I was really glad to find a Mac store in the Oak View Mall as it is not available in any other malls of Omaha. Though it was hard to locate it because google maps was showing me the location inside Victoria’s Secrets! The store is small but they have a decent collection. Which I did not like is the lighting and the mirror to check the proper shades.
Just had an excellent experience at the Dillard’s MAC counter at Oakview Mall. The woman working was extremely polite and professional. Made the experience very and complimented me on my choices. Excellent customer service!

Disappointed that the MAC Cosmetics counter will not take appointments. This policy sends a clear message that a.) They dont value my time and b.) Theyre not interested in a guaranteed ($60 min) purchase.
