Please avoid this place at all costs! For a place that used to be amazing at customer service, it sure has gone down hill. I do not normally take time to review things like this as I am busy seeing patients most days, but when someone does an injustice and disservice to you, then ethically I feel I should warn others so they may not make the same mistake. Quick summary: I took a package there containing 4 speakers and needed to mail them to Canada. The owner said that UPS would be the best route to go (least expensive, insured to get there within a week, etc). I trusted her and paid the $95 to send the small package on its way. Three days later I received an email from UPS saying I owed another $156 in “custom and duty” fees to get it there. I went back to talk to the owner (3 days after mailing it) and she had no idea who I was or that she even mailed anything to Canada 3 days prior. Once we looked it up, she still didn’t remember it. She called UPS while I was there and spoke with them and they said that in fact I was correct: UPS charges 17% of the value of the item as it goes across the border. I gave her the chance right there to help out with this as I was never notified of this in the beginning: I was told it would be $95 to get it there. She said “why don’t you pay it and then I will reimburse you,” and I said that’s fair- I had to get it there and was not going to let the recipient pay the fee. After several weeks of returning to ask what she was going to do, (and every time she has no idea who I was and what had previously transpired until we revisited the order), I have seen no monetary compensation for her error. I left my phone number and address and still have heard nothing from her. Common sense tells me she may be developing some kind of mental loss, or she is just “playing dumb” so that I will just go away. It cost $250 to send a small box to Vernon, British Columbia that would have cost $95-$100 through the postal service. Lesson learned. Hope this helps the next person who is considering this business to send a package. Thanks for your time reading this.

Have experienced slow and inattentive service here before, but today I was in to drop off a pre-paid package, and was strangely asked for a dollar for the trouble. As though the employee would pocket it. “Sometimes people give me a dollar or two...” Very uncomfortable and off-putting, will not be returning.

Called to get some info and seemed to an inconvenience to the person in spite of very basic questions. Decided to go to the store anyway since they were the only good fit close by. I had very basic questions and in spite of boasting of 60 years of experience on their website the lady working the counter could not answer the most basic of questions and was very rude in spite of my outward warmness and kindness to her. Will not return and will actively inform people of why they are much better off saving their time and going to an actual post office or UPS store or really ANYWHERE else than here. Judging from the other reviews this is par for the course.

Ill preface this review by saying I mailed something from here once before and the lady who helped me then was very nice. However Nick, who helped me yesterday, was very unprofessional. I walked in and Nick was sitting in a chair with his feet up on the counter talking on the phone, in what was clearly a personal call. He was wearing a t-shirt and shorts. He looked over at me and continued his personal phone call. I stood there and waited for 5 minutes. Several times I tried to get his attention. Finally he said to his friend, I gotta go, theres a lady here. He then proceeded to help me but without a single word other than to give me the total cost.Clearly professionalism and customer service is not valued at this business.

I felt compelled too to tell people this is literally the worst place to go to ship ANYTHING.Building was empty when I entered, stuck around a few minutes and left. Was chased down at my car by someone who I assumed worked there. Without their mask on they proceeded to bang on my car window and demand who I was and would not leave me alone until I pulled out of the parking lot.Go to hyvee instead.

This is the second time I’ve gone into this store and walked out because the service was poor and the people working were not complying with the Omaha mask mandate. I will not be back!

Posted hours are until 7 pm. Showed up at 6 pm. Open sign is still lit. Asked the kid working if he could recommend a way to ship a large framed print. Rather than offer any suggestion, he said they were about to close. I informed him the hours are posted until 7 pm and his response was “Oh. Really?” Still no suggestion on shipping, so I assumed he was not interested in helping me and said I’d take my business elsewhere since he was closing early. His response? “Okay. Sorry.”

Called to find if printer services were available and was met with a long hold so associate could shoot the breeze with a customer she knew on a first name basis, then finally comes back to answer my question and was incredible rude and short. Based on this single phone call I will never bring my business here.

My wife and I constantly ship things to family, return online purchases, etc here and they have been nothing but helpful and easy to work with. The women who work there know what theyre doing and always make it an easy process. It sounds like the user below me should have printed the label at home but nonetheless, the staff here helped them out. Wouldnt consider shipping anywhere else.

Hours of operation are posted to 7pm during the week. I arrived at 6:30 on a Tuesday to find doors locked. And the next day called to confirm hours only to learn theyve been closing at 6 during the winter per management. None of their seasonal hours are posted and when I asked about spring and summer hours I was told the staff was not informed. If you post hours of being open, you should be open for your consumers. VERY annoying for those that are forced to use this location.

Location by westroads mall is absolutely horrible. Went in a couple of times and will never go again. The place is dirty and nobody seems to know what they’re doing. The man working made very inappropriate comments and the lady who I believe was the owner was rude and unprofessional. She was very pushy and all over the place. Would not recommend

Doris is a gem; friendly and helpful. Shipping and mailbox fees are costly, but the staff and convenience make it worthwhile.

This location is advertised as a FedEx location. Although they are authorized to ship FedEx packages they are not equipped to print shipping labels as a FedEx store. My husband and I went in there with a package and email opened for the barcode to be scanned so they can print the label. The lady said they didnt have the capability to scan the barcode and asked me to send it to her email address. She did not know how to print the label and as my husband and I coached her through it, she seemed as though she didnt now how to operate a computer. Once the label was printed she said they normally charge $3 to print shipping labels, but since she didnt tell us that first she wasnt going to charge us for that. Really? I spent fifteen minutes on something that usually takes 60 seconds at a real FedEx store. I guess she really felt she was doing us a favor by waiving the fee. As we walked out she asked my husband to move the package for her. This is completely unprofessional. Of course he helped her, but if youre unable to lift packages, why even work there.

This location is convenient for us but it’s hard to support local business when they do not follow their own posted hours.9:25 on a Saturday morning and not open?
