going here!! I will be returning here whenever my car needs work, even though I moved across town.I can think of many reasons to go here. The one reason I will give is this: you want TRUSTWORTHY technicians to tune up or fix your car.

These people are very helpful, and get your car fixed right. I thought I knew the problem with my car, so I asked them to fix it, but it was a different problem, and they called me and asked if I wanted that fixed instead. And there was no extra cost for fixing a different thing than what I asked for. Im just saying. They do it right.
Wife goes here and is happy. Mom goes here and is happy. Thats two big wins because i dont have to listen to screaming because thats what they do when unhappy. Easy to get an appt, fair prices, proof shown when they say something needs replaced and they always provide me with options for good better best. Keep wife and mom happy at the same time? Unheard of.

My husband recently woke up to a flat tire. When trying to change it, a lug also broke off...not a great start to ones day! He took it to Firestone to get the tire patched and the lug nut replaced. They were able to patch the tire, but the lug nut was so stuck, it was going to be to timely to fix. When my husband started driving away, he noticed braking to be a bit off. He turned around and the mechanics were able to fix it, AND it wiggled the tire drum loose enough to come off. For my husbands trouble of having to come back, Firestone repaired the lug nut for free. That was something they absolutely didnt have to do, and my husband was so impressed, he insisted on having me write a review for them :) This is an honest place, and we will go here again if we have car trouble.
Great customer service! I showed up about 15 minutes before closing with a flat tire and the guys stuck around to make sure that it got resolved the same evening.
I took my car in for an oil change and they fixed, for free, a problem with the tubes that dispense washer fluid. This was a huge pain and a safety issue, so Im extremely grateful they took the time for this fix.

Only reason i gave it poor-fair is because there is no poor - worst. First of all they are expensive then dealers. Secondly they dont know what they are doing.First time i took my car to find an oil leak. They keep replacing parts that did not had any issues in the first place. And even after getting a bill of 1200 $ the issue was there. I took it to the dealer and in 200 $ they fixed the issue.Few days back i went back to them to change the breaks. It was a simple job to change the breaks, they replaced some other items in the car claiming those were bad, and after getting the car out of their workshop i started hearing knoking noises which were never there and all my check engine and other lights came on.I am filling a complain against them because there are many other people who share the same experience.

I took my truck to 144th & maple Firestone for an alignment..First had a appointment at 11.00 the manager comes out at 12: 10. Everything had just been done besides the alignment. So a hour in 10min later the manager comes out tells me that inner & outer wheel bearings needed to be replaced before they could do it.( said he has them already in the shop & could do it now..(lie they get it delivered & dont want you to leave). . .He told me it would cost $430.00 & that wasnt cost of doing the alignment.He tried to talk me into a life time alignment. Just so you know why they offer you that is to get you in the door to find things to do.$$ Drive it tell you need it my advice because you know they are telling the truth most of the time.. Whats funny had the wheel bearings done about six months ago..I told him to alignment anyways..He did it because you can still do it with out. So after he said it would $94.something..I laughed...So I asked about all of Firestone website how you push in make & year of car,said it my truck would be $79.00..So he gave it to me for that after..He said they got it to the best he could because he even tried!! Just so you know 99% of the time manager & Alignment guys are not Certified tecs...You pay for it ask.. Talked to the reg anal manger told me to take it to a different shop to look at..Do you believe it they got it done perfect on the print out !! NEVER AGAIN..

Went in for an oil change, and needed a new headlight bulb. They charged $40 labor to put in the light bulb, and $28 for the air filter, then $52 for the oil change. They would not accept the light bulb we had with us, but they only charged $14 for that. The bill went from $52 to about $130. Price gouging must be the norm here.
There is NOT a more professional auto care in Omaha! But what sets them even farther above the rest is that really care about you..the customer!
Stay far away from here unless you enjoy being overcharged on service and having unneeded services done to your vehicle. The parts they triple charge you for are not any better than what you can get at your own local parts store. After complaining about price of a repair and I was going else where the bill dropped to a 1/3 of the original quote. They are all out for the profit and nothing else. even a quick oil change turns into hundreds of dollors in up sells. Im not doggin on all Firestones just the 144th and Maple.
OVERLY PRICED & TERRIBLE SERVICE: My family has been using Firestone for sometime. We finally turned away after several factors. First, every time they gave an oil change they always left oil stains in my car. Second, an estimate that they gave to take a screw out of an engine cost $1,000! When we got a second estimate from the Toyota dealership their estimate was $500. Third, when they replaced my brakes they ruined the master cylinder. Fourth, they fixed a air sensor in my Mothers car and then it came back on. Fifth, they charged my grandfather $250 just to replace the brake line and flush the system. WE ARE DONE WITH THEIR INSUFFICIENT SERVICE.
