I went to the Baxter Papillion location off 370 and worked with Cedric and I have to say he was amazing!!! I ordered the brand new 2021 unlimited Jeep Wrangler tuscadero(pink) and he was on top of everything! He notified me where my jeep was in the process!! I’ve had issues with Baxter in the past this is my fourth vehicle I have Bought from them and I will definitely be going back to him from this point on if anyone ever goes to Baxter and needs an amazing sales man call him I’ve include his business card with his cell phone please no one hesitate to get a hold of him!! I have 2020 Jeep Renegade and had her oil changed and tires rotated today. This is the first time I have worked with any Baxter Maintenance department. The staff was great! Baxter was very accommodating on getting my truck repaired but the phone system sucks. They have too many call tracking #’s that do not go anywhere. When I finally got thru I was put on hold and the service dept was unavailable. They are very busy but do a very nice job.

Brandi has been the best person I’ve went to for a vehicle. She has helped find me the vehicle I wanted for a very long time and has been extremely helpful on everything. Every question I had was answer for the most part within a few minutes. There was only a couple questions she actually had to take a little longer on. Very personable and I highly recommend her. This dealership is first class all the way. I’m not local but the service department treated with the upmost kindness. I appreciated their professionalism which is obvious from the moment you pull into the lot. Green grass, nice signage, special shop doors that open quickly.The best part is the customer lounge. Clean and well stocked with water/coffee. The free WiFi Has the fastest upload speed I have ever seen on a guest network. Travis the service manager is running this department really well.I would highly recommended coming here to buy or get service!

I went to 6 different dealers looking for a truck and needed help into my price range. I met with Steve Gamez and he was great to work with. Couldnt get me into a truck at first and then called back when the exact truck I was looking for came in. Steve and Ross (sales manager) hooked me up and took care of me. The service provided was great and I got the truck and payment I needed! Love the Ram and thank you for all the help!

Ended up leaving before getting checked in. Called in and scheduled normal service appointment and asked for fobs to be checked. Stated specifically that I would be waiting and NOT dropping vehicle off. However, when I get there, the advisor told me I was scheduled as a drop-off and it would take much longer than initially told to me: from 1 hr to at least 3 hrs. I drive 20 to 25 minutes from my home to this location in an attempt to be a loyal customer, as I purchased the vehicle here. However, I will be seeking service elsewhere at this point. This is on top of waiting for several minutes in drive through lane for an advisor to actually acknowledge that I was there. A service tech finally noticed me and notified one of the advisors. They definitely need to step up the customer service in my opinion.

Had issues with a eco diesel on a trip from Wyoming to Wisconsin. Michael Hunt and the service department went out of there way to get us fixed and back on the road. Several other dealerships in the area said they were too busy and it would take several days. Hands down one of the best service dealerships I have ran across!!!!! If you need anything I highly recommend Michael and this dealership!!!

I bought a 21 Gladiator for my wife for our anniversary, and the guys over at Baxter took great care of me to earn my business. Customer service was on point, they took great care to explain financing, extended warranty options, and helped me schedule install for accessories that I purchased. They were very fair on the price they paid for my trade. Cedric, and John are great salespeople, and their manager Kyle was great to work with as well. I had been a longtime customer with their largest competitor in the area, but I can say confidently that Baxter has earned all my car business moving forward.

Sales process was great. Initially spoke with Laci about a car we were interested in via email then she set me up with Brandi on the day of my visit to the dealership to test drive it. Ended up not liking it but wanted to see other options. Gave her budget, option preferences and things that were a must. Ended up finding a Grand Cherokee we wanted to purchase but once it went through service it was found that it was not something they felt comfortable selling. They had already run my credit for financing at this point. Brandi worked quickly to find another one that was a little out of our preferred budget originally but she made the deal work for us. Very pleased with the experience overall.

This was my first Dodge lease and it was an awesome experience. Ive bought and leased a lot of cars over the years but this was the easiest one Ive had. Cedric Anderson is the best sales person weve ever dealt with. Hes knowledgeable, honest, straight forward and easy going. Dealership as a whole is average to slightly above, but Cedric is awesome and takes customer service/satisfaction very seriously.

Purchased a vehicle on 3/17 and decided to cancel the extended warranty on 4/9 which is eligible for a full refund. I wanted to get a status update so I emailed the finance department on 6/16 with no response. Called twice on 6/24 requesting a status update and was told I would be called back by the finance department but received no call back. Called again on 6/28 and was told they would look into it further. Received an email from finance on 6/29 stating it would be processed and should see it within a week. The actual refund didnt occur until 7/30 and it was not for the full stated amount. Now I get to try and figure out why it wasnt the full amount.Also very dissatisfied with finance trying to sneak in an extended warranty. During conversations, they stated they could give a better interest rate which would lower the monthly payment. When they gave the lower monthly payment amount, they snuck in the extended warranty at that time. This was not disclosed until we asked why the payment didnt drop more.All in all, several hundred dollars wasted. Paying extra interest on a larger loan payment that should have been reduced months ago from the refund. It was clear we could have paid for the warranty separately but instead it was included on the purchase price so taxes had to be paid on it as well.The shopping experience was fine, but the lack of communication and working with finance has been been very unpleasant to say the least.Update 8/9/2021: 3 more phone calls and the refund and explanation was resolved. Adding back a star, but there was a clear lack of communication.

