I went into the store today just to check things out because I was curious about electronic cigs. Lady told me after giving me my receipt that there are no refunds. She wanted to anger me. Unscrupulous. I’ll spend money, but don’t tell me afterwards, as though I’ve been duped. I hope the blonde lady isn’t the owner, cause she had poor customer service skills.What’s so hard about being upfront?

The manager at the 168th & Maple St. store is a complete WITCH. Shes rude and condescending. Plus their prices fluctuate depending on who you deal with. Pretty sure the young kids pocket your money and charge you more. Ill never go back and dont recommend them.

From out of town, but I get all my supplies thru them every month. They even mail it to me and I live 4 hours away. Great staff, great people to work with.

This place is terrible with even worse customer service. I called to see if they had what I needed they had it and quoted me a price so I was excited because its not easy to find what I neefed. I get there and the price was twice what the lady said. So I walked out. Shame on you l&l you should be very ashamed.:(

I have been in a few times and even told my daughter to come purchase something. In the past week I have been in two times with the problem of my tank staying on my battery. Both times the same lady checked me out. She even had problems explaining why it wasnt working. Im truly frustrated that I have spent money and so has my daughter and have gotten no solution.

Was in from out of town and just stopped in to check the place out. Im new to the whole vaping scene and needed coils for my Aspire Nautilus. Picked some up here, get home and decide to check if the coils are authentic on the website due to some leaking issues. To my disappointment they are not authentic! Just a word of caution-*Edit* During this same time frame sold me AWT batteries that are rated at 8 amps per Moochs ratings!! Told me they are good batteries for vaping! Are you kidding me? Sold me a Freemax tank that is rated at .15 ohms, that tank pulls 28 amps at 4.2 volts. Been vaping for awhile now and have learned a lot about battery safety. I use those batteries in a flashlight now. They are not for vaping!! These are the places that give vaping a bad image, sell anything to make a buck! Be careful at this place.

Stopped in with NO knowledge about Vaping and the staff was AMAZING! They asked questions to see what product would work best, got everything set up, and I walked out ready to start vaping!

I love this place!!!! This is the only vape shop I will go to, I have tried others from time to time because I live in Wahoo and might be in Lincoln and need juice. I always leave felling I hope I made the right choice on something when leaving another shop. That is never the case when I go to LL VAPES I always leave satisfied knowing I have made the best choice for me. So I now wait and only go to LL, and have been for over a year. This is where I bought my very first vape, and it was alright, but I ended up going to Alohma. A majority of the staff members Ive spoken to there are obnoxious and rude, and Im not impressed with the flavors. I will say Ive spoken to Laura, and shes very friendly and helpful. Most likely wont go back in the future.

The quality of their juices are not good always tastes burnt. Done getting ripped off by this place its worth driving the extra 10 to 20 min to a different store.

Bad customer service. I purchased the 50 watt I Stick with the Triton tank and days later the tank begins to leak and the i stick begins to self ignite. So i go into the store hoping theyll help me out considering i was coerced into buying this set up by Bailey the owners daughter. I was assured i was purchasing the best tank on the market. I ended up leaving the store very disappointed as i was told sorry theres nothing they can do except sell me another $100 vape stick. So my advice to anyone considering spending hundreds of dollars on a vape stick is do your research on the product your buying dont trust the sales peoples advice theyre literally working on commission so beware dont get suckered by L&L Vapes sales team theyre out to make a buck.

I guess maybe some people must have caught them on a bad day. I absolutely love this place, my wife and I drive 30 miles to goto this vape shop. and ONLY this shop. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell, and are reasonable in price vs any other brick and mortar store. Anyone can order juice off the internet, but good luck getting service after the fact if you dont love it. I have used products from this store to go from 2 packs a day down to vaping 4mg, my wife is down to vaping 0mg. We could not have done it without their help and guidance!!!!

I went there on a Thursday and the hours said that they were open. When I got there the lights were on and no one there also the doors were locked. Very unpleased. There should be at least 2 or 3 employees working. I then went to the alohmas vape shop.

Only got halfway through my bottle of juice and it lost its flavor. Had a few other people try it and hey even couldnt taste it.

Great customer service. Also they have a store on 168th maple behind Wells Fargo.

I went in the store first impression, was a great looking vape shop, nice and friendly staff, the prices on the mods where a little over priced, and juices where over two times from the Internet, they dont make juices just bottle them, and had samples to try, but the sample tanks dont give an good flavor but thats about the same as all vape shops.