I’ve gotten several vehicles from them, and keep coming back because of the professionalism and ethics of the workers there. I’ve matched their deals with other dealership, and they really go out of their way to give you the best price that they can. The last few times going there, I dealt with the sales rep. Anthony Sadler. He’s honest, and always go above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs and wants. On this last transaction, this was a no haggle and no pressure on his behalf. He even came out and delivered my new vehicle to me, and took my trade in. I am more than satisfied with the service he provided and will go through him again, if possible, when making future purchases

Gentleman who helped us was great. He was prompt, detailed, and knew exactly what they had in stock. We wanted to try a variety of jeep wrangler unlimiteds and the motor variations. He understood our needs and we got to test drive each type and figured out exactly what we wanted. If they had the Jeep model with combination of accessories we wanted theres no question we would have bought from them but they were limited in variations so unfortunately we just got the great customer service. Understandable with the market theres nothing they can do. We were very satisfied w our visit though!

This has got to be thee WORST dealership in the omaha and surrounding area. My fiancé purchased his truck from them, he paid for the extended warranty. He kept hearing a clicking noise and took it in four dang times. They kept pushing him away saying the couldn’t find anything. Last time he took it in they seen metal shavings & said they drained the fluid & put new fluid in. After that it was a few months later and he couldn’t drive his vehicle. He had to get a trailer and drop it off to them. Which was after his warranty was up. He had told them they should see in their system all the times he brought his truck in for the exact same issue and nothing was ever done about it. Now of course they are saying they won’t fix it even though he took his truck in 4 times before his warranty was up and they did absolutely nothing.Now they are saying the last time he took his truck in was a year ago which is a complete lie! The last time he took it into the dealership was prob 3-4 months before this final time.When he purchased his truck it was a nightmare and nothing has changed. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! If anyone gives this dealership a good review I’m sure it’s fake. I have spoke to so many people who have also had nothing but trouble with this dealership.

The service department at the new dealership. I had a Jeep in for warranty maintenance. The service techs fixed my vehicles issues and even found a few issues I didnt know about. The Service Manager and Service Advisor that were involved took very good care of me and made sure I was happy with my repairs before I left the dealership.I cannot say enough good things about the men and women that work at this Baxter dealership.

I traveled 3 hours to buy a car and Stan Washington and Jon York made it more than worth it. This was the first large purchase I’ve made on my own and they made sure I knew everything that was going on and took the time to explain to me what I didn’t know. They made it possible for me to get the car I wanted in a timely and affordable fashion. I’ll definitely be back!

Call the service department to schedule an appointment for my 300 check engine light spoke with Michael H. I explained I was going out of town the following day so this was last second and he got my car in right away and it was a thermostat but they also found a second problem which was my water pump and got all this approved through my warranty coverage. Overall I got it in around 9am and they had it fixed by 4pm. I can’t thank Michael enough for getting it looked at right away and fixed that same day. That’s really exceptional service that is hard to find at a dealership.

I went to Baxter CDJR- Papillion last weekend and had the best experience ever in my life buying a car. Omar came out to greet me and I told him what I wanted, which was a white 2018 Jeep Cherokee. He was able to let me see it, but it needed a new battery! So he was able to get that changed and I was able to test drive the same car just a different color! Once we got all the financing done I drove away in my new car!Omar was super nice and helpful, he didnt push me, which is something that I get worried about going into a dealership. He was super respectful and helpful in getting the price to where I needed it to be! I will definitely be going back to Omar the next time I need a car and will be referring everyone I know to him! Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. Needed a tire replaced and they had it in stock. Oil change without incident. Also replaced the wiper blades and did an alignment. No stupid upselling. Politely notified me my rear brakes were at 50%. Strangely enough, when I got in vehicle to leave the dummy light was flashing. Rep checked tire pressure on all 4 tires and advised me to drive on it faster than 20 mph for 20 mins. Light went off before I even made it to the closest gas station. Good value too, tire was $300 cheaper than another tire dealer (Walker Tire)

I cannot say enough good things about Baxter. Nine years ago, I purchased a Jeep from there. I have had every service performed at Baxter on my Jeep and have yet to have anything but a great experience. From the service advisors, to the sales staff, to the shuttle drivers, they are all phenomenal. I am in the process of buying another Jeep from them and specifically bought it from Baxter knowing the customer service I would be purchasing on the service end. I would give them zero stars if I could. While the staff is very friendly and sound helpful, nothing in my 2017 Pacifica has been fixed after numerous trips out there. Shift knob doesn’t work. Car has actually died in an intersection. It’s been towed out there 4 times. Multiple electrical resets haven’t fixed the problem. Before I get in a serious accident I’m going to another mechanic.

The title for my vehicle is still sitting at the dealership on June 21st because they failed to do their job. I have been unable to license my vehicle solely because they lack the capacity to complete a simple task. Its ridiculous. I would recommend never dealing with them. If something so simple cannot be carried out I cant imagine the other problems there might be. Do not waste your time here!!

UDATE BELOW: We are having a horrible experience with this dealership. As we drove off the lot in our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L we had a transmission issue where it wouldn’t shift out of first gear and we could only go 13 mph. We also had service engine lights turn on so we had to turn around and go back to the dealership. After they said they fixed the issue we had the same problem two more times in three weeks with other various service lights flashing. The second time we took it back they wouldn’t even give us use of a loaner and the problem still wasn’t fixed. The third time we were able to use a loaner and have had it for over a month. Eric Gurbacki, the sales manager, said he spoke with his GM and assured us that they would take care of us and that we would not have to take back our lemon. Last week we were notified they had NOT fixed the issue AND we would not be taken care of but that we had the option to sell back the lemon at current (used) value and we would lose our trade-in allowance and down payment. We have only had about a week and a half of actual use of our 2 month old vehicle and now we are stuck with an unsafe, unreliable “new” car. Eric is also avoiding our calls and emails now. Our hands are tied at this point and Baxter knows that so they are unwilling to help us. Our only option is to hope the state’s Lemon Law will work for us.UPDATE: After this review was posted we got a call from Anna Morrison, a Sales Manager at Baxter. She was extremely helpful and was able to work out a replacement for our Jeep. We are so glad to have this behind us and are really loving our new Jeep. Also, I should have added this to the original, our Sales Rep Omar Valdivia-Marquez was fantastic to work with the whole time. He responded to every call/email and answered our questions to the best of his knowledge. I’m sure he’s glad to be rid of us but we appreciate all of his help. Baxter did not make it easy for Anna and Omar to help us and it’s too bad their company and Chrysler don’t value their customers or stand behind their product. Baxter is lucky to have them.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with! He had our new truck up front waiting for us at our scheduled test drive time and was willing to fight for us to make sure we left happy. There’s a reason all our cars have come from Baxter. You won’t find this service anywhere else!

Brandi is the best! Made us feel so comfortable! Im very leery of all big purchases and salespersons, but shes legit! She listened to exactly what we wanted and provided that and more within our price point! Very satisfied with our service and will be driving over 3 hours to come back here to get our next vehicle! Clint was awesome to work with. Answered all the questions we had, and he made sure our best interest was at hand. We were never pressured and the whole staff made us feel valued and not just another sale. Strongly recommend!

Update- I received a call back that they are going to take care of fixing the damaged wheels and giving me something in the meantime to drive. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and kind.I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee here less than a week ago. I noticed today when I was detailing the wheels that they were pretty banged up on the passenger side. When I purchased the car, by the time we were finishing up at the dealership they were closed, it was dark and we were there hours, just ready to leave. Unfortunately we didnt inspect the car good enough to notice some marks on the body and these marks on the wheels that are pretty bad. I called to tell them about it and was told because I did not purchase the 3 in 1 warranty that i would have to pay for it. I asked if I had noticed these marks on the wheels before I left that night if they would do something. he said they probably would have discounted the price. Now I notice the awful marks and theres nothing they will do. POOR customer service. Currently awaiting a call back with an estimated price on what it will be to fix the wheels that I HAVE TO PAY FOR!

Brandon is amazing with really a cool easy going style. He is the type of client advisor people dream of working with who is on your side to ensure you are on a path in finding what you want before talking numbers. He doesn’t jump on you like most dealers do (like flies on manure). Instead you are greeted with respect like you’re a lifelong friend. There are no facades or games with Brandon. If you want someone to keep it real and treat you right Brandon is for you.The team did a really solid job and it was good to see John Carnes is doing well there also. He has always been a solid guy I went to high school with. It is no surprise he has stayed humble and kind. The finance side was smooth as well without being pushy either. Adnan was absolutely incredible!! He opened up the showroom and took the truck out and offered for me to test drive it alone so I could get the full experience. He periodically checked in throughout the purchase when the application was being processed and was just very professional and personable. I didn’t feel hassled or pressured at all and he let me lead the deal. This is my third lease in a row with Baxter and by far my best experience yet! I would highly recommend Adnan if you’re lease is coming due.

To Chris the mechanic ( I was told his name is Chris, because I forgot to ask.) who helped me find my employee badge that was wedged in a compartment slot of a rental Doge mini-van that was very hard to get to.I have tired to find it myself and have asked other people for help and this was going on for days to no avail. Until I came to this particular mechanic shop.Chris did an awesome job of service and efficiency and did not charge me for it. Even refused my tip that I tried to give him. I thought this was going burn a hole in my pocket, but instead had me feeling grateful and with a better outlook on how I see car mechanics.
